Claims (18)
- H2O、CO2、H2S、NH3、C2H6、シロキサン、VOC、および、CH4を含有するO2からなる群から選択される1つまたは複数の不純物を含む低圧バイオガス流から抽出されたバイオガス試料の調整および分析システムであって、
パイプラインからバイオガス試料を抽出するための試料採取プローブと、
前記試料採取プローブが収容された高温のプローブハウジングと、
H2O、CO2、H2S、NH3、C2H6、シロキサン、VOC、および、CH4を含有するO2からなる群から選択される不純物を定量するためのガス分析ユニットと、
前記バイオガス試料の露点脱落を防止するように構成され、かつ、前記バイオガス試料を電磁弁を経由して前記ガス分析ユニットのキャビネット内に導入するように構成された前記バイオガス試料の流通ラインと、
抽出された前記バイオガス試料を乾燥させるための乾燥機と、
前記乾燥機を通過した前記バイオガス試料を加圧するためのポンプおよび圧力調整器と、
前記乾燥機および前記ガス分析ユニットにパージガスを供給するためのパージガス源と、
前記ガス分析ユニットにより分析されたバイオガス試料を排気するための排気口とを有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記不純物を選択的に除去する複数の浄化装置からなり、前記バイオガス試料から複数の前記不純物を段階的に除去するように構成された浄化装置列と、
各浄化装置から出力された前記バイオガス試料を選択的に通過させる電磁弁とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記圧力調整器に関連付けられた粒子フィルタを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記乾燥機に導入される前記バイオガス試料の圧力は、1〜7psi(6894〜48263Pa)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス分析ユニットに導入される前記バイオガス試料の圧力は、30psi(206842Pa)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 抽出ポンプと、これに関連付けられた圧力調整器とをさらに有し、
前記バイオガス試料は、負圧で抽出された後、前記乾燥機に導入される前に前記抽出ポンプおよび前記圧力調整器により正圧に加圧されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記ガス分析ユニットに導入される前記バイオガス試料の圧力は、30psi(206842Pa)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記排気口からフレアガスが排気されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- H2O、CO2、H2S、NH3、C2H6、シロキサン、VOC、および、CH4を含有するO2からなる群から選択される1つまたは複数の不純物を含むバイオガス流から抽出されたバイオガス試料の調整および分析システムであって、
パイプラインから低圧バイオガス試料を抽出するための試料採取プローブと、
前記試料採取プローブが収容された高温のプローブハウジングと、
H2O、CO2、H2S、NH3、C2H6、シロキサン、VOC、および、CH4を含有するO2からなる群から選択される不純物を定量するためのガス分析ユニットと、
前記バイオガス試料の露点脱落を防止するように構成され、かつ、前記バイオガス試料を電磁弁を経由して前記ガス分析ユニットのキャビネット内に導入するように構成された前記バイオガス試料の流通ラインと、
抽出された前記バイオガス試料を乾燥させるための乾燥機と、
前記バイオガス試料を前記乾燥機に導入される前に加圧するための第1ポンプおよび第1圧力調整器と、
前記乾燥機を通過した前記バイオガス試料を加圧するための第2ポンプおよび第2圧力調整器と、
前記乾燥機および前記ガス分析ユニットにパージガスを供給するためのパージガス源と、
前記ガス分析ユニットにより分析されたバイオガス試料を排気するための排気口とを有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記不純物を選択的に除去する複数の浄化装置からなり、前記バイオガス試料から複数の前記不純物を段階的に除去するように構成された浄化装置列と、
各浄化装置から出力された前記バイオガス試料を選択的に通過させる電磁弁とを有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記圧力調整器に関連付けられた粒子フィルタを有することを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のシステム。
- 前記乾燥機に導入される前記バイオガス試料の圧力は、1〜7psi(6894〜48263Pa)であることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス分析ユニットに導入される前記バイオガス試料の圧力は、30psi(206842Pa)であることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載のシステム。

- バイオガス試料の調整および分析方法であって、
バイオガス源からバイオガス試料を抽出する工程と、
前記抽出されたバイオガス試料の温度および圧力を調整する工程と、
前記温度および圧力が調整されたバイオガス試料を乾燥機に導入して水分を除去する工程と、
前記水分が除去されたバイオガス試料を加圧する工程と、
前記加圧されたバイオガス試料をガス分析ユニットに導入して前記バイオガス試料の成分を測定する工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記バイオガス試料を抽出するバイオガス源を複数のバイオガス源から選択する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥機内のバイオガス試料をパージして新たなバイオガス試料を導入する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 前記バイオガス試料を前記ガス分析ユニットから排気する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
