- 照明装置(10)の光学部品であって、前記光学部品の少なくとも一部が高分子マトリックス材料および微粒子材料を含んだ複合材料からなり、前記複合材料が前記複合材料を通過する可視光線に対するカラーフィルター効果に寄与し、前記微粒子材料がNd3+イオンを含有したネオジム化合物を含む、光学部品。
- 前記微粒子材料がLED素子(20)によって生成された可視光線に対する前記カラーフィルター効果に寄与する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記微粒子材料が黄色光の波長範囲の波長を主にフィルタリングする、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物が前記微粒子材料の離散粒子として存在する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記微粒子材料が無機微粒子材料であり、前記ネオジム化合物が前記無機微粒子材料の粒子中にドーパントとして存在する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNd−F化合物またはNd−X−F化合物である、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNd−X−F化合物であり、Xはネオジムとともに化合物を形成する少なくとも1種類の元素である、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNd−X−F化合物であり、Xはフッ素とともに化合物を形成するネオジム以外の少なくとも1種類の金属元素である、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNd−X−F化合物であり、Xは、ネオジムとともに化合物を形成する少なくとも1種類の元素と、フッ素とともに化合物を形成するネオジム以外の金属元素とからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種類の元素である、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物が前記複合材料中に少なくとも約0.1体積パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物が前記複合材料中に約1〜約20体積パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記高分子マトリックス材料が、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリアクリル酸塩、ポリフッ化アルキリデンおよびシリコーンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物および前記高分子マトリックス材料の屈折率が可視光線領域において互いに0.1以内にある、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記微粒子材料および前記高分子マトリックス材料の屈折率が可視光線領域において互いに0.1以内にある、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物が前記微粒子材料の離散粒子として存在する、請求項14に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNd−F化合物またはNd−X−F化合物である、請求項15に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物が前記微粒子材料の粒子中にドーパントとして存在しており、前記粒子が前記ネオジム化合物以外の他の材料からなる、請求項14に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNdF3である、請求項17に記載の光学部品。
- 前記粒子が、前記高分子マトリックス材料よりも屈折率が低い金属フッ化物または金属酸化物から選択された少なくとも1種類の材料からなる、請求項17に記載の光学部品。
- 前記粒子が、NaF、MgF2、KF、AlF3、LiF、CaF2、SrF2、BaF2およびYF3からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種類の材料からなる、請求項17に記載の光学部品。
- 前記光学部品が前記照明装置(10)のLED素子(20)を囲む封体(12)またはドーム(22)である、請求項14に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物と前記高分子マトリックス材料の屈折率が可視光線領域において0.1超異なる、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記微粒子材料と前記高分子マトリックス材料の屈折率が可視光線領域において0.1超異なる、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物が前記微粒子材料の離散粒子として存在する、請求項23に記載の光学部品。
- 前記ネオジム化合物がNd−F化合物またはNd−X−F化合物である、請求項24に記載の光学部品。
- 前記微粒子材料が前記ネオジム化合物以外の他の材料の粒子をさらに含む、請求項24に記載の光学部品。
- 前記他の材料の屈折率が前記ネオジム化合物の屈折率よりも高い、請求項26に記載の光学部品。
- 前記他の材料が、チタニア、ネオジム含有化合物および酸化ネオジム化合物からなる群から選択される、請求項27に記載の光学部品。
- 前記光学部品が前記照明装置(10)の拡散体である、請求項23に記載の光学部品。
- 可視光線を発する光源と、前記光源の前記可視光線の少なくとも一部が通過するように構成かつ配置された光学部品とを備える照明装置(10)であって、前記光学部品の一部が、高分子マトリックス材料および無機微粒子材料を含んだ複合材料からなり、前記複合材料が前記光学部品の一部を通過する前記可視光線に対するカラーフィルター効果に寄与し、前記無機微粒子材料がNd−F化合物を含む、照明装置。
