Claims (14)
- 口金に接続される中空且つ半透明の外囲器と、
前記外囲器内に配置される光混合要素と、
前記外囲器内に配置され、前記光混合要素内へと光を放出するように配置され、また、前記光混合要素と熱接触した状態に配置される少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードと、
を含み、
前記光混合要素は、熱伝導性があって半透明のセラミック材料を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードから放出される光は、前記光混合要素内で混合され、前記光混合要素から、前記熱伝導性があって半透明のセラミック材料を通って分配され、前記半透明の外囲器を通って透過され、
前記光混合要素と前記外囲器との間の距離は、前記光混合要素側及び前記外囲器側における合計された実効温度境界層と等しいか、又は、それよりも小さい、照明デバイス。 - 前記熱伝導性があって半透明のセラミック材料は、多結晶アルミナである、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光混合要素は、円筒形状を持つ、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光混合要素は、光混合チャンバを形成する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光混合要素は、中空である、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 発光ダイオードが、前記外囲器に面する前記光混合要素の端に配置される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 発光ダイオードが、前記外囲器に面する前記光混合チャンバの各端内に配置される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光混合要素は、円筒管を含み、前記光混合要素は、前記円筒管の各端におけるエンドキャップを含み、発光ダイオードが、前記円筒管内で各エンドキャップにおいて配置される、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記外囲器は、少なくとも70体積%のヘリウムを含むガスで満たされ、前記光混合要素と前記外囲器との間の前記距離は、10mm以下である、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを前記口金に接続する支持部材を更に含み、前記支持部材は、前記光混合要素を支持するように配置される、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記支持部材は、1つ以上のバネ要素を含む、請求項10に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記支持部材は、電気絶縁性材料で被覆されている、請求項10又は11に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記外囲器は、前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード、前記光混合要素及び前記外囲器と熱接触して配置される低重量ガス又は低重量ガスを含む混合物で満たされる、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイスを含む、照明器具。
