Abstract
Description
i)現行視野(FOV)内のROIの現在位置に関する事前情報及びii)事前定義FOV内の当該ROIの事前定義位置に関する情報を受け取るステップと、
現行FOV内で当該2つの位置が一致するかどうかを確認するステップと、
いかなる一致も確認されない場合に、当該現行FOV内又は新しいFOV内で事前定義位置でのROIの再位置決めを達成するために画像化システムの現行撮像ジオメトリをどのように変更するかという命令をユーザに指示するためにグラフィカルインジケータを表示するステップと、
を含む、方法が提供される。
「FOV」:1組の撮像ジオメトリ座標、パラメータ、又は設定によって定義される照射空間ボリューム。換言すれば、このボリューム内のいずれも、少なくとも当該FOVで取得された時に画像内にコード化される潜在能力を有する。
「ROI」:画像化したいと希望する対象物/解剖図の一部或いはFOVにおけるツール(例えば、カテーテル)又はそのフットプリントの位置。
「(撮像)プロトコル」:解剖学的ROI及び/又はツールの位置に関する好ましい(「最良」)FOVを定義する1組の撮像ジオメトリパラメータ。換言すれば、それぞれのROIは1組以上の撮像ジオメトリパラメータに関連付けられる。好ましいROI表現様式及び/又は事前定義FOVは、オペレータのワークフロー/好みに基づくか或いは目標解剖図のモデル及び当該ROIで実行すべき特定の臨床業務に基づくものである。
Claims (12)
- 対象物の関心領域を画像化するための画像化システムであって、
i)現行視野内の前記関心領域の現在位置に関する情報及びii)事前定義視野内の前記関心領域の事前定義位置に関する情報を受け取るインターフェースと、
前記現在位置と前記事前定義位置とが一致するかどうかを確認するデータプロセッサと、
一致しないと前記データプロセッサが確認した場合に、前記現行視野内又は新しい視野内で前記事前定義位置での前記関心領域の表示を達成するために前記画像化システムの現行撮像ジオメトリをどのように変更するかという命令をユーザに指示するためにグラフィカルインジケータを表示するディスプレイと、
を含む、画像化システム。 - 前記ディスプレイユニットは更に、前記データプロセッサが一致を確認した場合に、2つの表現様式が一致することをユーザに示すためのグラフィカルインジケータを表示する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記データプロセッサが更に、前記現行視野内の現行拡大レベルが前記事前定義視野内の事前定義拡大レベルと一致するかどうかを確認する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 支持装置の上に前記対象物が存在する当該支持装置を更に含み、前記撮像ジオメトリの前記変更を実施するために前記支持装置が前記命令に従って移動する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、X線源及びX線検出器を搭載するCアームを含む介入X線画像化システムである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記Cアームが、前記撮像ジオメトリの前記変更を実施するために前記命令に従って移動する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記インターフェースが撮像プロトコルを受け取り、前記関心領域の前記事前定義位置が前記撮像プロトコルに関連付けられる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記データプロセッサは、象限のグリッド構造を前記視野に関連付け、前記現在位置が位置する象限は、前記事前定義位置が位置する象限と一致するかどうかを確認する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記事前定義位置が、介入手順で使用すべきカテーテルの先端部の開始位置に対応する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 対象物の関心領域を可視化するように画像化システムを動作させる方法であって、前記方法が、
i)現行視野内の前記関心領域Iの現行表現様式に関する事前情報及びii)前記関心領域の事前定義表現様式に関する情報を受け取るステップと、
前記現行視野内で2つの前記表現様式が一致するかどうかを確認するステップと、
一致が確認されない場合に、前記現行視野内又は新しい視野内で前記事前定義表現様式での前記関心領域の表示を達成するために前記画像化システムの現行撮像ジオメトリをどのように変更するかという命令をユーザに指示するために、前記現行視野内でこれに重ねられたグラフィカルインジケータを表示するステップと、
一致が確認された場合に、前記2つの表現様式が一致することをユーザに示すために、前記現行視野内でこれに重ねられたグラフィカルインジケータを表示するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 処理装置によって実行される時に、請求項10に記載の方法のステップを実行する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のシステムを制御するための、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項11に記載のプログラム要素が記憶されている、コンピュータ可読媒体。
