Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a seat in a vehicle.
An example of this type of sheet is described in Patent Document 1. The seat is a so-called net sheet, and the net is attached to the seat back frame. The net has a connecting portion disposed at a position close to the center portion in the vertical direction of the seat back frame and in the center portion in the left-right direction, and thread portions radially extending from the connecting portion. The connecting portion is a ring-shaped member and has a plurality of holes. A hook is attached to the end of the thread part, and the thread part is connected to the connecting part by hooking the hook into the hole described above.
The seat described in
In the seat described in Patent Document 1, when the rider leans against the net and the net is bent, a load corresponding to the bending of the net, that is, a tension as a reaction force acts on a joint portion between the yarn portion and the hook. Therefore, in the configuration described in Patent Document 1, when the net is largely bent, the load described above becomes larger than the coupling force coupling the yarn portion and the hook, and the coupling between the yarn portion and the hook is released. There was room for improvement in this regard.
In the sheet described in
The present invention has been made against the background described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat capable of improving the durability as a whole.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a seat back frame that supports the back of a seated passenger and a connector disposed at least in the center in the width direction of the seat back frame. In a vehicle seat in which a plurality of linear members are stretched radially with a predetermined tension around a connector, the plurality of linear members are first linear members extending in the vertical direction of the seat back frame. And a plurality of third wires extending in the left-right direction of the seat back frame and having a cross-sectional area smaller than each cross-sectional area of the first wire material and the second wire material. And the connector has a latching portion on which the third wire rod is hooked, and a groove formed over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral edge, and a part of the first wire rod In the vertical direction of the seat back frame The both ends of the first wire rod are fixed to the upper portion positioned on the upper side in the vertical direction of the seat back frame, and a part of the second wire rod is part of the seat. Wrapped around the groove portion from above in the vertical direction of the back frame, and both end portions of the second wire rod are fixed to the lower portion positioned below in the vertical direction of the seat back frame, and a plurality of the first wires Among the three wire rods, at least some of the third wire rods are hooked on the hooking portions of the coupling tool and are positioned on both sides of the seat back frame in the left-right direction. Both end portions of the at least a plurality of the third wire rods are fixed to any one of the side portions of the side portions, and at least the other plurality of the third wire rods among the plurality of the third wire rods. A part of the third wire rod is hooked on the latching portion of the connector, and one of the side portions located on both sides in the left-right direction of the seat back frame. Both ends of the at least a plurality of the third wire rods are fixed to the portion.
According to this invention, a part of the first wire rod is wound from the lower side in the vertical direction of the seat back frame in the groove formed over the entire outer periphery of the coupling tool, and the seat back frame Both end portions of the first wire rod are fixed to the upper portion located on the upper side in the vertical direction. In addition, a part of the second wire rod is wound around the groove portion from above in the vertical direction of the seat back frame, and both ends of the second wire rod are positioned at the lower portion positioned in the lower side in the vertical direction of the seat back frame. The part is fixed. When a load leaning on the passenger acts on the first and second wire rods, a load that opposes the leaning load is generated on the first and second wire rods. Since the first wire material and the second wire material are only fitted or wound around the groove portion of the connector, the load against the above-described leaning load is a combination of the connector and each wire material. It is hard to act on the state. Therefore, even if the passenger leans repeatedly, the connection state between the connecting portion and each of the wire members can be maintained, and the durability of the seat can be improved as a whole. Further, when the occupant leans against the seat back frame, the first line material and the second line material are pulled in the vertical direction of the seat back frame. For example, when a load that moves the connector downward in the vertical direction of the seat back frame is generated, a load that opposes the load that moves the connector downward is generated in the first wire rod. Thereby, the movement of the connector in the vertical direction can be prevented or suppressed. In addition, a latching portion to which the third wire rod is hooked is formed on the connector, and at least a part of the plurality of third wire rods among the plurality of third wire rods is hung. While being hooked by the stop portion, both end portions of the at least a plurality of third linear members are fixed to the side portion side located on one side in the left-right direction of the seat back frame. Among the plurality of third wire rods, a part of at least the other plurality of third wire rods is hooked by the latching portion, and both end portions of the at least the plurality of third wire rod members Is fixed to the side portion side located on the other side in the left-right direction in the seat back frame. Therefore, for example, when a load that moves the connector on one side in the left-right direction in the seat back frame is generated, a load that opposes the load is generated on the third wire rod on the other side, and the left-right direction The movement of the connector to is prevented or suppressed. As a result, the connector can be positioned at a predetermined position.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a vehicle seat according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the arrow FR direction indicates the front direction of the vehicle (not shown) in the front-rear direction. The UP direction indicates the upward direction in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and the arrow LH direction indicates the left direction in the vehicle width direction. The seat 1 shown here is a net seat, and is a single seat that can be used as a driver seat or a passenger seat in a vehicle, for example. The seat 1 includes a
The seat 1 shown in FIG. 1 is configured to improve the holdability of restraining the upper body of the passenger and the degree of freedom of the upper body when steering or when receiving a load due to lateral acceleration. A seat back portion 3 that supports the upper body of the passenger from the back side is a seat back frame (hereinafter simply referred to as a frame) 6 that stands up obliquely upward from the rear portion of the
The
The
Further,
The net 7 supports the back from the occupant's waist to the scapula part or the shoulder part, smoothes the movement of the occupant's left and right scapula parts, and It is configured to restrain movement. The net 7 is composed of a
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view showing a part of the net structure. In the example shown in FIG. 2, one side and the other side are communicated with the central portion of the
When the occupant leans against the seat 1, each of the
Each of the
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of
In the example shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, those
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an example of the
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of another example of the
Next, operations and effects of the sheet 1 having the above-described configuration will be described. When the occupant sits on the seat 1 configured as described above and leans against the seat back portion 3, the
Further, when the posture of the occupant changes during steering or turning, for example, when a load for moving the

(Second Embodiment)
It is also possible to change the tension generated in the

For each
If it is such a structure, since each
