Claims (13)
- シリンジ本体(3)と該シリンジ本体(3)の遠位端(4)に配置された穿孔手段(5)とを有するシリンジ(2)のための、刺し傷を回避する安全デバイス(1)であって、軸線方向(X)に沿って延在し、該穿孔手段(5)および該シリンジ本体(3)を少なくとも部分的に包囲するスリーブ要素(6)を備え、該スリーブ要素(6)が遠位端(7)に、該シリンジ(2)を使用するときに患者の皮膚の少なくとも一部分と接触しており、開口面(9)を規定する接触部分(8)を有する、安全デバイス(1)であって、
該開口面(9)の少なくとも一部分が、該軸線方向(X)に対して角度αを形成するセグメント(10)を備え、該角度αが10°から80°の範囲であり、該安全デバイス(1)が、該シリンジ本体(3)の遠位端領域(12)に回転可能に配置されるとともに、該安全デバイス(1)を該シリンジ本体(3)上で該軸線方向(X)に沿って係止する、カラー要素(11)を備えることを特徴とする、安全デバイス(1)。 - 前記角度αが、20°から70°の範囲、好ましくは45°であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記カラー要素(11)が、前記スリーブ要素(6)の少なくとも1つのガイド・トラック(14)に係合する少なくとも1つのガイド突起(13)を備え、該ガイド突起(13)が、前記シリンジ本体(3)が前記スリーブ要素(6)に対して動くときに、前記スリーブ要素(6)の該少なくとも1つのガイド・トラック(14)内で実質的に前記軸線方向(X)でガイドされ、前記カラー要素(11)が、円周方向(U)で回転可能であるようにして、該シリンジ本体(3)の前記遠位端領域(12)に配置され、前記カラー要素(11)が、実質的に中空の円形シリンダ(16)の形態であり、該円形シリンダ(16)が、該少なくとも1つのガイド突起(13)が配置される側面(16a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記接触部分(8)が、粗面構造を有する、および/またはゴム引き材料から成る端面(15)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記開口面(9)が、前記軸線方向(X)に対して角度βを形成する別のセグメント(17)を備え、該角度βが80°から100°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記ガイド・トラック(14)が、前記シリンジ本体(3)の前記軸線方向(X)に沿って延在する仮想分離線(20)によって互いから分離された、第1のトラック領域(18)および第2のトラック領域(19)を備え、前記ガイド突起(13)が、開始位置では、該第1のトラック領域(18)に配置可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記開始位置では、前記穿孔手段(5)の遠位端(21)が前記軸線方向(X)で前記スリーブ要素内に配置され、前記シリンジ本体(3)を前記スリーブ要素(6)に対して動かしたときに前記穿孔手段(5)の遠位端(21)が前記開口面(10)に配置されると、前記分離線(20)を横切ることによって、前記ガイド突起(13)を前記第1のトラック領域(18)から、前記第2のトラック領域(19)にある終了位置へと移動させることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記開始位置では、前記穿孔手段(5)の遠位端(21)が前記開口面(9)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記開始位置では、前記穿孔手段(5)の遠位端(21)が、前記軸線方向(X)で前記スリーブ要素を越えて突出することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記安全デバイス(1)が、前記シリンジ本体(3)に動作可能に接続され、前記スリーブ要素(6)に対する前記シリンジ本体(3)の動きに対抗する、少なくとも1つのばね要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガイド突起(13)を、前記第2のトラック領域(24)のトラックを用いて、前記第2のトラック領域(24)から端部領域(24)へと動かすことができ、該端部領域(24)において、前記シリンジ本体(3)に対する前記スリーブ要素(6)の動きが、実質的に前記軸線方向(X)に沿って少なくとも制限されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記安全デバイス(1)が、前記スリーブ要素(6)の前記遠位端(7)に配置されたキャップ要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
- 前記穿孔手段(5)が切り口および先端を備え、前記穿孔手段(5)が、該先端が前記スリーブ要素(6)の最大高さと正反対の方向で配置されるような形で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項記載の安全デバイス(1)。
