ことを特徴とする、温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのスロットルは、第1のスロットルを含み、
前記第1の配管および前記第2の配管は、前記第1のスロットルの上流に配置され、前記第1のスロットルは、前記第1の配管に接続される第1の入口と、前記第2の配管に接続される第2の入口と、エンジン総吸気配管に接続される出口と、を有し、
或いは、前記第1の配管および前記第2の配管は、前記第1のスロットルの下流に配置され、前記エンジン総吸気配管に接続され、前記第1のスロットルは、吸気入口と、前記第1の配管に接続される第1の出口と、前記第2の配管に接続される第2の出口と、を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのスロットルは、第1のスロットルと第2のスロットルと、を含み、
前記第1の配管は、前記第1のスロットルと前記第2のスロットルの一方に接続され、前記第2の配管は、前記第1のスロットルと前記第2のスロットルの他方に接続される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記第1のスロットルの弁体の両端には、それぞれ第1の閉塞部材と第2の閉塞部材が設けられ、
前記弁体が水平状態となる時、前記第1の閉塞部材および前記第2の閉塞部材と前記第1のスロットルの両側壁との間がシール関係となることで、空気が前記第1のスロットルを通過することを防止し、前記第1の閉塞部材は前記第2の入口も閉塞し、
前記弁体が回転するにつれて、前記第1の閉塞部材による前記第2の入口の閉塞度合いは徐々に減少し、前記弁体が回転して所定の閾値角度を超えると、前記第1の閉塞部材及び前記第2の閉塞部材と前記第1のスロットルの両側壁との間のシール関係が解除される
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記第2の配管には、流動抵抗特性を変更するための制御装置が設けられている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記弁体は、前記弁体の中心から前記弁体に対して所定の角度をなす方向に延びる選択可能な延伸部材と、前記延伸部材の末端に配置される第3の閉塞部材と、をさらに含み、
前記弁体が90度回転した時、前記第3の閉塞部材は前記第2の入口を閉塞する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記第1の入口及び前記第2の入口は、物理的に隣接して配置され、前記第1のスロットルの弁体に対して平面または曲面的なマッチング関係を有し、前記弁体が平面運動または曲面運動をするにつれて、前記第2の入口が先ず開放され、前記弁体が平面運動または曲面運動をし続けて第1の所定位置を超えると、前記第1の入口が開放され、
或いは、前記第1の出口及び前記第2の出口は、物理的に隣接して配置され、前記弁体に対して平面または曲面的なマッチング関係を有し、前記弁体が平面運動または曲面運動をするにつれて、前記第2の出口が先ず開放され、前記弁体が平面運動または曲面運動をし続けて第1の所定位置を超えると、前記第1の出口が開放される
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記弁体には、選択可能な閉塞部材が設けられ、
前記弁体が第1の所定位置から平面運動または曲面運動をし続けて第2の所定位置を超えると、前記閉塞部材は前記第2の入口を閉塞し、
或いは、前記弁体が第1の所定位置から平面運動または曲面運動をし続けて第2の所定位置を超えると、前記閉塞部材は前記第2の出口を閉塞する
ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのスロットルは、第2のスロットルをさらに含み、
前記第2のスロットルは、前記第1のスロットルに直列に接続されて、前記第1のスロットルの上流または下流に配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 前記熱交換器は、直列に接続された第1の熱交換器と第2の熱交換器とを含み、第1の熱交換器の熱源はエンジン排気ガスであり、第2の熱交換器の熱源はエンジンクーラントであり、
前記第2の配管には、前記第1の熱交換器の上流に配置される制御弁と、一端が前記制御弁に接続され、他端が前記第1の熱交換器の下流に接続されるバイパス配管と、をさらに備え、
前記制御弁が閉弁している時、前記第1の熱交換器が作動し、前記バイパス配管が無効化され、前記制御弁が開弁している時、前記バイパス配管が有効にされ、前記第1の熱交換器が無効化され、
或いは、前記制御弁が開弁している時、前記第1の熱交換器が作動し、前記バイパス配管が無効化され、前記制御弁が閉弁している時、前記バイパス配管が有効にされ、前記第1の熱交換器が無効化される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の温度制御スロットル装置。 - 第3の配管と、第3の管路に配置される空気弁と、をさらに含み、前記第3の管路は、一端が前記熱交換器と前記第2の入口との間に接続され、他端が前記出口の下流に接続され、前記空気弁が閉弁している時、前記第3の配管が無効化され、前記空気弁が開弁している時、前記第3の配管が有効にされ、
或いは、第3の配管と、第3の管路に配置される空気弁と、をさらに含み、前記第3の管路は、一端が前記入口の上流に接続され、他端が前記熱交換器と前記第2の出口との間に接続され、前記空気弁が閉弁している時、前記第3の配管が無効化され、前記空気弁が開弁している時、前記第3の配管が有効にされる
