Abstract
Description
20gsmの不織布材料(スパンボンド不織布製作機器での使用に好適なホモポリマー樹脂であるBraskem H502−25RGポリプロピレン樹脂を使用して製作されたポリプロピレン単成分スパンボンド不織布材料)を、NORDMECCANICA ACCOPPIATRICE積層機(モデル400)上でMORFREE L716−FB及びCR87−550を使用して、70μmのポリエチレン(PE)構造体に接着積層(溶媒不含)して、発明的な多層構造体実施例1を製作する。単成分スパンボンド不織布の代わりにOPPを使用して、延伸ポリプロピレン(OPP)を含む比較用の多層構造体実施例1を、同様の様式で調製する。
パウチの製作を、Bosch SVE 2520WR連続VFFSパッケージングライン上で以下の条件を用いて行った。
●長尺シール=150℃
●横断シール=160℃
●隅部シール=145/145/155℃
●シール持続時間=500ms
●速度=60bpm
●袋長=240mm
試験法は以下を含む。
ポリマー密度は、ASTM 792に従って測定される。
メルトインデックス、I2は、ASTM D1238(190℃、2.16kg)に従って測定される。
動摩擦係数及び静摩擦係数は、ISO 8295−1995に従って測定される。
平均エルメンドルフ引裂度は、ASTM D1922−09に従って測定される。
ハンドルOメーターは、WSP 90.3.0(05)に従って測定される。ハンドルOメーター機器は、Thwing−Albert Instrument Co.(Philadelphia,PA,USA)から入手可能である。WSP 90.3(05)は、Worldwide Strategic Partnersの「Standard Test for the Nonwovens and Related Industries」第2版によって公開されている標準的な試験法である。
Claims (20)
- 不織布層と、
127℃以下の融点をもつポリオレフィン系シーラント層を有する共押出多層フィルムと、を含む多層構造体から形成されたパッケージであって、
前記不織布層が、前記パッケージの外層を形成する、パッケージ。 - 前記シーラント層が、前記パッケージの内部層の少なくとも一部分を形成する、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージが、連続ヒートシール加工機器上で形成され、充填され、かつ封止されることができる、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系シーラント層が、115℃以下の融点を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系シーラント層が、100℃以下の融点を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系シーラント層が、95℃以下の融点を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記共押出多層フィルムが、第1の層と、第2の層と、第3の層とを含み、前記第3の層が、前記ポリオレフィン系シーラント層であり、前記第1及び第2の層が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、エチレンビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、イオノマー、及び官能化ポリマーからなる群から選択される1種以上の材料から製造される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記共押出多層フィルムが、1つ以上のバリア層をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記共押出多層フィルムが、1つ以上の結合層をさらに含む、請求項7または8に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記共押出多層フィルムが、1つ以上の積層接着剤を使用して前記不織布層に接着される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記共押出多層フィルムが、前記不織布層上に直接押し出される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記シーラント層が最内層である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層が、15〜100gsmのスパンボンド式ポリプロピレン系不織布を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層が、スパンボンド/メルトブローン/スパンボンド、スパンボンド/メルブローン/メルトブローン/スパンボンド、またはスパンボンド/X/メルトブローン/メルトブローン/X/スパンボンド構造体を含み、Xが、不織布、スパンボンド、またはメルトブローン材料である、請求項13に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層が、カード式短繊維不織布、エアレイド不織布、スパンレース不織布、及び通気性不織布からなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層が、二成分PET/PE繊維及びPP/PE繊維のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 内部繊維成分の融点と外部繊維成分の融点との差が少なくとも40℃である、請求項16に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層が、PP、PE、及びPETのうちの1つ以上から製造された単成分繊維を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層の外表面を被覆するワニスをさらに含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記不織布層の外表面が、印刷可能である、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
