Abstract
Description
a)漂白硫酸塩パルプなどの漂白パルプを提供する工程と、
b)袋用紙が該ガーレイ多孔度を得る程度まで、パルプに高濃度(HC)リファイニング及び随意に低濃度(LC)リファイニングを受けさせる工程と、
c)2〜4kg/紙トンなどの1.5〜5.0kg/紙トンの量で、カチオン性デンプンなどのカチオン性ポリマーをパルプに添加する工程と、
d)0.5〜1.5kg/紙トンなど、0.7〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜1.9kg/紙トンの量で、サイズ剤をパルプに添加する工程と、
e)パルプから袋用紙を形成する工程と、を含み、
1.0kg/紙トン未満などの2kg/紙トン未満のアニオン性デンプンが、パルプに添加される、方法。
f)プレコーティング組成物を袋用紙の上へ塗布して、プレコーティング層を形成する工程と、
g)バリアコーティング組成物をプレコーティング層の上へ塗布して、バリア層を形成する工程と、を更に含む、項目1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
2〜4kg/紙トンなどの1.5〜5.0kg/紙トンの量で、カチオン性デンプンなどのカチオン性ポリマーが添加され、
0.5〜1.5kg/紙トンなど、0.7〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜2.0kg/紙トンの量で、サイズ剤が添加され、
1kg/紙トン未満など、0.5kg/紙トン未満などの2kg/紙トン未満のアニオン性デンプンが添加された、白色袋用紙。

d)0.6〜1.7kg/紙トンなど、0.8〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜2.0kg/紙トンの量で、サイズ剤をパルプに添加する工程と、
e)パルプから袋用紙を形成する工程と、を含む。
a)漂白硫酸塩パルプなどの漂白パルプを提供する工程と、
b)パルプに高濃度(HC)リファイニング及び随意に低濃度(LC)リファイニングを受けさせる工程であって、HCリファイニング時のエネルギー供給が、1紙トンあたり100〜200kWhであり、LCリファイニング時のエネルギー供給が、1紙トンあたり30kWh未満など、1紙トンあたり20kWh未満などの1紙トンあたり50kWh未満である、工程と、
c)2〜4kg/紙トンなどの1.5〜5.0kg/紙トンの量で、カチオン性デンプンなどのカチオン性ポリマーをパルプに添加する工程と、
d)0.5〜1.5kg/紙トンなど、0.7〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜2.0kg/紙トンの量で、ロジンサイズ剤などのサイズ剤をパルプに添加する工程と、
e)パルプから袋用紙を形成する工程と、を含み、
1kg/紙トン未満など、0.5kg/紙トン未満などの2kg/紙トン未満のアニオン性デンプンが、パルプに添加される。一実施形態では、いかなるアニオン性デンプンも添加されない。
f)プレコーティング層を形成するために、プレコーティング組成物を袋用紙の上へ塗布する工程と、
g)バリアコーティング組成物をプレコーティング層の上へ塗布して、バリア層を形成する工程と、を更に含む。
2〜4kg/紙トンなどの1.5〜5.0kg/紙トンの量で、カチオン性デンプンなどのカチオン性ポリマーが添加され、
0.5〜1.5kg/紙トンなど、0.7〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜2.0kg/紙トンの量で、サイズ剤が添加され、
1kg/紙トン未満など、0.5kg/紙トン未満などの2kg/紙トン未満のアニオン性デンプンが添加されている。
−5〜50kgの粒子材料を収容するための十分な機械的特性、
−冷間崩壊(崩壊のためにいかなる熱も必要としない)、
−混合動作の影響による崩壊、及び
−ガスに対する、例えば空気中の酸素及び二酸化炭素に対する十分な不透過性。この不透過性は、袋の貯蔵中に特に重要であり、袋に収容される粒子材料のエージングを最小限に抑える。
a.水及び骨材をコンクリートミキサーの中へ導入する工程と、
b.水硬性結合剤を導入する工程と、
c.随意に、鉱物添加剤及び/又は他の混和剤を導入する工程と、を含むことができ、
袋は、工程aの最中及び/又は工程bの最中及び/又は工程cの最中に導入され、袋は、本明細書において上で説明されるようなプロセスに従って得られる。
表1に従って様々なパルプ組成物を調製し、紙を形成した。コーティングしていない紙及びコーティングした紙の特性は、それぞれ、表2及び表3に提示される。
1.紙(乾燥重量30.0g)を約1.5cm×1.5cmの断片に引き裂き、それらを2Lの水に加える。
2.2分後に、実験室ディファイブレータ(L&W)に、紙と水との混合物を加える。
3.5000回転で運転する。
4.ディファイブレータから、0.15mmの篩目を有する実験室篩装置に内容物を加える。
5.濾過の完了後に、残留物を収集する。
6.残留物を105℃で乾燥させる。
7.乾燥残留物を計量する。
8.((30−w)/30)×100の式を使用して、崩壊性(%)を算出する。式中、wは、乾燥残留物の重量(g)である。
1.骨材(最初に粗い、次いで細かい)を350Lのベル(コンクリート)ミキサーに導入する。
2.予湿潤水(全量の6%)を30秒間で加える。
3.通常の速度で、かつ及び45度以下(理想的には、20〜30度)の傾斜で30秒間混合する。
4.予湿潤を生じさせるために、4分間混合を停止する。
5.25kgのセメント袋を丸ごとミキサーのキャビティに加え、1分間混合する。
6.残りの水を30秒間にわたって加える。
7.6分間混合する。
8.混合の終了後に、混合物全部を、4mmのメッシュサイズを有する篩に通過させる。材料のメッシュの通過は、散水によって補助し、散水は、混合物を希釈し、分散させる。全ての微細繊維が篩を通った後に、目に見える紙を収集する。
9.収集した紙を、より細かい篩の中に置き、その篩自体を、類似する僅かに大きいサイズの容器の中に配置する。十分な水を容器に加えて、収集した紙を浸漬し、したがって、収集した紙の表面に以前に捕捉されたセメント又は他の微細繊維を除去する。紙が、目に見える異物を含まなくなるまで、浸漬及び回転動作によるこの洗浄を3〜4回繰り返す。
9.洗浄した紙を、40℃に設定したオーブンの中で24時間乾燥させる。
10.((w1−w2)/w1)×100の式を使用して、崩壊性(%)を算出する。式中、w1は、袋の初期重量であり、w2は、工程9による紙の重量である。
実施例2
1.骨材(最初に粗い、次いで細かい)を350Lのベル(コンクリート)ミキサーに導入する。
2.予湿潤水(骨材全量の6%)を30秒にわたって加える。
3.通常の速度(24RPM)で、かつ及び45度以下(理想的には、20〜30度)の傾斜で30秒間混合する。
4.予湿潤を生じさせるために、4分間混合を停止する。
5.25kgのセメント袋を丸ごとミキサーのキャビティに加え、1分間混合する。
6.残りの水を30秒間にわたって加える。
7.3〜9分の範囲の期間(「湿潤混合」時間)にわたって混合する。
8.停止し、ミキサーからコンクリートを移して、試験を行う。

Claims (14)
- 50〜140g/m2の坪量及び2〜10秒のガーレイ多孔度(ISO5636/5)を有する白色袋用紙を作製する方法であって、
a)漂白硫酸塩パルプなどの漂白パルプを提供する工程と、
b)前記袋用紙が前記ガーレイ多孔度を得る程度まで、前記パルプに高濃度(HC)リファイニング及び随意に低濃度(LC)リファイニングを受けさせる工程と、
c)2〜4kg/紙トンなどの1.5〜5.0kg/紙トンの量で、カチオン性デンプンなどのカチオン性ポリマーを前記パルプに添加する工程と、
d)0.5〜1.5kg/紙トンなど、0.7〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜1.9kg/紙トンの量で、サイズ剤を前記パルプに添加する工程と、
e)前記パルプから前記袋用紙を形成する工程と、を含み、
1.0kg/紙トン未満など、0.5kg/紙トン未満などの2kg/紙トン未満のアニオン性デンプンが、前記パルプに添加される、方法。 - 工程e)が、クレーピングを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、
f)プレコーティング組成物を前記袋用紙の上へ塗布して、プレコーティング層を形成する工程と、
g)バリアコーティング組成物を前記プレコーティング層の上へ塗布して、バリア層を形成する工程と、を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 50〜140g/m2の坪量及び2〜10秒のガーレイ多孔度(ISO5636/5)を有し、漂白硫酸塩パルプから形成される、白色袋用紙であって、
2〜4kg/紙トンなどの1.5〜5.0kg/紙トンの量で、カチオン性デンプンなどのカチオン性ポリマーが添加され、
0.5〜1.5kg/紙トンなど、0.7〜1.3kg/紙トンなどの0.4〜2.0kg/紙トンの量で、サイズ剤が添加され、
1kg/紙トン未満など、0.5kg/紙トン未満などの2kg/紙トン未満のアニオン性デンプンが添加された、
白色袋用紙。 - 前記ガーレイ多孔度が、4〜8秒など、4〜7秒など、5〜6.5秒などの4〜10秒である、請求項4に記載の白色袋用紙。
- 少なくとも一方の表面のCobb60秒値(ISO535)が、少なくとも60g/m2など、少なくとも70g/m2など、75〜110g/m2などの少なくとも50g/m2である、請求項4又は5に記載の白色袋用紙。
- 長さ方向(MD)及び幅方向(CD)双方において、少なくとも2J/gなど、少なくとも2.2J/gなどの少なくとも1.8J/gの比引張エネルギー吸収量(ISO1924−3)、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の白色袋用紙。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の白色袋用紙から成る紙層と、水分バリアコーティング層と、を備える、水硬性結合剤用のバルブ袋で使用するための多層紙材料。
- 少なくとも50重量%(乾燥物質)の無機充填剤を含むプレコーティング層が、前記紙層と前記水分バリアコーティング層との間に提供される、請求項8に記載の多層紙材料。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の白色袋用紙から成るプライを含む、セメントなどの水硬性結合剤用のバルブ袋。
- 請求項8又は9に記載の多層紙材料から成るプライを含む、セメントなどの水硬性結合剤用のバルブ袋。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の袋用紙から成る内側プライ、及び請求項8又は9に記載の多層紙材料から成る外側プライを含む、セメントなどの水硬性結合剤用の多重プライバルブ袋。
- コンクリートなどの水硬性組成物を製造するための、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の袋の使用であって、前記袋が、水硬性結合剤、骨材、及び/又は鉱物添加剤を収容する、使用。
- 水、骨材、及び水硬性結合剤を混合することを含む、水硬性組成物を製造するためのプロセスであって、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の袋が使用され、該袋が、前記水硬性結合剤及び/又は前記骨材を収容する、プロセス。
