Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a coating film having a fine relief structure on the surface.

(B) N-substituted (meth) acrylamide compounds:
The component (B) is an N-substituted (meth) acrylamide compound. Since the paint (α) contains the component (B) and the component (C), when it is cured using active energy rays in the presence of oxygen, it develops color when illuminated with ultraviolet rays. On the other hand, when cured in the same manner under the absence of oxygen, no color develops even when illuminated with ultraviolet light.
Although there is no intention to be bound by theory, it is considered that when a defect occurs in the coating film of the present invention, the portion is colored by illuminating ultraviolet rays due to the mechanism described later. If air is entrained between the paint and the imprint mold, oxygen will be present at that location. Therefore, the said part will be hardened | cured with an active energy ray on the conditions where oxygen exists, and the defect which generate | occur | produced in the said part will come to color by irradiating an ultraviolet-ray. Similarly, when a foreign object is caught between the paint and the imprint mold, oxygen is present in a portion around the foreign object that has not been filled with the paint. Therefore, the said part will be hardened | cured with an active energy ray on the conditions where oxygen exists, and the defect which generate | occur | produced in the said part will come to color by irradiating an ultraviolet-ray.

Example 1
The paint (α-1) is cured on the anchor coat laminated surface of the transparent resin film (β-1) using a baker type applicator, and the thickness after curing (thickness relative to the top of the convex portion of the fine irregularities) is 100 μm. Immediately, the imprint mold (γ-1) was placed on the surface of the coating film and pressed under the conditions of a pressure of 0.25 MPa and a time of 20 seconds, and then using a high-pressure mercury lamp. The paint (α-1) was cured by irradiating with ultraviolet rays from the imprint mold side under the condition of an integrated light quantity of 700 mJ / cm 2 . The imprint mold (γ-1) was peeled off and removed to obtain a nanoimprinted film laminate film. The above tests (A) and (B) were performed. The results are shown in Table 1.
