Description

The present invention relates to a wire harness holder for holding a wire harness wired from a vehicle body of an automobile to a slide door.

Conventionally, in an automobile provided with a slide door, a wire harness is wired from the vehicle body to the slide door in order to supply power and transmit signals from the vehicle body to electrical components of the slide door. The wire harness generally includes a wire and a corrugated tube that protects the wire. Further, the wire harness is held by a holder installed in the vehicle body and a holder installed in the slide door.

When the wire harness is rigidly fixed to the vehicle body or the slide door by the holder, the curvature of the portion in the vicinity of the holder becomes large and is damaged when it is bent as the slide door is opened and closed. Then, various holding | maintenance tools which hold | maintain a wire harness so that rotation is possible are proposed.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a wire harness (11) wired between a vehicle body and a slide door, a vehicle-side power supply tool (14) provided on the vehicle body, and a door-side power supply tool provided on the slide door And (16) a structure for rotatably holding it. The vehicle-side power supply tool (14) holds one end of the wire harness (11) so as to be rotatable about the vertical axis. The door-side power supply tool (16) holds the other end of the wire harness (11) rotatably around the vertical axis. By rotatably holding the wire harness (11) in this manner, the curve of the wire harness (11) accompanying opening and closing of the slide door can be made more gentle.

However, in the structure in which the wire harness is held by the holder so as to be rotatable in the two-dimensional direction as in Patent Document 1 described above, the curvature of the wire harness in the two-dimensional direction can be relaxed. On the other hand, when a force is applied in a direction other than the two-dimensional direction, the curvature can not be alleviated, and there is room for improvement.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the wire harness holder which can make curve of the wire harness accompanying opening and closing of a slide door more loosely.

In order to solve the above problems, a wire harness holder according to the present invention holds a pivoting member attached to a wire harness wired from a vehicle body of a car to a slide door, and rotatably supports the pivoting member. A holding member fixed to the slide door, the rotating member protruding from an outer surface of the main body portion provided with a through hole through which the wire harness is inserted, and the main body portion And the holding member has a surrounding portion that surrounds the rotating member, and the inner surface of the surrounding portion accommodates the pair of protrusions. A pair of recessed portions are provided, and a clearance is provided between the projection and the recessed portion, and the rotating member is rotatable around a straight line connecting the pair of recessed portions, and Within the above clearance Position wherein the is allowed.

According to the present invention, a rotating member attached to the wire harness, and a holding member for holding the rotating member rotatably are configured, and the pair of projections of the rotating member and the pair of holding members are provided. Since the clearance is provided between the concave portion and the concave portion, the pivoting member rotatable around the straight line connecting the pair of concave portions is allowed to be displaced within the range of the clearance. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a wire harness holder capable of further curving the curve of the wire harness accompanying opening and closing of the slide door.

The “wire harness holder” according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The power supply device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is mounted in a car and is used to supply power and transmit a signal from a vehicle body to electrical components of a slide door. The power supply device 1 includes a wire harness 2 wired from a vehicle body to a slide door, a vehicle body side holder 3 installed on the vehicle body, and a door as a “wire harness holder” installed on a slide door. And a side holder 4. The vehicle body side holding fixture 3 and the door side holding fixture 4 are members that hold the wire harness 2 so as to be able to swing and move in the longitudinal direction thereof.

The wire harness 2 includes a plurality of electric wires 20, a bending restriction member 21 provided on the vehicle body side, and a corrugated tube 26 covering the electric wires 20 and the bending restriction member 21. The wire harness 2 is appropriately curved by sliding movement of the slide door in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and is rocked at the vehicle body side holder 3 and the door side holder 4.

The electric wire 20 is connected at one end to a battery or an alternator mounted on the vehicle body, and at the other end to an electrical component (speaker, power window, etc.) provided on the slide door. The electric wire 20 is formed longer than the corrugated tube 26, and both ends thereof are drawn out from the corrugated tube 26 and exposed. In FIG. 1, the illustration of the electric wire 20 between the vehicle body side holder 3 and the door side holder 4 is omitted.

The corrugated tube 26 is formed of a synthetic resin in a thin-walled cylindrical shape, and convex and concave grooves in the circumferential direction are alternately provided in the longitudinal direction of the tube.

The vehicle body side holding tool 3 includes a spherical rotation member attached to one end (end on the vehicle body side) of the corrugated tube 26 and a holding member 6 for holding the rotation member. The holding member 6 is generally formed in a tubular shape as a whole from synthetic resin, and has therein a housing portion for rotatably housing the rotation member in a three-dimensional direction. Further, the holding member 6 has a positioning boss 67 which is inserted into the positioning hole of the vehicle body, and a fixing portion which is bolted to the vehicle body.

The door side holder 4 is provided with the rotation member 7 attached to the other end side of the corrugated tube 26, and the holding member 8 holding this rotation member 7, as shown to FIGS.

The pivoting member 7 is made of synthetic resin. The pivoting member 7 has a main body portion 73 formed in a spherical shape, and a pair of protrusions 74 projecting from the outer surface of the main body portion 73.

The main body portion 73 is provided with a through hole 75 through which the corrugated tube 26 is inserted. The inner surface of the through hole 75 is provided with a plurality of claws 76 which engage with the concave groove of the corrugated tube 26. The plurality of claws 76 restrict movement of the corrugated tube 26 in its longitudinal direction and rotation thereof with respect to the central axis of the corrugated body.

The pair of projections 74 are provided symmetrically with the central axis of the through hole 75 as the axis of symmetry. Further, the pair of protrusions 74 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The pair of protrusions 74 serves as a rotation center of the main body 73.

Further, the pivoting member 7 of this example is constituted by a hemispherical half member 71 and a half member 72 which are divided into two. As shown in FIG. 3, the half members 71 and the half members 72 are provided with locking portions 71a, 71b, 72a, 72b that are locked to each other. The pivoting member 7 is attached to the corrugated tube 26 by positioning the corrugated tube 26 between the half member 71 and the half member 72 and assembling them.

The holding member 8 is made of synthetic resin. The holding member 8 has an annular surrounding portion 83 surrounding the pivoting member 7 and a fixing portion 87 bolted to the slide door. The fixing portion 87 is provided with a bolt insertion hole 88.

The inner surface 83a of the surrounding portion 83 is provided with a pair of recessed portions 84 in which the above-described pair of projections 74 of the rotating member 7 are respectively accommodated. The pair of recesses 84 are provided on a dashed dotted line P shown in FIGS. The dashed-dotted line straight line P is a straight line parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body when the holding member 8 is fixed to the slide door. The inner diameter of the recess 84 is formed larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion 74. That is, a clearance is provided between the projection 74 and the recess 84 along the entire circumference of the projection 74.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the inner surface 83 a of the surrounding portion 83 is provided with a curved surface 85 on which the outer surface of the main body portion 73 slides. The curved surface 85 is annularly provided on the outer periphery of each recess 84. Each of the curved surfaces 85 is a curved surface along a spherical surface 73 a located on the outer periphery of each of the protrusions 74 on the outer surface of the main body 73. That is, in the main body 73, the spherical surface 73 a located on the outer periphery of the protrusion 74 slides on the curved surface 85.

Further, the holding member 8 of this example is constituted by a first member 81 and a second member 82 which are divided into two in the width direction of the vehicle body. As shown in FIG. 3, the first member 81 and the second member 82 are provided with locking portions 81a, 81b, 82a, 82b which are locked to each other. By positioning the pivoting member 7 between the first member 81 and the second member 82 and assembling them, the pivoting member 7 is pivotably assembled to the holding member 8.

In such a door-side holder 4, the pivoting member 7 is pivotable about the alternate long and short dash line P shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 (that is, a straight line connecting a pair of concave portions 84) and Displacement (rotation in a three-dimensional direction) is allowed within the range of the clearance between the protrusion 74 and the recess 84 described above. Further, since the above-described spherical surface 73a slides on the curved surface 85, the pivoting member 7 pivots with its center (the center of the sphere) positioned at a predetermined position.

Next, the operation of the door side holder 4 will be described with reference to FIG. Arrow X in FIG. 6 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, arrow Y is parallel to the vertical direction of the vehicle, and arrow Z is parallel to the width direction of the vehicle. Reference numeral 10 is a slide door, and the slide door 10 slides along the arrow X.

In FIG. 6, the wire harness 2 held by the door-side holder 4 mainly pivots in a two-dimensional direction about the one-dot chain line P as the slide door 10 slides. When the extra length portion 2a is pushed toward the slide door 10 in the half-opened state, the rotational member 7 is displaced as shown by the arrow following the extra length portion 2a. That is, the pivoting member 7 pivots in the three-dimensional direction following the remaining length portion 2a.

Further, a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6 indicates how the wire harness 2 bends when the pivoting member 7 pivots only in a two-dimensional direction about the one-dot chain line P. When the pivoting member 7 pivots only in a two-dimensional direction about the one-dot chain line P, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6, the curvature of the portion 2b near the pivot member of the wire harness 2 becomes large. I will. On the other hand, the displacement of the pivoting member 7 of this example is permitted as described above, so the curvature of the portion 2b near the pivoting member of the wire harness 2 can be reduced as shown by the solid line in FIG. it can. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, by reducing the curvature of the portion 2b near the pivoting member of the wire harness 2, the curvature of the extra length portion 2a can also be smaller than that shown by the two-dot chain line.

The power supply device 1 configured as described above allows the wire harness 2 to be more gently curved along with the opening and closing of the slide door by holding the wire harness 2 swingably by the vehicle body side holder 3 and the door side holder 4. be able to. By this, the operability of the wire harness 2 can be improved, and the durability of the electric wire 20 and the corrugated tube 26 can be improved.

A "wire harness holder" according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 7, the same components as in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

Similar to the door side holder 4 of the first embodiment, the door side holder 104 as the “wire harness holder” shown in FIG. 7 is mounted on a vehicle and supplies power and signals to the electric components of the slide door from the vehicle body. Configure a power feeding device that performs transmission. The door-side holder 104 includes a pivoting member 7 attached to the corrugated tube 26 and a retaining member 108 rotatably holding the pivoting member 7 and fixed to the slide door.

The holding member 108 is made of synthetic resin, and has a frame-like surrounding portion 183 surrounding the turning member 7. Bolt insertion holes 88 are provided at both ends of the surrounding portion 183. The inner surface of the surrounding portion 183 is provided with a pair of recessed portions 84 in which the pair of protrusions 74 of the rotating member 7 are respectively accommodated. The curved surface 85 described in the first embodiment is not provided in the holding member 108 of this example.

Further, the holding member 108 of this example is configured of a first member 181 and a second member 182 which are divided into two. By positioning the pivoting member 7 between the first member 181 and the second member 182 and assembling them, the pivoting member 7 is pivotably assembled to the holding member 108.

In such a door side holding tool 104, the turning member 7 can turn around a straight line connecting the pair of concave portions 84, and displacement is performed within the range of the clearance between the protrusion 74 and the concave portion 84. It is acceptable.
