Abstract
Description
導電性材料のベースマトリックス及び前記ベースマトリックス内に分散された複数の黒鉛層間化合物を含む電気導体であって、前記複数の黒鉛層間化合物が、それぞれ、炭素系粒子、及び前記炭素系粒子内にインターカレートされた複数のゲスト分子を含む、電気導体。
複数の黒鉛層間化合物が、最大で電気導体の約70パーセントの容量を占める、条項1に記載の電気導体。
前記複数のゲスト分子が前記炭素系粒子に囲まれるように、前記ベースマトリックスが前記複数の黒鉛層間化合物の上に延在する、条項1に記載の電気導体。
前記炭素系粒子が、フレーク、プレートレット、繊維、球体、チューブ、及びロッドから選択された形状にある、条項1に記載の電気導体。
前記ベースマトリックスが、銅、銀、金、及びアルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1つから製作される、条項1に記載の電気導体。
Claims (15)
- 黒鉛層間化合物であって、
炭素系粒子、及び
前記炭素系粒子内にインターカレートされた複数のゲスト分子を含む黒鉛層間化合物、並びに
前記黒鉛層間化合物の少なくとも一部の上に延在する導電性材料の少なくとも1つの層
を含む電気導体。 - 前記黒鉛層間化合物の少なくとも一部の上に延在する導電性材料の複数の層を更に含み、前記複数の層がそれぞれ異なる材料から製作される、請求項1に記載の電気導体。
- 前記複数の層が、前記黒鉛層間化合物の少なくとも一部の上に延在する接着層、前記接着層の少なくとも一部の上に延在する導電層、及び前記導電層の少なくとも一部の上に延在する保護層を含む、請求項2に記載の電気導体。
- 前記複数のゲスト分子が前記炭素系粒子に囲まれるように、前記少なくとも1つの層が前記黒鉛層間化合物の上に延在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気導体。
- 前記炭素系粒子が、フレーク、プレートレット、繊維、球体、チューブ、及びロッドから選択された形状にある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気導体。
- 前記炭素系粒子が黒鉛状炭素を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気導体。
- 前記黒鉛状炭素が、ほぼ平面方向に延在するグラフェンの複数の層を含み、前記導電性材料の少なくとも1つの層が、前記グラフェンの複数の層を包み込む、請求項6に記載の電気導体。
- 前記複数のゲスト分子が、ブロム、カルシウム、及びカリウムのうちの少なくとも1つから製作される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気導体。
- 前記導電性材料の少なくとも1つの層が、銅、銀、金、及びアルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1つから製作される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気導体。
- 電気導体を形成する方法であって、
黒鉛層間化合物を設けることであって、前記黒鉛層間化合物が、炭素系粒子及び前記炭素系粒子内にインターカレートされた複数のゲスト分子を含む、設けること、並びに
前記黒鉛層間化合物の少なくとも一部の上に導電性材料を延在させることであって、前記導電性材料が、導電性材料の少なくとも1つの層又は導電性材料のベースマトリックスの形態にある、延在させること
を含む方法。 - 黒鉛層間化合物を設けることが、ほぼ平面方向に延在する複数のグラフェン層を含む黒鉛状炭素から前記炭素系粒子を形成することを含み、前記導電性材料が、前記複数のグラフェン層を包み込む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 黒鉛層間化合物を設けることが、フレーク、プレートレット、繊維、球体、チューブ、及びロッドから選択された形状で前記炭素系粒子を設けることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 導電性材料を延在させることが、前記複数のゲスト分子が前記炭素系粒子に囲まれるように、前記黒鉛層間化合物の上に導電性材料を延在させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 導電性材料を延在させることが、スパッタリング、イオンビームプレーティング、電気めっき、無電解めっき、湿式化学、及び蒸着のプロセスのうちの少なくとも1つを通して、前記黒鉛層間化合物の上に導電性材料を延在させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 導電性材料を延在させることが、銅、銀、金、及びアルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1つから前記導電性材料を製作することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
