Claims (13)
- 角柱形状に形成されたセルハウジング(3)であって、負の端子(11)と正の端子(12)とが配置されたカバー面(31)を有する前記セルハウジング(3)と、
前記セルハウジング(3)の内部に配置された少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)であって、カソード(14)とアノード(16)とを有する前記巻回電極体(10)と、
を備えるバッテリセル(2)において、
前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、電気的に絶縁するホルダ(70、80、90、100)によって前記カバー面(31)に固定され、
前記ホルダ(70、80、90、100)は、少なくとも1つの電気的に絶縁するスペーサ(67、68)と結合されることを特徴とする、バッテリセル(2)。 - 前記スペーサ(67、68)は、前記カバー面(31)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記スペーサ(67、68)は、前記カソード(14)又は前記アノード(16)と端子(11、12)とを電気的に接続する集電体(41、51)によって、前記カバー面(31)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記ホルダ(70)は、フレーム形状に実現され、前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、前記ホルダ(70)で挟み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、前記カバー面(31)に対して平行に延びる巻回軸(A)に巻回されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記ホルダ(80)は、前記スペーサ(67、68)と結合されたカバー領域(81)と、当該カバー領域(81)と結合された底部領域(82)と、を有し、前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、前記カバー領域(81)と前記底部領域(82)との間で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、前記ホルダ(80)によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記ホルダ(90)は、平坦な物体として実現され、前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、前記ホルダ(90)に巻回されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)は、前記カバー面(31)に対して直交して延びる巻回軸(A)に巻回されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記ホルダ(100)は、二重フレームの形態により実現され、前記少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)をその間に収容する第1のフレーム部分(101)及び第2のフレーム部分(102)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記ホルダ(70、80、90、100)は、少なくとも1つの電気的に絶縁するスペーサ(67、68)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(2)を備えるバッテリシステム。
- 電気自動車(EV)、ハイブリッド自動車(HEV)、又は、プラグインハイブリッド自動車(PHEV)での、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)の利用。
