Claims (5)
- 一対のカプラーを備えた流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構であって、前記一対のカプラーの夫々は、流体がその内部を通過する先端側に開放状の内筒部と、前記内筒部との間に真空層を形成する先端側に開放状の外筒部と、前記内筒部と前記外筒部との間を閉塞する連結フランジ部と、を含むカプラー本体部を有し、前記連結フランジ部の肉厚が前記外筒部の肉厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記外筒部の先端側から所定長さ部分が拡径されており、且つ拡径された部分における前記内筒部と前記外筒部との内外壁間距離が他部よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記一対のカプラーの相互間で流体を流通させるための開口部が前記カプラー本体部の先端側に夫々形成され、前記一対のカプラーの夫々は、前記開口部を区画する弁座、前記開口部を開閉させる弁体を含む緊急遮断弁を有し、前記弁体は、前記カプラー本体部内に収容された弁体基部と、前記弁体基部の先端側を覆う弁体先端部とを含み、前記弁体はカプラー本体部の先端側に付勢され、前記一対のカプラーが分離された離脱状態時に前記弁体基部が前記弁座に圧接係合されることで前記開口部を閉塞するように構成されており、前記弁座と前記弁体基部との間には前記カプラー本体部の液密を保つためのシール材が配置され、前記弁体先端部は樹脂製であり、前記弁体基部及び前記弁座は金属製であり、前記離脱状態時に弁体先端部、前記弁座の一部及び前記カプラー本体部のみが外部に面することを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記離脱状態時に前記弁体先端部の少なくとも一部が前記カプラー本体部から先端側に突出しており、前記一対のカプラーが連結された連結状態時に、一対の前記弁体先端部が圧接されることで一対の前記弁体が前記カプラー本体部の基端側に押戻されて前記開口部が開口するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
- 前記弁体基部と前記弁座とが複列状に配置された複数の前記シール材により密着係合するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の流体荷役装置用の緊急離脱機構。
