Description
また、OLED発光部の下部に設けられた近赤外線有機光センサ部は、近赤外線を用いて生体認証を効果的に行うことができる。
また、近赤外線有機光センサ部は、有機物質からなるために曲げられるか伸縮性を有するように製作することができる。従って、フレキシブル表示装置の具現が容易であり、表示装置の携帯性及び汎用性を向上させることができる。

Claims (16)
- 近赤外線(NIR)有機光センサが組み込まれた有機発光ダイオード(OLED)パネルであって
基板と、
前記基板上に配置されて可視光を発光するOLEDスタックと、
前記基板と前記OLEDスタックとの間に配置され、NIR光を発光するNIR発光部及びNIR光を受光するNIR受光部を含むNIR光センサスタックと、を備えることを特徴とするOLEDパネル。 - 前記OLEDスタックのピクセルは、少なくとも一つの前記NIR発光部と少なくとも一つの前記NIR受光部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記NIR発光部及び前記NIR受光部は、前記OLEDスタックのサブピクセルの下部に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記NIR発光部及び前記NIR受光部は、前記OLEDスタックのサブピクセルとサブピクセルとの間の未発光部の下部に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記OLEDスタックは、前記NIR光センサスタックの反対方向に発光することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記OLEDスタックのOLED発光部は、有機発光層と、前記有機発光層の上部及び下部に形成された電極を含む有機発光ダイオードと、を含み、
前記有機発光層の上部に形成された電極は、透過電極であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記NIR発光部及び前記NIR受光部は、前記OLEDスタックのサブピクセルの下部に含まれ、
前記有機発光層の下部に形成された電極は、透過電極であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記NIR発光部と前記NIR受光部は、前記OLEDスタックのサブピクセルとサブピクセルとの間の未発光部の下部に含まれ、
前記有機発光層の下部に形成された電極は、反射電極であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記基板と前記NIR光センサスタックとの間に、前記NIR光センサスタック及び前記OLEDスタックの電気的信号を入出力するための駆動部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記NIR光センサスタックから電気的信号を入出力するための駆動部と前記OLEDスタックから電気的信号を入出力するための駆動部とは、同一平面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記NIR発光部は、800〜1500nmの波長帯のNIR光を発光するNIR有機光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記NIR有機光ダイオードは、前記NIR光を発光する有機発光層と、前記有機発光層の上部に形成された上部電極及び下部に形成された下部電極と、を含み、
前記上部電極は、透過電極であり、
前記下部電極は、反射電極であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記NIR受光部は、800〜1500nmの波長帯のNIR光を受光するNIR有機光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 前記NIR有機光ダイオードは、前記NIR光を吸光する有機吸光層と、前記有機吸光層の上部に形成された上部電極及び下部に形成された下部電極と、を含み、
前記上部電極は、透過度が80%以上の透過電極であり、
前記下部電極は、反射電極であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記NIR光センサスタックは、指紋、虹彩、又は顔面イメージを検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。
- 請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載のOLEDパネルを備えることを特徴とする表示装置。
