Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wind tunnel test apparatus that models a building height and topographic relief around a construction structure.
The characteristics of the wind (airflow properties) vary depending on the effects of friction from the surface features such as buildings and trees, unevenness, topographic relief, and the like. Therefore, in the wind tunnel experiment of a construction structure, the wind flow (air flow) simulating the characteristics of natural wind is reproduced as the target. The airflow of the wind tunnel experiment is the average wind speed and turbulence intensity (ratio of the standard deviation of the wind speed to the average wind speed) according to the “surface roughness classification” specified in the “Building Load Guidelines / Explanation” of the Architectural Institute of Japan. ), And the vertical distribution such as turbulence scale (average size of wind vortex) is generally set. In addition, adjustment of the airflow in the wind tunnel experiment is performed by arranging a roughness block, a horizontal grid, a spyer, or the like on the windward side of the wind tunnel measurement unit. However, since the vertical distribution of wind speed is determined by the roughness of the windward side of the construction site, the ground surface roughness classification changes for each wind direction. On the other hand, in the wind tunnel experiment, it takes time and cost to adjust the roughness block, horizontal grid, or spiner arranged on the windward side of the wind tunnel measuring unit for each wind direction.
Therefore, in
Patent Document 2 discloses a wind tunnel experimental device that can change the overall length of the model exposed above the floor member by vertically moving a pedestal installed below the floor member installed inside the wind tunnel. Has been.
Furthermore, in Patent Document 3, a large number of needle-like members are installed on a table for an urban area model, a dot machine is provided below the table, and the dot machine is moved in the XY and Y directions. An urban area model making device for wind tunnel experiments for raising and lowering a needle-like member is disclosed.
In the conventional wind tunnel experiment apparatus, the topographic roughness is adjusted according to the ground surface roughness classification. However, strictly speaking, the vertical distribution of the wind speed defined in the ground surface roughness classification is around the construction site. It cannot be said that the air flow accurately reproduces the roughness. In addition, although the ground surface roughness classification is five stages (I to V), it is qualitatively defined and is selected by the designers etc. according to the condition of the ground surface of the construction site. Judgment may vary depending on the person.
Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to obtain the wind value and wind speed acting on the construction structure as wind information reflecting the actual situation by reproducing in detail the building height and terrain undulations around the construction structure. It is an object to provide a wind tunnel experimental device.
The present inventors raise and lower an upwind model block representing the roughness shape of the ground surface based on three-dimensional shape data in order to reproduce the building height and terrain relief around the construction structure in relatively detail. Invented a wind tunnel experimental device.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a measurement area in which a construction structure and a construction site where the construction structure is constructed are reproduced, a blower that blows wind toward the measurement area, and the measurement area And an upwind model block region formed between the blower and the wind blower experimental device, wherein a measuring tool for measuring wind information is disposed in the measurement region, and the upwind model block region , The building height and topographic relief in the upwind range are reproduced and the road or sky is reproduced by a plurality of model blocks that can be moved up and down according to the three-dimensional shape data representing the roughness shape of the ground surface. It is characterized by.
According to such a wind tunnel test apparatus, the building height and the terrain undulation around the construction structure are reproduced by moving the model block up and down based on the three-dimensional shape data, so the wind force acting on the construction structure And wind speed can be obtained as wind information reflecting the actual situation. The building height and terrain relief around the construction structure can be reproduced in a relatively detailed and simple manner by moving the model block up and down. The ascending / descending height of the model block is within the range obtained by multiplying the upwind model block area by the scale of the model block. It is based on their three-dimensional shape height. In addition, by obtaining wind information that reflects the actual situation, it is possible to accurately estimate the wind load acting on the construction structure, and thus to examine the degree of wind influence and the structure to reduce wind before construction. . Moreover, the judgment of the ground surface roughness classification is different depending on the person, and the wind tunnel airflow is not different, and an accurate airflow for each wind direction can be created easily (automatically).
The elevation height of the model block of the wind tunnel experiment apparatus is preferably determined by the height of the structure having the largest proportion of the dominant projected area within the range reproduced by the model block.
According to such a wind tunnel experimental device, even if the influence range of the airflow is enlarged or reduced, it can be evaluated as a region having consistency.
Further, in the wind tunnel experimental device, it is desirable that a vertical movement motor and a rotational movement motor are installed below the wind tunnel floor level of the wind model block region.
When estimating the wind load acting on the outer peripheral surface of a construction structure, in order to faithfully simulate the actual phenomenon, the model block of the structure is fixed, the turntable on which the model block is installed is enlarged, and the model is reproduced. Increasing the range is possible by measuring the wind load for each wind direction, but it is not practical because a huge wind tunnel experiment device is required.
Therefore, in such a wind tunnel experimental device, the wind load of each wind direction acting on the outer surface of the construction structure is estimated by fixing the blower and changing (changing) the angle of the model block so as to correspond to each wind direction ( taking measurement.
According to the wind tunnel test apparatus of the present invention, the wind power value and the wind speed acting on the construction structure are obtained as wind information reflecting the actual situation by reproducing the building height and the terrain relief around the construction structure in detail. It becomes possible.
The present invention is a wind tunnel experimental device for measuring (estimating) wind loads acting on the outer surface of a construction structure, and based on three-dimensional shape data, buildings around the construction site and topographic relief Is reproduced by a model block, and wind information reflecting the actual situation is acquired.
In the wind tunnel test apparatus of the present invention, for the wind model block region located on the windward side of the construction structure, in the first embodiment, a plurality of model blocks are provided for each wind direction without providing a gap between the blocks. It is moved up and down to reproduce the building height, topographical undulations, roads, and open spaces. By moving the model block up and down for each wind direction, the building and terrain are reproduced so as to match the actual situation. In other words, the upwind model block region is formed by the model blocks that are lifted and lowered without gaps (FIGS. 1 to 5).
In contrast, in the second embodiment, the windward model block region is formed by a plurality of model blocks in which gaps are provided in advance between the blocks. Specifically, first, the model block is raised and lowered with respect to the reference wind direction direction to reproduce the building height and terrain undulation, and the model block is changed in angle to correspond to each wind direction. It reproduces building heights, topographic relief, roads, and open spaces. For example, the standard wind direction direction is four directions of 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees, and by giving the model block an angle of plus or

Hereinafter, a measurement method using the wind
First, the scale A of the length of the structure model is input to the computer.
Next, shape data (three-dimensional shape data) around the construction site of the construction structure is input. The three-dimensional shape data is data (for example, STL data) representing the position and size of a building or the like, the shape or altitude of a road or a vacant land, terrain undulation, etc. (see FIG. 4A). The three-dimensional shape data may be public or commercially available data. The required minimum radius R of the input shape data is calculated by dividing the length L (see FIG. 2) from the center position of the
When the shape data is input, the definition of the experimental wind direction for the shape data is input, and the experimental wind direction for measurement is input. A wind direction with respect to the X coordinate direction or the Y coordinate direction of the shape data is defined, and the rotation direction of the
Next, the range of the windward block is determined. The range of the upwind block defines a direction corresponding to the experimental wind direction, and the upwind block range is extracted according to the size of the device (the width and length L of the measurement cave 27) (see FIG. 4B). The range of the windward block may be automatically extracted by the computer based on the input data of the experimental wind direction and the three-dimensional shape data.
When the range of the windward block is determined, the computer calculates the elevation of the
