- エンジンと駆動輪との回転数比を所定値に設定して走行する第1モードと、前記エンジンと前記駆動輪との間のトルクの伝達を遮断するとともに、前記駆動輪に連結された駆動用回転機から駆動トルクを出力して走行する第2モード、または所定の回転部材から所定の反力トルクを出力することにより前記エンジンの出力トルクを前記駆動輪に伝達して走行する第3モードとの少なくとも二つの走行モードを設定可能な車両の制御装置において、
前記走行モードを設定するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1モードを設定して走行している場合に前記駆動輪が空転したことを判定し、
前記駆動輪が空転した場合に前記第2モードと前記第3モードとのいずれか一方の走行モードに切り替えるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記車両は、前記駆動輪が停止した状態で前記エンジンが第1所定回転数で回転した場合における前記所定の回転部材の回転数が第2所定回転数となる第4モードと、前記駆動輪が停止した状態で前記エンジンが前記第1所定回転数で回転した場合における前記所定の回転部材の回転数が前記第4モードを設定した場合よりも低回転数となる第5モードとを設定可能に構成され、
前記第3モードは、前記第5モードを含む

前記車両は、前記第2モードと前記第3モードとを設定可能に構成され、
前記コントローラは、
前記第3モードを設定し、かつ前記駆動輪が空転した時点における前記エンジンの回転数を維持するとともに、前記駆動輪が停止した場合の前記所定の回転部材の回転数を求め、
求められた前記所定の回転部材の回転数が、前記所定の回転部材の最大許容回転数よりも高回転数か否かを判断し、
求められた前記所定の回転部材の回転数が、前記所定の回転部材の前記最大許容回転数よりも低回転数の場合に、前記駆動輪が空転したことが判断されたことによる走行モードの切り替え先を前記第3モードに設定し、
求められた前記所定の回転部材の回転数が、前記所定の回転部材の前記最大許容回転数よりも高回転数の場合に、前記駆動輪が空転したことが判断されたことによる走行モードの切り替え先を前記第2モードに設定するように構成されている
