Claims (20)
- イソシアネート末端ポリエーテル、イソシアネート末端ポリシロキサン、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された硬化剤とともにヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエン(HTPB)を有するバインダを備えた、固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記硬化剤が、イソシアネート末端ポリエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記イソシアネート末端ポリエーテルが、ジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記ジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルが、フッ素化されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記ジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート末端ペルフルオロ‐3,6,9‐トリオキサウンデカン‐1,11‐ジオール(FODI)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記ジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート末端ポリテトラヒドロフラン(pTHF)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記硬化剤が、イソシアネート末端ポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記イソシアネート末端ポリシロキサンが、ジイソシアネート末端ポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記イソシアネートが、脂肪族ジイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記イソシアネートが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記バインダが、前記硬化剤の前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンに対する重量比で、5:95〜40:60の比率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記硬化剤が、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルであり、前記バインダが、前記硬化剤の前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンに対する重量比で、5:95〜40:60の比率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記硬化剤が、ジイソシアネート末端ポリシロキサンであり、前記バインダが、前記硬化剤の前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンに対する重量比で、5:95〜40:60の比率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- モータケースと、
前記モータケースに取り付けられたノズルと、
前記モータケースに配置された固体ロケット推進薬であって、イソシアネート末端ポリエーテル、イソシアネート末端ポリシロキサン、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された硬化剤とともにヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエン(HTPB)を含んだ、固体ロケット推進薬と、
を備えた固体ロケットモータ。 - 前記硬化剤が、ジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の固体ロケットモータ。
- 前記ジイソシアネート末端ポリエーテルが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート末端ペルフルオロ‐3,6,9‐トリオキサウンデカン‐1,11‐ジオール(FODI)、およびヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート末端ポリテトラヒドロフラン(pTHF)からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の固体ロケットモータ。
- 前記硬化剤が、ジイソシアネート末端ポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の固体ロケットモータ。
- 前記バインダが、前記硬化剤の前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンに対する重量比で、5:95〜40:60の比率を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の固体ロケットモータ。
