Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 燃料電池アセンブリからのパージガスの排出を制御するための制御弁であって、第1の位置と第2の位置との間でその中を移動可能な弁部材を有する弁本体と、前記燃料電池アセンブリからパージガスを受容するための入口ポートと、前記パージガスのための出口を提供するための出口ポートと、を備え、前記弁部材は、前記第1の位置において、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートとの間をパージガスが流れることを阻止し、また、前記第2の位置において、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートとの間の前記パージガスの流れを可能にするように構成され、前記弁本体が、前記弁本体から液体をドレインすることを可能にするように適合され、前記弁本体に配設されるドレインポートを含み、前記ドレインポートが、前記弁部材が前記第2の位置にあるときに、閉じるように構成される、制御弁。
- 前記弁部材が、前記第2の位置において、前記ドレインポートを閉じるように構成される、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁部材が前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記ドレインポート及び前記出口ポートが流体連通するように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁部材が、前記パージガス入口ポートが前記弁部材によって常時閉じられるように、前記第1の位置に付勢される、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御弁が、ソレノイド弁を備え、前記弁部材が、ソレノイドの作動により前記第2の位置に移動可能である、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 前記ドレインポートが、大気に開放される、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 前記ドレインポート及び前記出口ポートが、前記弁本体の対向側部に配設される、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 前記入口ポート及び前記出口ポートが、前記弁本体の共通側部を通って延在するように配設される、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁本体及び前記弁部材が、前記出口ポートと前記ドレインポートとの間に、及び前記弁部材に並んで延在するバイパスチャネルを画定するように配設される、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 前記燃料電池アセンブリからのパージガスの排出を制御するように構成される、先行する上記請求項のいずれかに記載の制御弁を含む燃料電池アセンブリのための排出アセンブリ。
- 前記出口ポートが、前記パージガスと更なる流体流とを組み合わせるように適合される混合チャンバに接続される、請求項10に記載の排出アセンブリ。
- 前記排出アセンブリが、前記更なる流体と混合されるときに前記パージガスを排出するための大気への出口を前記混合チャンバの下流に含む、請求項11に記載の排出アセンブリ。
- 前記混合チャンバが、前記燃料電池アセンブリのカソードアセンブリからの排出流を受容するように構成され、前記カソード排出流が、前記更なる流体流を含む、請求項11または請求項12に記載の排出アセンブリ。
- 前記ドレインポートが、前記入口ポート及び前記出口ポートよりも下部に配設される、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の排出アセンブリ。
- 前記入口ポートが、前記燃料電池アセンブリのアノードアセンブリに接続するように構成される、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の排出アセンブリ。
- 燃料電池アセンブリ及び請求項15に記載の排出アセンブリを含む、燃料電池システム。
