Abstract
Description
ハニカム又はブリスターサンドイッチシート又はパネルとは、典型的には約200〜4000g/m2の範囲の秤量、すなわち、重量/平方メートルを有し得る、ポリプロピレンで好ましくは作られるハニカムシートを指す。この製品は、良好な弾性(すなわち破壊強度)の存在下でも、かなりの剛性及び硬さ等の独特の特性を有する。また、この製品は、30÷50%の充填率、すなわち、製品が占める総体積に対するプラスチック材料の体積の比率を有する。
より具体的には、本発明の目的は、規則的かつ連続したパターンで反復する円筒形態又は他の形態(ハニカム構造)を有する熱成形ブリスターフィルムを備える中央層と結合される外側フィルムで構成される、熱可塑性ポリプロピレンベースのハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを提供することであり、中央層の特定の形態は、シートに対して、機械的特性、負荷抵抗、ならびに構造的及び機能的特性を付与する。
最後に、本発明の目的は、無機充填剤を粉末形態で直接使用することも可能にする、ハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを製造するための方法及び装置である。
この特性は、本発明によるシートを、一方の側又は面上でのみ熱成形される中央フィルムを有する、すなわち、熱成形平面に関して対称でない構造を有するシートから実質的に区別する。この2番目のシートは、実際には、熱成形フィルムの実質的に一定の厚さによって特徴づけることができない。すなわち、熱成形側又はブリスター側は、実際には、同じ熱成形プロセスによってより薄くなり、下部を基準にして質量を喪失することになる。これらの厚さの差は、フィルムの2つの側の異なる冷却時間と共に、中央フィルムと完成品であるシートの両方についての避けられない非対称性をもたらし、熱成形中央フィルムが平坦外側フィルムに溶着されると、シートの「カール」作用をもたらす。
特に、本発明によるハニカム又はブリスターシート又はパネルは、好ましくは、既に示したように、平坦な上側又は上部外側フィルム、熱成形中央フィルム、及び平坦な下側又は下部フィルムからなる。
異なるフィルムを形成する全ての層A、B、又はCが、同じ押出機(すなわち、押出機A又はB又はC)から生ずることは必ずしも必要ではなく、完成品であるシート全体を形成する層と同じ数の押出機が存在することも想定され得る。換言すれば、完成品であるシートが、A−B−A + A’−B’−A’ + A’’−B’’−A’’からなる構造を有する場合、層A用の押出機A、層B用の押出機B、層A’用の押出機A’、層B’用の押出機B’等が存在し得る。
熱成形内側フィルムは、好ましくは、ポリプロピレンコポリマー(好ましくは、エチレン及び/又はブタンモノマーがプロピレン鎖に挿入されたブロック又はランダムポリプロピレンコポリマー)及びポリプロピレンホモポリマー及び/又は関連する混合物からなり、特に高い物理的機械的特性を有し、したがって、最終製品、すなわち、ハニカム又はブリスターパネル又はシートが、機械的抵抗及び軽さの観点から所望される品質を有することを保証するのに適している。したがって、これは、3つの層による共押出にて製造される多層構造を有するフィルムであり、3層共押出構造A−B−Aは、好ましくは、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーからなる内部層B及びポリプロピレンコポリマーからなる2つの外側層Aで構成される。
段階a)対応するポリマーから、又は、対応するポリマー化合物及び無機充填剤から開始される、少なくとも3つの多層フィルム10、11、12、すなわち、下部外側フィルム10、内側又は中央フィルム11、及び上部外側フィルム12の同時押出段階、
段階b)内側又は中央フィルム11の熱成形段階、
段階c)熱溶着による、非熱成形平坦外側フィルム10、12の熱成形内側又は中央フィルム11との結合段階
を含み、
内側フィルム11の熱成形は、内側フィルム11の2つの側又は面において凹凸両方が同時に行われ、結合段階の始まりは、全ての外側及び内側の熱成形及び非熱成形フィルム10、11、12について同時である。
本発明による方法の本質的な態様は、この種のシート又はパネルの製造が、同時管理条件(contemporaneous regime conditions)で起こることである。これは、必要な対称性、幾何学的対称性(得るのが比較的容易である)のみならず、とりわけ熱対称性もまた保証するために、全ての要素(すなわち、全てのフィルム(熱成形フィルム及び非熱成形フィルム))が同時に製造されなければならないことを意味する。
フィルムの移動路(すなわち、全てのフィルムがたどる経路)は、非常に重要であり、フィルムが実質的に同様の特性を有して結合段階に達するように、特に考えられてきた。
−熱成形構造の対称性を保証するために、内側又は中央フィルム11の熱成形が、好ましくは同一の形状、サイズ、及び数を有する溝14及び***部15を共に含む整形シリンダ16によって行われ、溝14によって与えられる熱成形が吸引によって得られ、***部15によって与えられる熱成形が、使用される材料及び秤量に応じて、(温又は冷)外気の噴射によって保証され、最終製品、すなわち、ハニカムシート又はパネル10−11−12が得られるまで、2つの平滑な外側フィルム10、12を熱成形内側又は中央フィルム11上に単一のステップで溶着すること(図2)、又は、
−内側又は中央フィルム11の熱成形が、互いに交わる溝14及び***部15を有する、同一のかつ対向する2つのシリンダ16、16’の同時の機械的作用によって行われ、したがって、フィルム11の熱成形が起こり、その後、最終製品、すなわち、ハニカムシート又はパネル10−11−12が得られるまで、2つの平滑外側フィルム10及び12を熱成形内側又は中央フィルム11上に単一のステップで溶着すること(図3及び4)
である。
本発明の更なる目的は、保護要素又は包装要素としての、本発明によるハニカムブリスターシート又はパネルの使用方法に関する。
本発明によるシート又はパネルは、4.00〜40.0mmの範囲、好ましくは10.00〜30.00mmの範囲の厚さを有する。
本発明によるシート又はパネルは、好ましくは、3つのフィルムで構成され、3つのフィルムのうちの2つのフィルム(A−B−A及びA’’−B’’−A’’)は外側フィルムでありかつ平坦であり、両面又は両側が熱成形されるフィルム(A’−B’−A’)に溶着される。
本発明によるシート又はパネルの特定の例は以下の特徴を有する:
3000g/m2の重量を有するシート;
ブリスターの直径:14mm;
外側フィルム(上側/平坦A−B−A及び下側/平坦A’’−B’’−A’’)の組成:
層A、A’’:
PPコポリマー(流動性指数=3g/10’);
層B、B’’:
PPホモポリマー(流動性指数=3g/10’)及び20重量%に等しい量の無機充填剤(この場合、滑石)。
上側フィルムA−B−A/中央フィルムA’−B’−A’/下側フィルムA’’−B’’−A’’=35%−30%−35%。
Claims (11)
- 熱可塑性ポリプロピレンベースのハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルであって、2つの平坦外側フィルムからなる構造を備え、該2つの平坦外側フィルムは、上部及び下部(10,12)において、規則的かつ連続したパターンで反復するブリスター(13)が熱成形された内側又は中央フィルム(11)に溶着され、前記内側又は中央フィルムは両側又は両面において熱成形され、前記シート又はパネルが、前記平坦外側フィルム(10,12)及び前記熱成形内側フィルム(11)が3つの共押出層からなることを特徴とする、シート又はパネル。
- 前記熱成形内側フィルム(11)は、該フィルム(11)自体の2つの面又は側において凹状又は凸状に熱成形され、ブリスター(13)は、好ましくは、前記熱成形構造の対称性を保証するのに適した、同一の形状、寸法、及び数を有する、請求項1に記載のシート。
- 前記平坦外側フィルム(10,12)及び前記熱成形内側フィルム(11)は、ポリプロピレンコポリマー及びポリプロピレンホモポリマー及び/又は関連する混合物の3つの層からなる、請求項1及び2の1項又は複数項に記載のシート。
- 互いに同じ又は異なる、前記平坦外側フィルム(10,12)及び前記熱成形内側フィルム(11)の外側層(A、A’、A’’)は、ポリプロピレンコポリマーで形成され、前記平坦外側フィルム(10,12)及び前記熱成形内側フィルム(11)の内側層(B、B’、B’’)は、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーで形成され、場合により無機充填剤が添加される、請求項1〜3の1項又は複数項に記載のシート又はパネル。
- 請求項1〜4の1項又は複数項に記載のハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを作製するための方法であって、
段階a)対応するポリマーから、又は、対応するポリマー化合物及び無機充填剤から開始する、少なくとも3つの多層フィルム(10,11,12)、すなわち下部外側フィルム(10)、内側又は中央フィルム(11)、及び上部外側フィルム(12)の同時押出段階、
段階b)前記内側又は中央フィルム(11)の熱成形段階、
段階c)熱溶着による、前記非熱成形平坦外側フィルム(10,12)の前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルム(11)との結合段階
を含み、
前記内側フィルム(11)の熱成形は、前記内側フィルム(11)の2つの側又は面において凹凸の両方が同時に行われ、前記結合段階の始まりは、全ての熱成形又は非熱成形の前記外側及び内側フィルム(10,11,12)について同時である、方法。 - 段階a)の上流に、ポリプロピレン及び無機充填剤の粉末形態での混合段階を含み、こうして得られる粒状形態の化合物が前記段階a)に給送される、請求項5に記載の方法。

によって行われる、請求項5及び6の1項又は複数項に記載の方法。 - 熱溶着による結合段階c)は、前記フィルム(10,11,12)を互いに溶着することによって行われ、各フィルム(10,11,12)は、同じフィルム(10,11,12)の外側層の溶着温度を基準にして−10℃〜+10℃の範囲の温度で前記結合段階に達する、又は、前記フィルムは、10℃未満の値だけ互いから異なる温度で前記結合段階に達する、請求項5〜7の1項又は複数項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4の1項又は複数項に記載のハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを製造するための装置であって、該装置が、少なくとも3つの押出ヘッドからなる押出ユニットを備え、前記押出ユニットの下流に、熱成形ユニットならびに調整及び冷却ユニットが存在し、前記熱成形ユニットならびに前記調整及び冷却ユニットは、次に、結合ユニットに接続され、前記熱成形ユニットは、フィルムを両面又は両側において凹凸に熱成形するのに適した整形シリンダを備える、装置。
- 前記押出ユニットの上流に1つ又は複数の二軸混練押出機を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 保護要素又は包装要素としての、請求項1〜4の1項又は複数項に記載のハニカムブリスターシート又はパネルの使用方法。
