Description

The present invention relates to a safety fence installed on a reinforced earth wall.

A method called “tail alme method” (registered trademark) is widely adopted as one type of reinforced soil wall method. This method is a method in which reinforcing materials of strip steel called strips are arranged in layers in a filling and the retention effect is exhibited by the pullout resistance force due to the frictional force between the strips and the filling material.
On the exposed surface of the embankment, thin concrete panels are stacked at an angle close to the vertical to prevent collapse. This panel is formed in a cross shape as viewed from the front of the outside, and is provided with an upper piece at the center, a side piece at both sides, and a lower piece at the lower side. Panels of such a shape are stacked in a zigzag form in the height direction by simultaneously working with the backfilling work.
As shown in FIG. 7, when stacking panels, a step z which is half the height of the panel always occurs between the panel x in the upper stage and the panel y in the lower stage. Measures are needed to prevent this.

If a strong member is installed on the embankment side of the panel as such a fall prevention measure, the degree of embankment needs to be changed, and it takes time.
There is a problem with safety in the simple rope stretching method.

The applicant has proposed in Patent Document 1 as one of the measures. The horizontal girder 21 is provided at one end with a through hole 21b penetrating the dowel 14 of the panel 1 up and down, and at the lower surface of the other end of the horizontal girder 21 with an insertion rod 21a inserted downward into the receiving hole 15 of the panel 1 downward. The horizontal girder 21 is provided with a longitudinal bar 22 and the longitudinal bar 22 is provided with a lateral bar 23. The length of the horizontal crosspiece 23 is set to be longer than the distance between the upper panels 1, and is the safety fence 2 for preventing the fall from the step caused when installing on the reinforced earth wall. According to the present invention, the insertion support portion is provided on the side piece of the upper panel, and the fence is provided upward.

Patent Document 2 is disposed on both sides of the opening as a simple protection fence that can be easily installed and removed, and that can preferably prevent foot fall off from the opening and dropping of soil and the like. A support body fixed to each wall surface member, a bar-like cross member bridged between the two support bodies, and a band-like width board having a width in the upper and lower sides disposed so as to close the lower end of the opening. Furthermore, a rod-like longitudinal member disposed vertically on the front surface side or the back surface side of the wall member on each support, a fixture for detachably fixing the upper end of the longitudinal member to the upper end portion of the wall member, longitudinal A simplified protection fence has been proposed which includes cross member support means for detachably fixing the end of the cross member to the member and width plate support means for detachably fixing the end portion of the width plate to the longitudinal member. . According to the present invention, the upper upper panel in the upper stage is provided with the locking portion, and the step space formed between the upper stage panel and the lower stage is provided with the fence.

The present invention is a safety fence provided in a staggered space, in a reinforced soil wall construction method in which panels are stacked, and it is an object to develop a safety fence which can stack the next panel in a state where the safety fence is attached. I assume.

The present invention for solving the problems as described above mainly has the following configuration.
1. The safety fence installed on the reinforced earth wall is installed on the opening formed between the horizontal panels in the reinforced earth wall where the panels are stacked by providing steps in the height direction outside the embankment layer. And a column mounted on the upper piece of the partition panel, a column mounted on the side surface of the column, and a guard attached to the column, the shield being disposed out of the plane of the outer surface of the panel A safety fence that is characterized by
2. The wedge-shaped base is formed of an outer plate on the outer surface side of the panel, an upper plate disposed on one side of the panel, and an inner piece on the inner surface of the panel, and a buffer is provided at the lower end of the outer plate. Are provided with support posts for guard fences. Safety fence described.
3. The columns of the guard fence are installed upward from the bowl-shaped base. Or 2. Safety fence described.
4. A protective body is also provided at the opening. ~ 3. Safety fence described in any of the.

According to the present invention, the vertical base is installed on the upper panel already installed, and the guard fence is located out of the plane of the reinforced earth wall, so the installation space for the next stage panel is secured. It is possible to carry out the work of stacking the next panel without removing it. Therefore, in the reinforced earth wall construction method in which panels are stacked, it is possible to realize a safety fence which can be stacked in the next panel while the safety fence is provided in a space arranged in a staggered manner and the safety fence is attached.
1. The safety fence of the present invention is attached to the upper piece of the separation panel which is separated by the upper panel already installed at the construction site, and the protective body is placed in the separated space; It is located out of the surface of the earth retaining wall. For this reason, without removing the safety fence of this invention, the panel of the next step can be installed between space panels. By this, even while installing the next-stage panel, the safety fence is installed at the opening, and construction can be performed safely.
2. The shock absorbing material is provided at the lower end of the outer plate of the bowl-shaped base, and the pole attachment part of the guard fence is provided on the outer surface side, so the guard fence will surely have the center of gravity outside the plane. It is urged to. For this reason, the lower end portion of the outer side plate of the bowl-shaped base is pressed against the attached panel, and there is a possibility that the press-contact mark remains on the panel and dirt may remain on the completed reinforced earth wall. By providing the material, this is prevented and the finish is clean.
3. Since the support fence of the guard fence is provided upward from the vertical base, the guard fence is provided on the existing panel, and the upper work which is the space for the next panel stacking operation is safe.
4. By providing the protective body also in the space formed between the separation panels, it is possible to prevent the drop from the space.

The present invention is a safety fence for work used in construction in which plate-like concrete cross panels are stacked on the outer surface side and a back wall is embanked to construct a reinforced earth wall. This panel is 1 m or more, 1 t or more, and it is work to pile it up with a steep slope, so it is necessary to take sufficient measures against danger such as falling.

The safety fence of the present invention comprises a cage base fitted to the upper panel and a guard provided with a guard fence attached to the outer surface of the cage base and provided on a column. The protective body is provided on the outer surface side of the wedge-shaped base, and thus is formed to fall outward. Therefore, even if there is a guard fence, loading of the next panel can be performed. And since a guard fence is formed above the existing upper stage panel, it can operate safely. Therefore, the safety fence of the present invention can be stacked in the next stage while being installed in the space between the existing upper panels.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a safety fence installed on a reinforced earth wall of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

First, the preconditions will be described with reference to FIGS.
The safety fence of the invention is a fence used during construction of a reinforced soil wall construction method.
In the reinforced earth wall construction method, as shown in FIG. 1, a steel strip called strip 3 is laid between the embankment layers 4 and panels 1 are stacked in a zigzag on the front surface of the embankment layers 4. After the panels 1 are stacked, filling is further performed on the strip 3, which is repeated to form a reinforced earth wall.
The shape and name of the panel 1 used at that time will be described with reference to FIG. The panel 1 is formed in a cross shape when viewed from the front of the reinforced earth wall as described above.
The upper piece 51 is provided above the central portion 5 of the square, the side pieces 52 are provided on both sides, and the lower piece 53 is provided below. At the upper edge of one side piece 52, a dowel 54, which is a bolt material, protrudes in the vertical direction.
In the upper edge of the other side piece 52, a receiving hole 55 which is a hole whose diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the dowel 54 in the vertical direction is formed.

As shown in FIG. 2B, when stacking the panels 1 in a zigzag form, a space A is formed between the upper panels for incorporating the next panel. A step is generated between the upper panel 11a and the upper panel 11b. The ground surface (the upper end of the filling) is located below the lower panel 12, and the step is an opening. Therefore, there is a possibility that a worker may fall from the step, and it is necessary to provide the fall-preventing safety fence 2 in the step between the panels.

The safety fence of the present invention is to prevent the worker from falling down from the step between the panels and also to mount the upper side of the upper panel, and there is no need to remove it when installing the panel between the panels. The construction can be continued with the safety fence always attached without any hindrance. In addition, the safety above the upper panel can be secured.
Therefore, since the safety fence is not removed temporarily, construction can be carried out safely.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the main part of the bowl-shaped base.
4A and 4B show other examples of the wedge-shaped base, where FIG. 4A is a side view of the wedge-shaped base provided with a reinforcing plate, and FIG. 4B is a view showing the wedge-shaped base with the reinforcing plate assembled. is there.
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing the installation process of the safety fence of the present invention, wherein (a) is a schematic view of installation, (b) is an installation state, and (c) is a plan view.

As shown in FIG. 5, the safety fence 2 includes a hook-shaped base 21 and a protective body 23. The wedge-shaped base 21 is structured to be mounted on the panel across the upper piece of the panel.
And as shown in FIG. 3, the wedge-shaped base 21 is equipped with the outer side plate 21a which follows the outer surface side of a panel from one end of the upper plate 21b, and the inner side plate 21c which follows the inner surface side of a panel from the other end. A buffer 24 is provided below the plate. And the support | pillar attaching part 21d is provided in the outer surface of the outer side board 21a. To attach the columns, make them removable by means of fixed connection or insertion in the wedge base.
The upper plate, the outer plate, and the inner plate have sufficient width and thickness such as kinks.
In addition, the upper plate is as wide as or slightly longer than the thickness of the panel.
Therefore, the safety fence 2 is constituted by a pair of hook-shaped base portions 21, a support 22 attached to the side surface of the hook-shaped base 21, and a protective body 23 attached to connect the supports 22. Attach the end of the upper panel 11 so as to sandwich it.

Since the safety fence is set to tilt naturally to the outside of the stacked panels by the weight of the column provided out of the plane, it is not necessary to force the tilting especially to the outside, but the wedge-shaped base Is longer than the upper end width of the panel, there is a gap, and if the operator grasps it, it may shake and become unstable.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4A, if the spacer 25 is provided at the upper end of the inner surface of the outer side plate, the protective body can be surely prevented from being inclined out of the plane and can be prevented from falling inside.

Further, since the lower end portion of the outer and inner plates of the bowl-shaped base serves as a fulcrum for free movement and stress is concentrated at the joint portion with the upper plate, as shown in FIG. To prevent damage. In this case, the upper plate is provided on the outer surface side not in contact with the panel, and the upper plate is wider than the reinforcing plate.
In addition, although the wedge-shaped base is shown with the board | plate material in Fig.4 (a), it can also form in square shape combining wire materials, such as a pipe and a bar material. Moreover, when providing with a wire, an outer side board can be used as a support | pillar. That is, it becomes "h" form.

Also, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the L-shaped members are disposed to face each other to form an outer side plate and an inner side plate, and a flat plate is fixed from above with screws to form an upper plate to form a bowl-shaped base. You can also

As shown to Fig.5 (a), the protection body 23 is formed by the rod-shaped body passed between several support | pillars 22 and support | pillars provided. The number of guard fences and the installation position are arbitrary. It is provided in the position which can prevent a worker's fall from the level | step difference space which exists between upper stage panels 11a and 11b. In particular, it is preferable to provide at a position where safety can be secured at the time of the work of stacking the next panel.

In the example shown in FIG. 3, the lower part of the protective body 23 is the protective fence 23c provided at the position of the bowl-shaped base, and the upper part is the protective body 23a disposed at a higher position than the upper panels 11a and 11b. In the middle, there are three protection bodies 23b.
In FIG. 5A, two upper panels 11 (11a and 11b) are arranged on the lower panel 12 with a space A therebetween. The work of stacking the next panel in this space A is performed. Workers will work on the embankment or on the existing panels.
As shown in FIGS. 5 (b) and 5 (c), after the installation of the protection fence of the present invention, the space A and the upper space serving as the working space are covered, and the safety is high. In addition, since the guard fence is provided at the upper end of the upper panel, it is provided wider than the space A, and can also cover the stacking operation of the next panel when accessing from the lateral direction.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the safety fence 2 of the present invention in a mounted state. A shock absorbing material 24 is installed at a position in contact with the inner panel 1 at the lower end of the bowl-shaped base 21.
When the safety fence 2 is installed, the end of the wedge-shaped base 21 abuts on the front of the panel 1. When the buffer material is not provided, it is possible to prevent chipping or rubbing marks on the panel 1 when installing the safety fence 2. In addition, when the safety fence 2 is made of steel, rust and the like can be prevented from adhering to the panel 1 and becoming dirty.
As a material of the shock absorbing material 24, it is preferable to use a sponge, rubber, urethane foam or the like having high cushioning properties.
In addition, it is preferable that the cushioning material 24 be tapered so as not to hinder the installation of the safety fence 2.
In addition, the shock absorbing material 24 can also be attached via the guard fence 23c of the lowest end. Alternatively, the cushioning material 24 can be disposed above and below the guard fence 23c, or the guard fence 23c can be attached to the outer surface side.

As described above, since the safety fence 2 of the present invention is mounted so that the support 22 is attached to the outer surface of the wedge-shaped base 21 and the guard 23 connects the support 22, the support 22 and the guard are attached. 23 is located out of the plane of the panel 1. Therefore, when installing the panel 1 of the next step between the upper panel 11a and the upper panel 11b, the safety fence 2 can be installed without interference. By installing the safety fence 2 so that the support 22 and the protective body 23 are positioned on the outer side, there is no hindrance to the panel installation work. Here, the "outside surface" is a surface that is not the embankment side.
Since the safety fence 2 is always installed at the step, the panel installation work between the separate panels can be performed without the opening, so the safety is improved.
In the case of a safety fence where the vertical base and the guard fence are integrated, the equipment will be raised to the next place using equipment such as a crane used for panel installation. In the case of an assembly type in which the cage base and the guard fence are separated, or the guard body and the support pillar and guard fence are also separated, the parts can be moved and assembled one by one.
When the installation work between the panels is completed, the safety fence 2 is lifted and removed, installed between the upper panels, and embankment is performed. By repeating the installation of the safety fence 2, the installation of the panel 1, the replacement of the safety fence 2, and the filling of the soil, the panel 1 can be constructed with the reinforced earth wall construction method always in a safe state without chipping or dirt.
