(c)第1の表面、及び第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を有するフルオロポリマー層を、プライマー層がフルオロポリマー層の第1の表面及び熱可塑性ポリマー層の第1の表面と接触して配置されるように熱可塑性ポリマー層に施す;

Claims (10)
- (a)第1の表面、及び第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を有する熱可塑性ポリマー層;
(b)熱可塑性ポリマー層の第1の表面と接触している、フルオロポリマー及び官能化ポリマーを含むプライマー層;並びに
(c)第1の表面、及び第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を有し、プライマー層がフルオロポリマー層の第1の表面及び熱可塑性ポリマー層の第1の表面と接触して配置されるように熱可塑性ポリマー層に付着されているフルオロポリマー層;
を含む多層フィルム。 - 熱可塑性ポリマー層が、ポリオレフィンホモポリマー、ポリオレフィンコポリマー、環式オレフィンホモポリマー、環式オレフィンコポリマー、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリスチレン、スチレンコポリマー、ポリイソプレン、ポリウレタン、エチレンアクリル酸エチル、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、フルオロポリマー、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- フルオロポリマー層がポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン及び/又はフッ化ビニリデンを更に含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 官能化ポリマーがアクリルポリマー及び/又はウレタンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- (a)第1の表面、及び第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を有する熱可塑性ポリマー層を与え;
(b)熱可塑性ポリマー層の第1の表面上に、フルオロポリマー及び官能化ポリマーを含むプライマー層を施し;そして
(c)第1の表面、及び第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を有するフルオロポリマー層を、プライマー層がフルオロポリマー層の第1の表面及び熱可塑性ポリマー層の第1の表面と接触して配置されるように熱可塑性ポリマー層に施す;
工程を含む、多層フィルムの製造方法。 - 熱可塑性ポリマー層が、ポリオレフィンホモポリマー、ポリオレフィンコポリマー、環式オレフィンホモポリマー、環式オレフィンコポリマー、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリスチレン、スチレンコポリマー、ポリイソプレン、ポリウレタン、エチレンアクリル酸エチル、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、フルオロポリマー、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- フルオロポリマー層がポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン及び/又はフッ化ビニリデンを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 官能化ポリマーがアクリルポリマー及び/又はウレタンポリマーを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 多層フィルムから包装物品を形成することを更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
