Claims (10)
- 特に、歩行能力に障害のある人を支持する可動式の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)であって、車輪(3,4)付きのシャーシ(2)と、前記器具(1)のユーザのための支持要素として前記シャーシ(2)に連結された2つの外側の側方支持体(5,6)とを有する、歩行・運搬補助器具(1)において、前記側方支持体(5,6)が、前記歩行・運搬補助器具(1)を後ろから押すとともに/あるいは前記歩行・運搬補助器具(1)の内側をかつ/あるいは後ろを歩行している間、ユーザを支持するとともに/あるいはユーザが前記歩行・運搬補助器具(1)上に着座するための第1の後方に傾けられた位置から、前記歩行・運搬補助器具(1)を前から引くための少なくとも1つの前方に傾けられた位置に水平軸線回りに前記側方支持体を旋回させることができるように前記シャーシ(2)に取り付けられている、歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記側方支持体(5,6)を前記シャーシ(2)に対して少なくとも1つの第1の後方に傾けられた位置にロックすることができ、重力の方向に垂直な平面と後方に傾けられたロック位置にある前記側方支持体(5,6)とのなす角度が40°〜90°、好ましくは60°〜80°、より好ましくは70°である、請求項1記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記側方支持体(5,6)の少なくとも1つの前方に傾けられた位置では、重力の方向に垂直な平面と前記側方支持体(5,6)とのなす角度は、90°を超え、好ましくは180°までであり、より好ましくは125°〜145°である、請求項1または2記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記側方支持体(5,6)の両方に連結された少なくとも1つの共通のグリップ要素(10)が設けられている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記グリップ要素(10)は、開かれたまたは閉じられた湾曲ハンドルとして具体化されている、請求項4記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記グリップ要素(10)は、該グリップ要素を前記側方支持体(5,6)に対して旋回させることができるよう配置されている、請求項4または5記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記グリップ要素(10)を前記側方支持体(5,6)に対して後方に旋回した少なくとも1つの第1の位置にロックすることができ、必要に応じて、前記側方支持体(5,6)に対して前方に旋回した少なくとも1つの第2の位置にロックすることができる、請求項4〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- 前記グリップ要素(10)は、制動装置と一緒に働くとともに/あるいはレバー機構体が前記歩行・運搬補助器具(1)の2本の車輪軸線相互間に位置する追加の運動軸線を備え、その目的は、前記車輪軸線相互間の距離の違いを前記側方支持体(5,6)の角度位置の関数として自動的に設定することにある、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- さらに特に請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載されている、特に、歩行能力に障害のある人を支持する歩行・運搬補助器具(1)であって、車輪(3,4)付きのシャーシ(2)と、前記車輪(4)のための少なくとも1つの電動駆動装置と、前記車輪(4)の駆動速度およびオプションとして該車輪の回転方向を前記ユーザによって前記歩行補助器具(1)に及ぼされた力および/またはトルクの関数として設定する観点で前記駆動装置を制御する制御装置とを有し、前記及ぼされた力および/またはトルクは、少なくとも1つのセンサ(21)によって検出されて前記駆動装置を制御するための対応の運動指令に変換される、歩行・運搬補助器具(1)において、前記制御装置は、ある特定の駆動速度を前記ユーザによって加えられた検出力および/またはトルクの関数として設定するための前記駆動装置の作動が、前記ユーザによって加えられた次の追加の力および/またはトルクが既定のしきい値を超えるまで、不変状態に保たれるよう具体化されている、歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
- さらに特に請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載されている、特に、歩行能力に障害のある人を支持する可動式の歩行・運搬補助器具(1)であって、車輪(3,4)付きのシャーシ(2)と、前記車輪(4)のための少なくとも1つの電動駆動装置と、前記車輪(4)の駆動速度およびオプションとして該車輪の回転方向を前記ユーザによって前記歩行補助器具(1)に及ぼされた力および/またはトルクの関数として設定する観点で前記駆動装置を制御する制御装置とを有し、前記及ぼされた力および/またはトルクは、少なくとも1つのセンサ(21)によって検出されて前記駆動装置を制御するための対応の運動指令に変換される、歩行・運搬補助器具(1)において、前記歩行補助器具(1)ののぼりおよび/またはくだりを検出する少なくとも1つの追加のセンサ(22)が設けられ、前記制御装置は、前記駆動装置の作動が、検出された前記歩行・運搬補助器具(1)ののぼりおよび/またはくだりの関数として自動的に行われるよう具体化されている、歩行・運搬補助器具(1)。
