Claims (11)
- 第1の軸を中心に回転する入力シャフトと;
前記入力シャフトによって駆動される遊星歯車組であって、前記遊星歯車組は、太陽歯車と複数の遊星歯車と環状歯車とを含み、前記太陽歯車は、回転しないよう固定されており、前記複数の遊星歯車は、前記入力シャフトに相互接続され、かつ前記入力シャフトによって駆動され、かつ前記太陽歯車の周囲を回り、前記環状歯車は、前記複数の遊星歯車によって駆動される遊星歯車組と;
第1の軸を中心に回転し、かつ前記環状歯車に相互接続され、かつ前記環状歯車によって駆動される中間シャフトと;
前記中間シャフトに相互接続され、かつ前記中間シャフトと一緒に回転するリング歯車と;
第1の軸に対して角度をなすよう配置される第2の軸を中心に回転し、かつ前記リング歯車によって駆動される出力歯車と
を備える、車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。 - 前記入力シャフトと前記遊星歯車組は、前記第1の軸について互いに同軸であり、前記第1の軸の周囲を回る前記複数の遊星歯車を備える、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記入力歯車と前記複数の遊星歯車の間の相互接続は、それらの間に中間歯車を持たない直接相互接続である、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記環状歯車と前記中間シャフトの間の相互接続は、それらの間に中間歯車を持たない直接相互接続である、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記中間シャフトは、前記入力シャフトの半径方向外側の位置で前記入力シャフトに重なっているスリーブシャフトである、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記リング歯車は、前記スリーブシャフトと一緒に、第1の軸を中心に回転する、請求項5に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記リング歯車は、歯車から歯車への直接駆動によって、前記出力歯車を直接駆動する、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記出力歯車はピニオン歯車である、請求項7に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の軸は、前記第1の軸に対して垂直に配置されている、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 前記車両のPTUアセンブリは、前記入力シャフト、前記遊星歯車組、前記中間シャフト、前記リング歯車、および前記出力歯車の間にクラッチ機構を備えていない、請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
- 入力シャフトと;
前記入力シャフトと同軸であり、かつ太陽歯車と複数の遊星歯車と環状歯車とを含む遊星歯車組であって、前記太陽歯車は、車両のPTUを使用しているときに、前記複数の遊星歯車に対して固定されたままであり、前記複数の遊星歯車は、前記入力シャフトとの間に中間歯車を用いることなく、前記入力シャフトに直接相互接続され、かつ前記入力シャフトによって駆動され、かつ前記太陽歯車の周囲を回り、前記環状歯車は、歯車から歯車への駆動により、前記複数の遊星歯車によって直接駆動される遊星歯車組と;
前記入力シャフトと同軸であり、かつ前記環状歯車との間に中間歯車を用いることなく、前記環状歯車に直接相互接続され、かつ前記環状歯車によって駆動されるスリーブシャフトと;
前記入力シャフトと同軸であり、かつ前記スリーブシャフトによって支持されるリング歯車と;
前記入力シャフトと非同軸であり、かつ歯車から歯車への駆動により、前記リング歯車によって直接駆動されるピニオン歯車と
を備える、車両の動力伝達装置(PTU)アセンブリ。
