Therefore, when the plan view shape of this work range is a complicated shape with many corners, the number of markers to be installed increases. In addition to the time and effort required for prior work, there are cases where it is difficult to cope with the case where the plan view shape of the work range does not have a corner, and the versatility is low.

According to the reaping system of the present invention, the flying object flying above the reaping robot determines the work range or travel route based on the external environment information acquired by the external environment information acquiring means, so that the labor of prior work is reduced. High versatility.
FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram conceptually showing the configuration of an automatic mowing system to which the present invention is applied. In the automatic mowing system to which the present invention is applied, information (external environment information) of the target range is sensed (acquired) by the
First, the configuration of the mowing robot will be described with reference to FIGS.
2 and 3 are a side view and a plan view of the mowing robot shown in FIG. The
The crawler
The left and right crawler
It should be noted that the left and right crawler
Also, a
The
The harvesting
Each of the
Each
Also, a
Further, behind the
Incidentally, the rotational axis of the
The
The elevating
The left and right
Note that the left and
The middle part of the elevating
The
The
The mowing

In the example shown in FIG. 5B, the above-mentioned grounding is provided on the distal end side of the
In the example shown in FIG. 6C, the ground height is detected by a sensor (ground height detection means) 28 that can detect a distance, such as an LRF (laser range finder), and the detection result is the same as that described above. To optimally control the cutting height.
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram illustrating an example of the obstacle handling control. In the example shown in the figure, a touch sensor (external information acquisition means) 29 is provided directly above or below each reaping
When the grass passes while the vehicle is running, the
Further, when the

In the example shown in the figure, an LRF (external information acquisition means) 31 having a detection direction set on the front side is made to function as an object detection means, and grass is detected, so that the already cut area E1 and the uncut area E2 and its boundary BL are discriminated. The obstacle can also be detected by the

8 and 9 are a front view and a plan view of the flying object shown in FIG. The flying

Further, from the lower surface side of the
FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a control unit mounted on the flying object. The

Further, the
The manual remote control means 108 is used when the operator manually operates the flying
The installation operation means 109 performs setting of the target range for flying and acquiring external environment information, a flight altitude, a flight path, and the like by the flying
Incidentally, this
The
The

Next, based on FIG.1, FIG.7, FIG.10, FIG.11 and FIG. 12, the process sequence of the automatic mowing system comprised by the said
FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing the processing procedure of the automatic mowing system to which the present invention is applied. When the process is started, the process proceeds to step S101. In step S101, the flying object 100 (control unit 107) flies over a predetermined predetermined distance on the flight path formed in the target range, and the process proceeds to step S102. In step S102, the flying
In step S103, the flying
In step S105, the flying
An environmental map that covers the entire target range is created by the loop processing of step S101 → step S102 → step S103 → step S104 → step S105 → step S101 →. The information on the environmental map includes information on the range in which the grass W grows, the shape of the ground surface G (the difference in elevation and the degree of inclination), and the shape of the mowing
In step S106, the flying
Incidentally, in order to detect the mowing
When the processing in step S106 is completed, information on the environment map (environment map information) covering the entire target range and information on where and in what posture the mowing
In step S107, the flying
In step S108, a travel route R (see FIG. 12) of the mowing
In step S109, the mowing robot 1 (the control unit 30) receives the mowing position information, the travel route information, and the environment map information transmitted from the flying
While the mowing
On the other hand, during the mowing operation by the mowing
Then, when the mowing
FIG. 12 is a plan view illustrating an example of generating a travel route based on the recognized mowing range. As shown in the figure, a travel route R is generated spirally from the outer edge of the recognized mowing range E. More specifically, the first outermost week is generated at a position shifted inward by a half (D / 2) of the mowing width D of the mowing robot with respect to the outer periphery of the mowing range E, and thereafter Generate at a position shifted inward by the cutting width D every week. As a result, it is possible to form a travel route R that has no uncut residue. The generated travel route K is not limited to the above-described example, and various well-known and commonly used route patterns can be adopted, such as a reciprocation in the longitudinal direction and preparation deviation in the crossing direction. .
In addition, the environment map information includes the shape information of the ground surface G, and the information of the height difference and the inclination angle can be acquired or calculated based on the shape information. Therefore, the travel route R is generated in consideration of the information. May be. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the convex part G1 is formed on the ground surface G, the mowing
Furthermore, it is also possible to detect the position and range of the obstacle on the environment map based on the shape information of the ground surface G acquired by the
According to the automatic mowing system configured as described above, since the preliminary work is automatically completed only by the flying
In addition, the flying
Furthermore, when there is an obstacle above the target range, the flying
Incidentally, during the flight of the flying
In the above-described example, information is transferred from the flying
Further, since the
Further, in the processing from step S101 to step S109, it is necessary for the flying
Furthermore, in the above example, the process of identifying the mowing range E from the target range (the process of step S107) is performed. However, the target range is regarded as the mowing range E (target range = mowing range E), and the process of step S107 is performed. The process may be omitted, and the process may proceed from step S106 to step S108.
In this example, four
Next, based on FIG. 13, a different point from the above-mentioned form is demonstrated about another embodiment of this invention.
FIG. 13 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of the automatic mowing system according to another embodiment of the present invention. The process of step S201 to step S204 shown in the figure is the same as or substantially the same as the process of step S101 to step S104 shown in FIG. In step S205, the position of the mowing
In step S206, a part of the mowing range E is identified from a part of the environment map of the target range, and the process proceeds to step S207. In step S207, a part of the travel route R is generated from a part of the identified mowing range E, and the process proceeds to step S208. In step S208, the mowing
In step S209, it is determined whether or not the range where the mowing work has been completed covers the entire target range. If so, the process ends. If not, the process returns to step S201. . By the way, the state where the range where the mowing work has been completed covers the entire target range is the state where the environment map of the entire target range has been completed, and all the mowing of the mowing range E in the target range The work has been completed.
As described above, the mowing work can be performed in parallel while the environmental map covering the entire target range is being created.
Next, based on FIG. 14, a different point from the above-mentioned form is demonstrated about another embodiment of this invention.
FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing the processing procedure of the automatic mowing system according to another embodiment of the present invention. The process of step S301 to step S307 shown in the figure is the same as or substantially the same as the process of step S101 to step S107 shown in FIG.
In step S308, the flight path is made to be the same as or substantially the same as the travel route R in plan view (in other words, along the travel route R), and the flying
When the flying
According to the above configuration, the mowing
Next, based on FIG. 15, a different point from the above-mentioned form is demonstrated about another embodiment of this invention.
FIG. 15 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a configuration of an automatic mowing system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, in order to identify the position of the flying
According to this self-position identification means, it is possible to quickly perform self-position identification of the flying
Further, the
The mowing
As described above, by using the
