Abstract
Description
先ず、図1ないし図5を参照して本発明の実施例による反射偏光モジュールが適用されたバックライトユニットの概略的な構成について見れば、次のとおりである。
次いで、図6及び図7を参照して、上記接着層430の収縮率I3によって上記反射偏光シート420のベンディングを低減させることを見れば、次のとおりである。
次に、図8を参照して、上述した上記接着層430が上記冷却面422ではなく上記外部露出面424と接触された状態について見れば、次のとおりである。
Claims (11)
- 屈折率異なる複数個のスタックが積層されて光を選択的に透過させ、加熱された状態で別途の冷却ロールに接触して冷却される冷却面、及び上記冷却面の上部にて積層形態で配置され、空気に露出して徐々に冷却される外部露出面を含み、温度上昇による上記冷却面の収縮率が上記外部露出面より相対的に大きく形成される反射偏光シート;及び
上記冷却面または上記外部露出面の中で少なくともいずれか一つに備えられて別途の光学モジュールと上記反射偏光シートを接合させ、上記冷却面及び上記外部露出面の収縮率の差によって上記反射偏光シートが温度上昇によって収縮して曲がることを低減する接着層;
を含む、ベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記接着層は、
上記冷却面に備えられ、温度上昇による上記冷却面の収縮率より相対的により小さい収縮率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記接着層は、
上記外部露出面に備えられ、温度上昇による上記外部露出面の収縮率より相対的に大きい収縮率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記反射偏光シートは、
複数個のスタックが積層して形成され、上記外部露出面で積層方向に沿って上記冷却面に行くほど収縮率が増加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記反射偏光シートは、
複数個のスタックが膨脹された状態で硬化して形成され、温度が上昇すれば再び収縮することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記反射偏光シートは、
上記冷却ロールを通して積層状態で冷却され、上記冷却ロールの形状によって上記冷却面で上記外部露出面の方向にベンディングされた状態で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記反射偏光シートは、
上記冷却面または上記外部露出面の中でいずれか一面にパターンが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記接着層の下部に形成され、
上部に行くほど横断面積が減少する第1の単位集光体が連続的に繰り返される第1の構造化パターンを有し、上記第1の単位集光体の少なくとも一部が上記接着層の内部に埋め込まれる第1の集光シートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光フィルム。 - 上記第1の集光シートは、
上記第1の単位集光体の最下端部から最上端部に至る垂直距離が不均一に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 上記第1の構造化パターンは、
上記第1の単位集光体が長く延長された形態で繰り返して形成され、延長方向に沿って高さが変化することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のベンディングの低減が可能な反射偏光モジュール。 - 請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の反射偏光モジュールを備えたバックライトユニット。
