Claims (9)
- プラグイン・モジュール(10)として設計された単一ピンまたは多ピンの過電圧保護装置を配線キャリア(8)上に取り付けるためのアダプタであって、該アダプタ(1)が基部(2)および少なくとも1つの室(4)を有し、該室(4)は上部が開口しており側壁(3)によって画定され、該室(4)の下側(5)から複数の取付け延長部(6)が延在しており、該取付け延長部(6)が、該配線キャリア(8)の対応する開口部(7)と本質的に相補的である、アダプタにおいて、
該取付け延長部(6)は、該取付け延長部(6)を有する該アダプタ(1)が該開口部(7)に挿入された後に、該アダプタを該配線キャリア(8)の平面で変位させることによってその下方で係合するように、フック形状(61、62)を有しており、該基部(2)に穿孔が形成され、該穿孔の寸法は、該プラグイン・モジュール(10)のプラグ端子(9)が貫通して該配線キャリアに対して導出することを可能にするものであり、さらに、該プラグイン・モジュール(10)の該プラグ端子(9)の寸法に対応する金属処理された凹部(11)が、該アダプタを挿入し変位させた後に該凹部(11)が該基部(2)の該穿孔に対して一致して位置するように、該配線キャリア(8)に形成され、その結果、該プラグイン・モジュール(10)を挿入した後に、アダプタ(1)、プラグイン・モジュール(10)、および配線キャリア(8)から作られる複合体の自己固定ロックが、電気的接触に加えてもたらされることを特徴とする、アダプタ。 - 前記プラグイン・モジュール(10)の前記プラグ端子(9)がU字型に形成され、支持要素(12)が該U字型の脚部間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアダプタ。
- 前記プラグ端子(9)の断面が矩形であり、前記配線キャリア(8)の前記凹部(11)が相補的な設計であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のアダプタ。
- 前記配線キャリア(8)の前記凹部(11)が電気的貫通接触として形成され、対応する導体トラックに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のアダプタ。
- 前記室(4)の前記側壁(3)と前記プラグイン・モジュール(10)との間にキャッチ手段が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載のアダプタ。
- 前記基部(2)の下方の前記配線キャリア(8)に、少なくとも1つの配線キャリア固着ボアホールが設けられ、前記アダプタ(1)を介する該ボアホールへのアクセスが、前記配線キャリア(8)に前記アダプタ(1)を取り付けた後に隠されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載のアダプタ。
- 前記キャッチ手段が、前記室(4)の前記側壁(3)に設けられた開口部(13)を備え、該開口部(13)のそれぞれに前記プラグイン・モジュール(10)のキャッチ突起(14)が係合し、それぞれの該キャッチ突起(14)が、可動式の作動面(15)の端部に位置し挿入傾斜部を有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載のアダプタ。
- 前記プラグイン・モジュール(10)の差し込まれた状態およびそのロックが完了した後には、前記側壁(3)が前記作動面(15)をほとんどまたは完全に隠して、前記プラグイン・モジュール(10)の不当な操作または取外しを防止することを特徴とする、請求項7記載のアダプタ。
- 配線キャリア、特に回路基板上への、またはそれらに対する、プラグイン・モジュールの無はんだ取付け、およびサージ電流耐性のある接続を行うための、請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載のアダプタの使用。
