Description
図1は、本実施形態の電解水生成装置1の概略構成を示している。本実施形態では、電解水生成装置1として、例えば、家庭の飲用水の生成に用いられる家庭用電解水生成装置が示されている。図1では、飲用の電解水素水を生成している状態の電解水生成装置1が示されている。

Claims (5)
- 電気分解される水が供給される電解室と、
前記電解室内で、互いに対向して配置された第1給電体及び第2給電体と、
前記第1給電体と前記第2給電体との間に配され、かつ、前記電解室を前記第1給電体側の第1極室と、前記第2給電体側の第2極室とに区分する隔膜とを備えた電解水生成装置であって、
前記第1極室又は前記第2極室の一方で生成された電解水を第1吐水口に送出する第1流路と、
前記第1極室又は前記第2極室の他方で生成された電解水を第2吐水口に送出する第2流路と、
前記第1極室及び前記第2極室と前記第1流路及び前記第2流路との接続を切り替える流路切替弁と、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体の極性を切り替える極性切替手段と、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体に供給される電流を検出する電流検出手段と、
前記極性切替手段及び前記流路切替弁の切替間隔を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記切替間隔に基づいて前記極性及び前記流路切替弁を切り替える切替制御手段とをさらに備え、
前記切替制御手段は、前記電流に基づいて、前記記憶手段に記憶されている切替間隔を変更することを特徴とする電解水生成装置。 - 前記切替制御手段は、前記極性を切り替えた後の前記電流の積算値に基づいて、前記記憶手段に記憶されている切替間隔を変更する請求項1記載の電解水生成装置。
- 電気分解される水が供給される電解室と、
前記電解室内で、互いに対向して配置された第1給電体及び第2給電体と、
前記第1給電体と前記第2給電体との間に配され、かつ、前記電解室を前記第1給電体側の第1極室と、前記第2給電体側の第2極室とに区分する隔膜とを備えた電解水生成装置であって、
前記第1極室又は前記第2極室の一方で生成された電解水を第1吐水口に送出する第1流路と、
前記第1極室又は前記第2極室の他方で生成された電解水を第2吐水口に送出する第2流路と、
前記第1極室及び前記第2極室と前記第1流路及び前記第2流路との接続を切り替える流路切替弁と、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体の極性を切り替える極性切替手段と、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体に印加される電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体に供給される電流を検出する電流検出手段と、
前記極性切替手段及び前記流路切替弁の切替間隔を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記切替間隔に基づいて前記極性及び前記流路切替弁を切り替える切替制御手段とをさらに備え、
前記切替制御手段は、前記電圧と前記電流との比に基づいて、前記記憶手段に記憶されている切替間隔を変更することを特徴とする電解水生成装置。 - 前記切替間隔は、前記極性が切り替えられることなく前記電解室で電気分解が行なわれた回数である第1閾値によって決定される請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記切替間隔は、前記極性が切り替えられることなく積算した前記電気分解時間である第2閾値によって決定される請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。
