Claims (5)
- 作動ガスが封入されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に設けられ、前記シリンダ内に伸側室と圧側室とを区画するピストンと、
前記シリンダに進退自在に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されたピストンロッドと、
前記シリンダの内外を連通するように前記シリンダに形成される連通孔と、
前記シリンダ内に設けられ前記ピストンとともに前記圧側室を区画する仕切部材と、
前記仕切部材によって区画され前記圧側室の作動ガスを前記連通孔に導くためのガス通路と、
前記ガス通路を封止する封止部材と、を備え、
前記封止部材は、温度上昇に応じて変形して前記ガス通路を開放することを特徴とするガスシリンダ装置。 - 複数の前記連通孔が前記シリンダに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスシリンダ装置。
- 前記シリンダ内には、前記作動ガスとともに作動液が封入され、
前記封止部材は、前記作動液の沸点以下の温度で変形して前記ガス通路を開放することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガスシリンダ装置。 - 前記ピストンロッドの外周を通じた前記作動液の漏れを防止するシール部材をさらに備え、
前記封止部材は、前記シール部材の融点以下の温度で変形して前記ガス通路を開放することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスシリンダ装置。 - 前記仕切部材は、その外周面と前記シリンダの内周面との間に環状の前記ガス通路を区画する金属製の部材であり、
前記封止部材は、前記仕切部材の外周面に設けられる樹脂製の部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のガスシリンダ装置。
