By the way, a general gauze is a plain woven cloth made of cotton yarn, and has a characteristic that it has good air permeability, lightness and softness because of the coarse mesh. Because of its good air permeability and hygroscopicity, it is used for baby underwear, handkerchiefs, comforters and the like, and because of its good touch, it is sometimes used for shirts and stalls. Gauze towels also have the advantage of being easy to dry and not bulky. Gauze can be washed with water, but in the case of stalls and shirts, the shape and shrinkage become problems.
Threads used in shirts include rayon, which is made of the same wood pulp as paper and has a gloss and feel similar to silk. Rayon is a material that is excellent in drape property, but is vulnerable to water. If it contains moisture, the yarn becomes thicker and the pulling force between the yarns increases, so that it is easily shrunk.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and incorporates the excellent properties of rayon into a gauze fabric, improves the texture and texture of the woven fabric, and suppresses shrinkage, which is a weak point of the gauze fabric and rayon, in a double gauze. It is characterized by the following.
Further, in the double gauze woven fabric according to the present invention, the woven fabric is subjected to heat treatment with steam and drying under vacuum.
In the double gauze woven fabric according to the present invention, the rayon compact silo yarn forming the warp having the surface weave design and the back weave design has a twist coefficient of 3.10 to 3.16 and an English cotton count display of 30 to 40 count. The non-twisted yarn of the cotton yarn forming the weft of the surface weave is a single yarn of the number 30 to 40 of the English type cotton count, and the compact silo yarn of the cotton yarn forming the weft of the back weave has a twist factor of 3.29 to 3.95, and is a single yarn of 30 to 40th count of English cotton count.
The method for producing a double gauze woven fabric according to the present invention is characterized in that, in a weaving process of weaving a double gauze woven fabric by a dobby loom that unwinds a plurality of warps from one beam and winds the woven fabric around the other beam, the bamboo raw material is used. The woven fabric is dried by outputting the woven fabric within the range.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Woven organization)
1 and 2, the double gauze woven fabric 1 is a woven fabric of a dobby weave, and a
The
The back weave design is such that the
As the compact silo yarn of rayon forming the warp having the surface weave design and the back weave design, a single yarn having a twist factor of 3.10 to 3.16 and an English cotton count of 30 to 40 can be used. In addition, as the non-twist yarn of the cotton yarn forming the weft of the surface weave, a single yarn of English cotton count number 30 to 40 can be used. Further, as the compact silo yarn of the cotton yarn forming the weft of the back weave structure, a single yarn having a twist coefficient of 3.29 to 3.95 and an English type cotton number display of 30 to 40 can be used.
In the connecting portion 4, a part of the
As described above, the double gauze woven fabric 1 according to the present embodiment has the
Further, since the
A processing agent composed of a mixture of titanium oxide, hydroxyapatite, and silver is applied to the woven fabric of the gauze fabric 1. This processing agent is an evolution of the photocatalyst. It is a hybrid catalyst that works without light. It decomposes proteins such as pollen, house dust and mold, sweat, odors and unsanitary proteins into water. Has a function.
1. "Titanium oxide" (TiO2) = a representative photocatalytic substance that degrades proteins such as pollen, house dust, mold, sweat, odor, and unsanitary proteins. Titanium oxide is a highly safe substance and is used as a main component in women's foundations, and is also used as a food additive in white chocolate and the like.
2. “Hydroxyapatite” (HAp: Ca10 (Po4) 6 (OH) 2) = a kind of calcium, which adsorbs proteins such as pollen, house dust, mold, sweat, odor, and unsanitary proteins in fibers.
3. "Silver" (Ag) = an electrode of titanium oxide, which promotes decomposition activity. Since this minute amount of silver is converted to light and becomes an energy source, decomposition proceeds even in the absence of light. The above three actions break down proteins.
The application of the above-mentioned mixture of titanium oxide, hydroxyapatite and silver is not always necessary, and it is also possible to produce a woven fabric to which the above-mentioned mixture is not applied.
Further, the woven fabric of the double gauze woven fabric according to the embodiment of the present invention has three types of yarns having different properties, namely, a compact silo yarn of rayon derived from bamboo raw material, a non-twisted yarn of cotton yarn, and a compact silo of cotton yarn. Even if it is made of yarn, it is subjected to heat treatment with steam and vacuum drying under vacuum in the manufacturing process to form a form intentionally shrunk in advance, and the shrinkage is applied to the entire woven fabric It is a form that has been created evenly. For this reason, deformation of the shape is unlikely to occur due to factors such as washing, and the shape of the garment after sewing is suppressed from being out of shape due to uneven shrinkage.

In this steaming step, heat and moisture are simultaneously infiltrated into the entire woven fabric through a double gauze fabric woven with a plurality of yarns of rayon, cotton non-twisted yarn, and cotton compact silo yarn, and vacuum drying is performed. As a result, even in the case of a woven fabric made of a combination of different kinds of yarns, the whole is in a form in which shrinkage occurs uniformly. For this reason, in the double gauze woven fabric according to the present invention, the shape is hardly deformed due to factors such as washing, and the dimensional change rate of the woven fabric before and after washing is within -3%. Then, the garment after sewing has been suppressed from being out of shape due to uneven shrinkage.
