US=超音波溶接
プライマーを調製するために、ポリマー成分を機械的撹拌により90℃で溶媒に溶解し、20℃に放冷した。プライマーの組成(単位:g)を下記表に示す。
エネルギーダイレクターを有さないAWS(American Welding Society)試験片。試験片の下半分は、中央に配置された垂直のウェブ(9.4mm高さおよび2.5mm幅)を有する50mm×12.4mm×2.8mmのベース板(T字形状)からなっていた。試験片の上半分は、中央に配置された垂直のウェブ(3mm高さおよび2.5mm幅)を有する50mm×12.4mm×2.8mmのベース板(T字形状)からなっていた。中央のウェブの表面を溶接することにより、二重のT字形状を得た。
Claims (12)
- プライマーを用いた2つのポリアミドプラスチックの溶接方法であって、プライマーは少なくとも1つの無水マレイン酸または無水マレイン酸誘導体から合成された少なくとも1つのポリマーを含有する、溶接方法。
- ポリアミドプラスチックはポリアミド6、ポリアミド6.6、ポリアミド6.10、ポリアミド6.12、ポリアミド10.10、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド10.12、ポリフタルアミド、光透過性ポリアミドおよび前記ポリアミドに基づく混合物からなる群から選択され、特に、第一接合材料はポリアミド6、ポリアミド6.6、ポリアミド6.10、ポリアミド6.12からなる群からのポリアミドプラスチックから選択され、および/または第二接合材料はポリアミド10.10、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12からなる群からのポリアミドプラスチックから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- ポリマーは少なくとも1つのスチレンまたはスチレン誘導体および少なくとも1つの無水マレイン酸または無水マレイン酸誘導体からなるコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の溶接方法。
- 少なくとも1つのコポリマーは1:0.01〜1:2、好ましくは1:0.05〜1:1、特に好ましくは1:0.1〜1:0.3のスチレンと無水マレイン酸とのモル比を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の溶接方法。
- 少なくとも1つのポリマーはポリマーに基づいて0.1〜50重量%、特に0.5〜40重量%、好ましくは4〜30重量%、特に好ましくは8〜26重量%の無水マレイン酸含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーの少なくとも1つのポリマーは30℃より高い、特に80℃より高い、特に好ましくは100℃より高いガラス転移温度Tgを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- 少なくとも1つのポリマーは5000〜2000000g/mol、特に50000〜1000000g/mol、好ましくは100000〜500000g/molの範囲に重量平均分子量Mwを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーは、第一ポリマーに加えて、溶接する2つのプラスチック材料の少なくとも1つと適合する少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー、好ましくは少なくとも1つのポリアミドポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーは少なくとも1つの溶媒、特に少なくとも1つの有機溶媒を含有し、プライマーは各々の場合にプライマーの総重量に基づいて好ましくは10〜90重量%、特に50〜85重量%、特に好ましくは60〜80重量%の溶媒含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- 少なくとも1つの溶媒は1〜600hPa、特に2〜200hPa、特に好ましくは5〜20hPaの20℃での蒸気圧を有し、好ましくは溶媒はテトラヒドロフラン、メチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)、シクロヘキサノンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の溶接方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の溶接方法により製造された物品。
- 2つの異なったポリアミドプラスチックを溶接するための、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の溶接方法におけるプライマーの使用。
