Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an adhesive tape and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to an adhesive tape or the like used for binding a wire harness.
Conventionally, an adhesive tape coated with adhesive on the base material is spirally wound on the outer peripheral surface of the wire group of the wire harness for bundling and protecting the wire group of the wire harness routed in the vehicle and preventing interference by an external interference material. It may be wound into a shape. On the other hand, in recent years, instead of the adhesive tape, the wire group of the wire harness is often inserted into a tube such as a corrugated tube to bind and protect. However, since the corrugated tube is relatively hard and heavy, it is not easy to wire the wire harness in the vehicle as compared to the adhesive tape. Also, tubes such as corrugated tubes are provided with slits in the axial direction, and after inserting a group of wires from these slits, tape winding is further performed on the outer periphery of the corrugated tube to close the slits, which increases the number of work steps. There is. For this reason, the adhesive tape conventionally used rather than tubes, such as a corrugated tube, is being reviewed.
In
Conventionally, a vinyl chloride tape is often used as an adhesive tape for binding the wire harness. However, the vinyl chloride tape has room for improvement in terms of wear resistance and noise reduction when used for this purpose. Similarly, there is still room for improvement in terms of wear resistance and noise reduction for adhesive tapes that have a first outer layer made of stitch-bonded nonwoven fabric, a second outer layer made of nonwoven fabric, and an intermediate layer therebetween. It was.
Furthermore, in recent years, from the viewpoint of workability, there is a demand for hand cutting ability that allows the adhesive tape to be easily cut by a human hand without using a cutting tool or the like. If the hand cutting property is good, improvement in workability when cutting the adhesive tape can be expected. However, for adhesive tapes comprising a first outer layer made of stitchbonded nonwoven fabric, a second outer layer made of nonwoven fabric, and an intermediate layer therebetween, a weakening line such as a perforation to provide hand cutting properties Needed to be provided on the tape, and there was room for improvement in terms of man-hours.
An object of this invention is to provide the adhesive tape etc. which are excellent in abrasion resistance, silence, and hand cutting property.

The heat fusion fiber refers to a fiber that melts by heat treatment and causes fusion between adjacent fibers.
2A to 2B are cross-sectional views showing the heat-sealing fiber.
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the heat-fusible fiber has a relatively low melting point with a relatively low melting point on the surface of the core material C made of a material having a relatively high melting point. There are a core-sheath type coated with a sheath material S1 made of the above-mentioned material, and a total fusion type formed with a relatively low heat-sealable material S2 as shown in FIG.

Examples of the combination of the core material C and the sheath material S1 include polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester and polyethylene, polyester and low melting point polyester, and the like.
2B, when heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the material S2, the material S2 melts, but the surrounding rayon fibers and polyester fibers do not melt. As a result, as in the case of the core-sheath type, the heat-sealing fibers are bonded to each other to form a longer fiber. The melted material S2 functions as a binder, and bonds rayon fibers, polyester fibers, or rayon fibers and polyester fibers.
In the present embodiment, the ratio of the weight of the polyester fiber is preferably 40.0 wt% or more and 70.0 wt% or less with respect to the total weight of the rayon fiber, the polyester fiber, and the heat-sealing fiber.
Within this range, it becomes easy to achieve both wear resistance and noise reduction. That is, when the proportion of the weight of the polyester fiber is less than 40.0% by weight, the amount of the polyester fiber is relatively small and the wear resistance is likely to be lowered. On the other hand, when the ratio of the weight of the polyester fiber exceeds 70.0% by weight, the amount of rayon fiber is relatively small, and the sound deadening property tends to be lowered.
The polyester fiber preferably has a thickness of 1.0 d (denier) or more. As a result, the wear resistance is easily improved. Therefore, if the thickness of the polyester fiber is less than 1.0 d, the wear resistance tends to be lowered.
Also, the proportion of the weight of the heat-sealing fiber cannot be generally stated because the appropriate range differs depending on the proportion of the weight of the other fibers, but it cannot be said unconditionally, but the total weight of the rayon fiber, the polyester fiber and the heat-sealing fiber. However, it is preferably 10.0% by weight or more.

As an evaluation of the silencing performance of the

〔Evaluation results〕
The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
Here, in the muffling test, if the difference in sound pressure was 4.0 dB or more, it was acceptable, and if it was less than 4.0 dB, it was unacceptable. In the abrasion resistance test, the test was accepted if the number of reciprocations was 70 times or more, and was rejected if it was less than 70 times. Furthermore, in the hand cutting property test, the case where the hand cutting property was good was marked as ◯, and the case where it was not good was marked as x.
