Description

−開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維、プラスチック繊維ならびに熱硬化物質粉末を混合することと、
−予熱金型で混合物を予熱することと、
−予熱された繊維層を蒸気注入オーブン中に移送し、それにより不織布複合材料層を形成することと、
−不織布複合材料層を冷間プレスすることと、
−いくつかの不織布複合材料層を互いにプレスすることにより、多層不織布複合ボードを形成することと、を含む。

Claims (17)
- 少なくとも部分的に不織布複合材料で作製された複合ボードであって、前記不織布複合材料は、
− 開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維と、
− プラスチック繊維と、
− 0〜50重量%の熱硬化物質と、を含む、複合ボード。 - 少なくとも40重量%、少なくとも50重量%、または少なくとも60重量%、または少なくとも80重量%、または少なくとも90重量%の開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の複合ボード。
- 60重量%未満、または50重量%未満、または40重量%未満、または20重量%未満または10重量%未満、または5%未満のプラスチック繊維を含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の複合ボード。
- 40重量%未満、または25重量%未満、または20重量%未満または10重量%未満、または5%未満の熱硬化物質を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合ボード。
- 50〜75重量%の開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維、10〜40重量%のプラスチック繊維、ならびに10〜40重量%の熱硬化物質を含む、請求項4に記載の複合ボード。
- 前記不織布複合材料が二成分繊維をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合ボード。
- 1つ以上の面に、任意選択でプレ印刷層および/または印刷された装飾層を含む、1つ以上の仕上げ層を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合ボード。
- 複合ボードの製造方法であって、開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維をプラスチック繊維および0〜50重量%の熱硬化物質と混合することと、前記混合物を不織布複合材料層に熱成形することと、を含む、複合ボードの製造方法。
- 熱成形が、蒸気加熱または蒸気注入加熱またはマイクロ波加熱を含む、請求項9に記載の複合ボードの製造方法。
- 40〜90重量%の開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維、10〜60重量%のプラスチック繊維が混合される、請求項9または10に記載の複合ボードの製造方法。
- 40〜90重量%の開繊された天然繊維および/またはガラス繊維、40〜5重量%のプラスチック繊維、ならびに40〜5重量%の熱硬化物質が混合される、請求項9〜11のいずれかに1項に記載の複合ボードの製造方法。
- 前記混合工程が、エアレイング、ニードルパンチング、カーディング、ウェットレイング、スパンレーシング、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の複合ボードの製造方法。
