Claims (20)
- 地下層におけるセメンチング方法であって、
凝結遅延セメント組成物を調製すること、
前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を貯蔵すること、
前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を、コンテインメント容器中で、坑井現場に輸送すること、及び、
前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を前記コンテインメント容器から坑井に放出すること、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記凝結遅延セメントを貯蔵するステップが、前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を、前記坑井現場に輸送するステップに先んじて約1日もしくはそれ以上の期間貯蔵することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝結遅延セメントが貯蔵されている期間中、前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を断続的に混合することを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記凝結遅延セメント組成物が、輸送ステップおよび放出ステップにおいて使用される前記コンテインメント容器中で調製および貯蔵される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテインメント容器が、前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を保持するための混合室であって、胴体により画定される混合室;および該混合室中に一つ以上の混合羽根を保持する軸を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

凝結遅延セメント組成物を保持および/または混合するための放出容器であり、前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を保持するための混合室であって胴体により画定される混合室、および該混合室中に一つ以上の混合羽根を保持する軸を含む放出容器;
セメント凝結促進剤を保持および/または混合するための、前記放出容器に連結された促進剤容器;および、
前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を前記放出容器から坑井に送達するための、前記放出容器に連結されたダウンホールポンプ
を含む、前記セメンチングシステム。 - 前記放出容器から前記凝結遅延セメント組成物を受け入るため、および前記セメント凝結促進剤を受け入るため、かつ前記凝結遅延セメント組成物と前記セメント凝結促進剤の混合物を前記ダウンホールポンプに送達するためのポンプを更に含み、前記ポンプはマニホールドによって前記放出容器と前記促進剤容器に連結されている、請求項15に記載のセメンチングシステム。
- 前記セメント促進剤を前記促進剤容器から前記放出容器に送達するように構成された液体添加ポンプを更に含む、請求項15に記載のセメントシステム。
- 前記放出容器が、前記胴体の内側表面に配置されたバッフルを更に含み、前記混合羽根が、前記軸上に垂直に配置された上向き混合羽根および下向き混合羽根を含む、請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載のセメンチングシステム。
- 前記放出容器が、移動可能であり、前記胴体をサポートする支持構造体を含み、前記胴体がフォークリフト穴を備える、請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載のセメンチングシステム。
- 前記胴体が約1,514 L(約400 gallon)から約7,571 L(約2,000 gallon)の容量を有する、請求項15〜19のいずれか1項に記載のセメンチングシステム。
