Claims (40)
- 患者の皮膚内の色素沈着を変化させる方法であって、
患者の皮膚の処置領域に結合流体を適用する段階であって、前記結合流体が、前記結合流体内に氷の形成を促進するように構成された氷核形成剤を含む、適用する段階と、
適用された前記結合流体が存在する状態で、前記処置領域に冷却処置を適用する段階と、を含み、
前記冷却処置が、前記結合流体内の氷の結晶形成を促進し、
前記結合流体内の前記氷の結晶形成が、前記冷却処置の間に前記患者の皮膚内に伝搬する、方法。 - 前記氷核形成剤が細菌、真菌、煤または塵を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記氷核形成剤がたんぱく質、リポたんぱく質、または長鎖脂肪族アルコールもしくはアミノ酸を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却処置を適用する前に、前記処置領域を剥離し、または穿孔する段階をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処置領域を剥離し、または穿孔する段階が、微小表皮剥離ローラーまたはレーザーを用いた前記処置領域の剥離、または穿孔を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記結合流体を前記患者の皮膚上の前記処置領域に適用する段階が、前記皮膚の前記処置領域に流体キャリアを適用する段階を含み、前記流体キャリアが前記結合流体を前記処置領域に保持するように構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記流体キャリアが均一な厚さを有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記流体キャリアが布地材料を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記結合流体が、液体の粘度を増加させる濃化剤を含む液体を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却処置を適用する段階が、冷却プローブの処置表面を、処置の位置における前記結合流体と接触させる段階を含み、前記冷却プローブが、氷の形成を容易にするための振動部を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記振動部が超音波トランスデューサを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却処置を適用する段階が、冷却プローブの処置表面を、処置の位置における前記結合流体と接触させる段階を含み、前記冷却プローブの前記処置表面が、氷の結晶を保持するように構成された凹部領域を有する凹凸面を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 患者の皮膚の色素沈着を変化させる方法であって、
患者の皮膚上の処置領域に流体キャリア及び結合流体を適用する段階であって、前記流体キャリアが前記処置領域に前記結合流体を保持する、適用する段階と、
前記皮膚の前記処置領域に冷却処置を適用し、前記流体キャリアによって保持された前記結合流体内に氷の結晶形成を促進する段階と、を含み、
前記結合流体内の前記氷の結晶形成が、前記冷却処置中に前記患者の前記皮膚内に伝搬する、方法。 - 前記冷却処置を適用する前に、前記処置領域を剥離または穿孔する段階をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記流体キャリアが均一な厚さを有する、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 前記流体キャリアが布地材料を含む、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 患者の皮膚の目的領域内の色素沈着を変化させる方法であって、
目的領域を画定する皮膚の表皮層を剥離または穿孔する段階と、
前記患者の皮膚上の前記目的領域に結合流体を適用する段階と、
適用された前記結合流体が存在する処置領域に、冷却処置を適用する段階と、を含み、
前記冷却処置が、前記結合流体内に氷の結晶形成を促進させ、
前記結合流体中の前記氷の結晶形成が、前記冷却処置中に前記患者の皮膚内に伝搬する、方法。 - 患者の皮膚の目的領域内の色素沈着を変化させる方法であって、
冷却処置プローブの接触表面上に液体を霧吹きすることによって、前記冷却処置プローブの接触表面を事前処置する段階であって、霧吹きされた前記液体が、前記冷却処置プローブの前記接触表面上に氷の結晶を形成する、接触表面を事前処置する段階と、
前記患者の皮膚上の処置領域に流体キャリアを適用する段階と、
前記冷却処置プローブの事前処置された前記接触表面を、処置の場所における結合流体と接触させる段階と、を含み、
前記冷却処置プローブが、前記結合流体内に氷の結晶形成を促進し、
前記結合流体内の前記氷の結晶形成が、前記冷却処置の間に前記患者の皮膚内に伝搬する、方法。 - 患者の皮膚の目的領域内の色素沈着を変化させる方法であって、
患者の皮膚の目的領域に冷却プローブの処置表面を接触させる段階であって、前記冷却プローブが、前記患者の皮膚内に氷の結晶形成を促進するために冷却処置を行うように構成された、処置表面を接触させる段階を含み、
前記冷却プローブが、前記冷却処置中に前記皮膚内の氷の形成を促進させるために前記皮膚に振動を伝達するための振動部を含む、方法。 - 前記振動部が超音波トランスデューサを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサが、20から100kHzの範囲で、ある音響エネルギーの超音波パルスを伝達するように構成された、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記振動部が音響トランスデューサを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。

前記接触表面が、冷却処置中に、前記結合流体内に氷の結晶形成を促進するように構成された凹部領域を有する凹凸面を有し、前記結合流体内の氷の結晶形成が、冷却処置中に前記患者の皮膚内に伝搬するように構成された、システム。 - 前記冷却処置プローブが、氷の形成を容易にするために前記冷却処置プローブの前記接触表面を振動させるための振動部を含む、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動部が超音波トランスデューサを含む、請求項25に記載のシステム。
- 前記結合流体をさらに含み、前記結合流体が、前記患者の皮膚の処置領域への適用のために氷核形成剤を含む、請求項24から26のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記氷核形成剤が、細菌、真菌、煤または塵を含む、請求項27に記載のシステム。

皮膚の処置領域に適用されるように構成され、結合流体に浸されるように構成され、前記皮膚の処置領域に前記結合流体を保持するように構成された流体キャリアと、
前記流体キャリアを接触させるための接触表面を含む冷却処置プローブと、を含み、
前記冷却処置プローブの前記接触表面が、前記流体キャリア内に保持される前記結合流体内に、氷の結晶形成を促進するように構成された、システム。 - 前記流体キャリアが均一な厚さを有する、請求項33に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体キャリアが布地材料を含む、請求項33または34に記載のシステム。
- 患者の皮膚の色素沈着を変化させるためのシステムであって、
皮膚に冷却処置を適用するために、患者の皮膚の処置領域に接触させるための接触表面を含む冷却処置プローブと、
冷却処置の適用中に、前記冷却処置プローブの前記接触表面を振動させるための振動部と、を含む、システム。 - 前記振動部が超音波トランスデューサを含む、請求項36に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサが、20から100kHzの範囲で、ある音響エネルギーで超音波パルスを伝達するように構成された、請求項37に記載のシステム。
