Abstract
Description
本願は、2013年9月30日に出願された特許文献1、2013年12月3日に出願された特許文献2、および、2014年9月5日に出願された特許文献3に対する優先権の利益を主張するものであり、2014年1月10日に出願された特許文献4の一部継続出願であり、それら内容全体を参照することにより本明細書に援用する。
Claims (25)
- 軟組織内に細長い切開部を生じさせるための医療装置であって、
ハンドル本体および作動部材を含むハンドルと、
前記ハンドル本体に連結される近端、および遠端を有する可撓軸と、を含み、前記可撓軸は、
前記遠端に位置を定められる非外傷性先端と、
前記可撓軸内に枢動可能に据え付けられ、刃先を有する切断部材と、
前記ハンドルの前記作動部材を前記切断部材に連結する結合部材と、を含む、医療装置。 - 開口部を通して前記可撓軸の前記近端の間に伸長する経路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記結合部材は、前記切断部材の枢動点からずれている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓軸上に摺動可能に位置を定めるシースをさらに含み、前記シースを、前記開口部を覆うために進行させ、かつ、前記開口部を露出するために後退させることができる、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断部材は非導電材料含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記非導電材料上に位置を定める少なくとも1つの電極をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの電極は、電流源に電気的に連結可能である、請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断部材は導電材料を含み、前記切断部材は電流源に電気的に連結可能である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓軸の前記遠端に隣接する開口部をさらに含み、前記切断部材の切断面は、枢動時に前記開口部を通して伸長する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記開口部に隣接する電極をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓軸の前記遠端に硬質部をさらに含み、前記硬質部は開口部を含み、該開口部を通って、前記切断部材の前記切断面が枢動時に伸長する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記硬質部は導電材料を含み、電流源に連結可能である、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記硬質部は金属製エンクロージャを含む、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断部材は前記硬質部にあり、枢動するように構成される、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記結合部材に連結されるひずみ測定装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記結合部材は、張力を加える際に前記可撓軸の前記遠端を偏らせる際に補助するために、前記可撓部材の軸からずれている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓軸の前記遠端に位置を定める非外傷性先端をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記非外傷性先端は、湾曲した弾性部材を含む、請求項16に記載の医療装置。
- 前記非外傷性先端は放射線不透過性を有する、請求項16に記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断部材は、側面へ枢動する際に解放可能に固定できることで、前記切断部材が前記可撓部材と相対的な角度の範囲で調節可能なようにし、前記角度の範囲を、前記軟組織における切断の深さを調節するために変化させることができる、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記結合部材に連結される止め具をさらに含み、前記止め具は前記切断部材の枢動を制限する、請求項19に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓部材は、編組をさらに含むことで、前記可撓部材の回転時の剛性を改善するようにする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓部材はガイドワイヤ用内腔をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記可撓部材は室に一致させるために予備成形される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
