Claims (9)
- 吸引管によって血液を吸引した際の、前記吸引管内の血液吸引不良を検出する血液分析方法であって、
前記吸引管内の前記血液の分析に供される血液分析領域における前記血液の、平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度が所定の閾値よりも低い場合、前記血液吸引不良と判定する判定ステップを有する血液分析方法。 - 前記判定ステップの前に、
前記血液分析領域のうち、第1領域に存在する前記血液を用いてヘモグロビンを測定する第1測定ステップと、
前記血液分析領域のうち、前記第1領域とは異なる第2領域に存在する前記血液を用いて、赤血球数およびヘマトクリット値を測定する第2測定ステップと、
前記第1測定ステップで測定した前記ヘモグロビンおよび前記第2測定ステップで測定した前記ヘマトクリット値に基づいて、前記平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度を算出する算出ステップと、を有する請求項1に記載の血液分析方法。 - 前記判定ステップにおいて前記血液吸引不良と判定された場合、前記血液吸引不良の発生を視覚的および/または聴覚的に報知する報知ステップをさらに有する請求項1または2に記載の血液分析方法。
- 前記報知ステップにおいて、表示部に表示される前記平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度の数字を色付けして、前記血液吸引不良を視覚的に報知する請求項3に記載の血液分析方法。
- 前記報知ステップにおいて、表示部に表示される検体及び/または被検者の識別情報の表示領域を色付けして、前記血液吸引不良を視覚的に報知する請求項3または4に記載の血液分析方法。
- 前記判定ステップにおいて前記血液吸引不良と判定された場合、再度、前記吸引管によって前記血液を吸引して、前記判定ステップが行われる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析方法。
- 再度、前記吸引管によって前記血液を吸引して、前記判定ステップが行われる際には、前記血液吸引不良と判定された場合と同様の測定条件または、使用者が任意に設定した測定条件で前記判定ステップが行われる請求項6に記載の血液分析方法。
- 吸引管によって血液を吸引した際の、前記吸引管内の血液吸引不良を検出する血液分析装置であって、
前記吸引管内の前記血液の分析に供される血液分析領域における前記血液の、平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度が所定の閾値よりも低い場合、前記血液吸引不良と判定する判定部を有する血液分析装置。 - 前記血液分析領域のうち、第1領域に存在する前記血液を用いてヘモグロビンを測定する第1測定部と、
前記血液分析領域のうち、前記第1領域とは異なる第2領域に存在する前記血液を用いて、赤血球数およびヘマトクリット値を測定する第2測定部と、
前記第1測定部で測定した前記ヘモグロビンおよび前記第2測定部で測定した前記ヘマトクリット値に基づいて、前記平均赤血球ヘモグロビン濃度を算出する算出部と、をさらに有する請求項8に記載の血液分析装置。
