Abstract
Description
下記一般式(1)−1及び/又は(1)−2で示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン及び下記一般式(2)−1及び/又は(2)−2で示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタンを含有するものである伸縮性膜材料組成物を提供する。
[シリコーン主鎖型ウレタン]
本発明の伸縮性膜材料組成物に含まれるシリコーン主鎖型ウレタンは、一般式(1)−1及び/又は(1)−2で示される構造を有する。
本発明の伸縮性膜に含まれるシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層は、一般式(2)−1及び/又は(2)−2で示される構造を有する。
また、本発明では、前述の伸縮性膜材料組成物を含有し、前記シリコーン主鎖型ウレタンが表面に配向しているものである伸縮性膜を提供する。
また、本発明では、上述の伸縮性膜を形成する方法であって、前述の伸縮性膜材料組成物を成膜した後、加熱及び/又は光照射によって硬化する伸縮性膜の形成方法を提供する。
光ラジカル発生剤1:ジフェニル(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド
光ラジカル発生剤2:2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノン
光ラジカル発生剤3:(±)−カンファーキノン
有機溶剤:プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート(PGMEA)
アルキル基やアリール基を有するモノマー:イソボロニルアクリレート
表1に記載の組成で、末端に(メタ)アクリレート基を有するシリコーンウレタン化合物、光ラジカル発生剤1〜3、有機溶剤を混合し、伸縮性膜形成用組成物(伸縮性膜材料1〜12、比較伸縮性材料1、2)を調製した。
ポリエチレン基板上に、伸縮性材料1〜12、比較伸縮性材料1、2をバーコート法で塗布し、100℃で5分間ベークして基板上に伸縮性膜を作製した。その後、窒素雰囲気下1,000Wのキセノンランプで500mJ/cm2の光を照射して伸縮性膜を硬化させた。
硬化後の伸縮性膜(実施例1〜12、比較例1、2)における膜厚、及び表面の水の接触角を測定し、指で触ったときのタック感を求めた。また、伸縮性膜表面の水の接触角を測定した後に、伸縮性膜を基板から剥がし、JIS K 6251に準じた方法で伸縮率と強度を測定した。結果を表2に示す。

- 下記一般式(1)−1及び/又は(1)−2で示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン及び下記一般式(2)−1及び/又は(2)−2で示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタンを含有するものであることを特徴とする伸縮性膜材料組成物。
- 前記シリコーン主鎖型ウレタンの含有割合が、前記シリコーンペンダント型ウレタンの50質量%以下のものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜材料組成物。
- 前記シリコーン主鎖型ウレタンの含有割合が、前記シリコーンペンダント型ウレタンの25質量%以下のものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜材料組成物。
- 前記シリコーン主鎖型ウレタンの含有割合が、前記シリコーンペンダント型ウレタンの15質量%以下のものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜材料組成物。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜材料組成物を含有し、前記シリコーン主鎖型ウレタンが表面に配向しているものであることを特徴とする伸縮性膜。
- 前記伸縮性膜が、JIS K 6251に規定される引っ張り試験で伸縮率が20〜1000%の範囲のものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の伸縮性膜。
- 前記伸縮性膜が、伸縮性を有する導電性配線に接触する膜として用いられるものであることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の伸縮性膜。
- 伸縮性膜を形成する方法であって、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜材料組成物を成膜した後、加熱及び/又は光照射によって硬化することを特徴とする伸縮性膜の形成方法。
