Description

The present invention relates to a simple structure such as a terrace.

Some simple structures such as terraces have columns and girders that can be moved back and forth to avoid obstacles. In the case of an R-shaped roof having a curved rafter, when the girder is moved in the front-rear direction, the inclination angle of the rafter differs depending on the front-rear position of the girder. In order to cope with this, conventionally, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, a substantially cylindrical girder is rotatably supported on a column, and the girder is rotated according to the inclination of the rafter. It was. Such a girder has a complicated structure, poor workability, and high cost.
As a structure other than the above, for example, as described in Non-Patent Document 1, an arc-shaped portion is integrally formed on the upper part of the beam, and a bolt head is inserted into a groove formed in the arc-shaped portion. In some cases, the rafters are fixed to the girders by inserting the bolts into the elongated holes of the metal fittings engaged with the nuts and hooking them with nuts. This girder is provided with two grooves for inserting the bolt heads in the arcuate portion, and it is troublesome because it is necessary to select which groove to use depending on the front and rear positions of the girder.
In addition, when attaching rafters (tsum rafters) on both left and right ends, the rafters may fall from the top of the beam.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10B, the front frame 2 is rotated downward with the locked portion 7 as a fulcrum. At this time, the front frame 2 naturally rotates due to its own weight. When the front frame 2 is rotated in this way, as shown in FIG. 10C, the fixed piece 6 of the front frame 2 comes into contact with the lower surface of the end rafter 1a, and even if the hand is released from the front frame 2, the front frame 2 2 is held in a fixed posture. In this state where the front frame 2 is temporarily placed, the fixing piece 6 of the front frame 2 is fixed to the lower surface of the end rafter 1a with screws 40.

As shown in FIG. 2, the intermediate rafter 1 b has recesses 29 formed on the left and right side surfaces along the longitudinal direction, and upward protrusions 30 are formed below the recesses 29. As shown in FIG. 4, the intermediate rafter 1 b is formed with relief grooves 44 whose front sides are open on the left and right side walls of the front end. The escape groove 44 has a locking portion 45 protruding downward on the front side of the upper edge. The water return piece 8 of the front frame 2 is locked to the locking portion 45 and the fixing piece 6 of the front frame 2 is placed in the middle. The front end of the intermediate rafter 1b is fixed to the front frame 2 by being fixed to the lower surface of the rafter 1b with screws 40. As shown in FIG. 14, the intermediate rafter 1b is attached to the right and left wife rafters 1a and 1a, and the rear end is hung on the rafter 26, and the rear end is pivoted in a horizontal plane with the rear end as a fulcrum. For attaching rafter fixing brackets 11, 47 to be described later are inserted is provided at one place of the arcuate portion 16 along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 13, the fixture holding groove 17 corresponds to the inclination angle of the rafters 1a, 1b,... From 3 ° to 50 °. At a position inclined by 26.5 °. 3 and 4, the fixture holding groove 17 has a pair of projecting pieces 49 and 49 projecting opposite to the groove entrance side, and a reverse C-shape on the pair of projecting pieces 49 and 49. The inclined surfaces 50, 50 are formed.

In the fixture holding groove 17 of the moving girder, two back plates 48a, 48b,... Are inserted in total, two for the left and right wife rafters 1a, 1a and three for the intermediate rafters 1b, 1b, 1b. . As shown in FIG. 12 (a), these back plates 48a, 48b,... Are inserted into the fixture holding groove 17 when shipped from the factory, and the back plate 48a for the wife rafter 1a is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the flat screw 51 is inserted from the fixture holding groove 17 and screwed into the back plate 48 a so as not to move to a predetermined position. By forming the inverted C-shaped inclined surfaces 50, 50 on the inlet side of the fixture holding groove 17, the head 51 a of the countersunk screw 51 fits between the inclined surfaces 50, 50, and on the arcuate portion 16. The head 51a of the countersunk screw 51 does not protrude. Therefore, the head 51a of the countersunk screw 51 does not get in the way of receiving the wife rafter 1a by the arc-shaped portion 16, and the entire arc-shaped portion 16 can be used. The back plate 48b for the intermediate rafter 1b is moved to one end side, packed with rubber, nylon, etc. (not shown) in the fixture holding groove 17 so as not to move. Take the padding and slide it into place. Note that the back plate 48b for the intermediate rafter 1b can also be fixed at a predetermined position in advance using a countersunk screw 51.
In this simple structure, the back plates 48a, 48b,... Are inserted in advance into the fixture holding groove 17 as described above, and the back plates 48a, 48a at both ends are fixed at predetermined positions. Work at can be reduced.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the intermediate rafter 1 b is fixed on the rafter fixing bracket 11 after being placed on the arcuate portion 16 of the moving girder 9. The rafter fixing bracket 11 has a hook-shaped rafter engaging portion 18 that is inserted into the concave portion 29 of the rafter 1 b and engages the protrusion 30, and an abutting portion 19 that abuts on the arc-shaped portion 16 of the moving girder 9. As shown in FIG. 11, the contact portion 19 is provided with a long hole 20 in the front-rear direction. The rafter fixing bracket 11 is symmetrical with respect to the front-rear direction and is a part that does not have left and right sides. The same rafter fixing bracket 11 can be used on both sides of the rafter 1b without worrying about the front-rear direction. The intermediate rafter 1 b engages the rafter engaging portion 18 of the rafter fixing bracket 11 with the concave portion 29 on the side surface of the rafter 1 b, abuts the abutting portion 19 on the arcuate portion 16 of the moving girder 9, and The bolt 21 inserted into the long hole 20 is screwed into the back plate 48b and tightened, so that it can be fixed to the moving beam 9 at various inclination angles.

FIG. 13A shows the eccentric amount of the bolt 21 from the center of the rafter engaging portion 18 of the rafter fixing bracket 11 when the inclination angle of the rafter 1b is changed from 50 ° to 3 ° in this simple structure. FIG. 13B shows, for comparison, when the diameter of the arcuate portion 16 is the same as the longitudinal dimension of the movable girder main body portion 15 and the inclination angle of the rafter 1b is similarly 50 ° to 3 °. The amount of eccentricity of the bolt 21 from the center of the rafter engaging portion 18 of the rafter fixing bracket 11 is shown. As the eccentric amount of the bolt 21 from the center of the rafter engaging portion 18 of the rafter fixing bracket 11 is smaller, the fixing strength of the rafter 1b is increased. As is apparent from FIG. When the size is smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the portion 15 (FIG. 13A), the rafter is fixed as compared with the case where the diameter of the arcuate portion 16 is the same as the longitudinal dimension of the movable girder body 15 (FIG. 13B). The eccentric amount of the bolt 21 from the center of the rafter engaging portion 18 of the metal fitting 11 is 30% or more smaller in any case where the inclination angle of the rafter 1b is any. Thereby, the fixing strength of the rafter 1b is increased, and the longitudinal hole 20 formed in the contact portion 19 of the rafter fixing bracket 11 can be shortened.
In the past, in order to shorten the length of the long hole, two fixture holding grooves were provided in the arcuate part, and the fixture holding groove was used differently when the inclination angle of the rafter was steep and when it was loose. (See Non-Patent Document 1) In the simple structure of the present embodiment, the diameter of the arc-shaped portion 16 is made smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the movable girder main body portion 15, so that the fixture holding groove 17 is only one place. The length of the long hole 20 can be shortened, and sufficient fixing strength of the rafter 1b can be ensured. That is, by making the diameter of the arc-shaped portion 16 smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the movable girder main body 15, the fixture holding groove 17 can be made in one place, and the work of fixing the rafter 1 b to the movable girder 9 is easy. It becomes.

Similarly to the intermediate rafter 1b, the wife rafter 1a is also fixed to the arc-shaped portion 16 of the moving girder 9 using the wife rafter fixing bracket 47 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). In addition to the rafter engaging portion 18 that engages the concave portion 29 on the side surface of the wife rafter 1a and the abutting portion 19 that abuts on the arc-shaped portion 16 of the movable girder 9, the tsum rafter fixing metal fitting 47 contacts the side surface of the wife rafter 1a. The rafter abutting portion 52 is in contact with the rafter abutting portion 52, which is in contact with the side surface of the wife rafter 1 a and fixed with a screw 53. Thereby, the fixed strength to the moving girder 9 of the wife rafter 1a is further increased.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, resin end caps 10 are attached to the left and right ends of the moving girder 9, and the edge of the moving girder 9 is covered with the end cap 10. The end cap 10 has an arc-shaped portion 54 having substantially the same diameter as the arc-shaped portion 16 of the moving girder 9, and is a fin that protrudes outward from the arc-shaped portion 16 of the moving girder 9 outside the arc-shaped portion 54. 22.
As shown in FIG. 2, the wife rafter 1a is placed across the arc-shaped portion 16 of the moving girder 9 and the arc-shaped portion 54 of the end cap 10, and the fins 22 of the end cap 10 are circular on the outside thereof. Projects around the arcuate portion 54. Accordingly, when the wife rafter 1a is mounted on the moving girder 9 when the wife rafter 1a is mounted, the wife rafter 1a can be prevented from falling from the moving girder 9 by the fins 22, and the wife rafter 1a can be fixed to the tsum rafter fixing bracket. 47 can be easily fixed to the arcuate portion 16 of the moving girder 9.

As shown in FIG. 3, a back plate holding groove 55 is formed along the longitudinal direction on the bottom wall of the moving girder 9, and bolts 57 are screwed into the back plate 56 inserted into the back plate holding groove 55. A column mounting bracket 58 is mounted, and the upper end of the column 24 is fixed to the column mounting bracket 58 with a screw 59 so that the movable beam 9 and the column 24 are connected. In the wall around the back plate holding groove 55, the wall 60a of the front part is thicker than the wall 60b of the rear part.
When the roof 25 is subjected to a blowing load, the moving girder 9 is pulled upward by the portion of the fixture holding groove 17 formed in the arcuate portion 16, and the fixing fixture holding groove 17 is in the longitudinal direction of the moving girder 9. Since it is eccentric to the front side, a load that rolls to the rear side acts on the moving beam 9. At this time, as described above, the thickness of the wall 60a of the front portion of the back plate holding groove 55 is made thicker than the thickness of the wall 60b of the rear portion, thereby deforming the back plate holding groove 55. And the connection strength between the movable beam 9 and the support column 24 can be increased.

Next, the construction procedure of this simple structure will be described. First, the rafter 26 is attached horizontally to the outer wall 23 of the building. Next, the columns 24 and 24 are erected, the moving beam 9 is installed on the columns 24 and 24, and the end caps 10 are attached to both ends of the moving beam 9.
Next, the wife rafter 1a is attached. The rear end of the wife rafter 1 a is hung on the rafter 26, the front part is placed on the arcuate part 16 of the movable girder 9, and the rafter rafter 1 a is attached to the arcuate part 16 of the movable girder 9 by the wife rafter fixing bracket 47. Secure to. At this time, since the end cap 10 of the moving girder 9 has the fins 22 projecting outward from the arcuate portion 16 of the moving girder 9, it is possible to prevent the wife rafter 1a from falling from above the moving girder 9. .
Next, the front frame 2 is installed between the front ends of the left and right wife rafters 1a, 1a. A front frame hook metal fitting 3 is attached in advance to the front end portion of the wife rafter 1a, and as shown in FIG. 10 (a), the water return piece 8 of the front frame 2 is inserted into the relief groove 4 of the wife rafter 1a. The locked portion 7 of the front frame 2 is locked to the locking portion 5 of the front frame hook metal fitting 3 from above, and then the front frame 2 is locked to the locked portion 7 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 10 (c), the front frame 2 is temporarily placed by abutting the fixed piece 6 of the front frame 2 against the lower surface of the end rafter 1a as shown in FIG. Is temporarily placed, the fixing piece 6 of the front frame 2 is fixed to the lower surface of the wife rafter 1a with a screw 40.
Next, the intermediate rafter 1b is attached. The intermediate rafter 1b is hung at the rear end on a rafter 26, rotated in a horizontal plane as shown in FIG. 14, and the water return piece 8 of the front frame 2 is inserted into the escape groove 44 formed at the front end. The water return piece 8 is released and locked to the locking portion 45 in the groove 44 to temporarily place the rafter 1b, and the fixing piece 6 of the front frame 2 is fixed to the lower surface of the rafter 1b with screws 40. Thereafter, the rafter 1 b is fixed to the arcuate portion 16 of the moving girder 9 by the rafter fixing bracket 11.
Next, the middle bone 28 is attached between the rafters 1a, 1b,..., And the roof panel 27 is attached to the upper part between the rafters 1a, 1b,. The roof panel 27 has a rear end portion inserted into the rafter 26 and a front end portion is inserted under the panel pressing piece 39 of the front frame 2. At this time, by aligning the front edge of the roof panel 27 with the recess 43 provided in the panel holding piece 39, the roof panel 27 can be visually positioned and the distortion can be corrected, and the roof panel 27 can be accurately positioned at a predetermined position. Can be installed.
After that, a panel presser 31 is attached on each rafter 1a, 1b,... And the roof panel 27 is fixed.

As described above, in the method for manufacturing the simple structure, the water retaining piece 8 of the front frame 2 is inserted into the relief groove 4 of the rafter 1a, and the locked portion 7 of the front frame 2 is hooked to the front frame. 3, the front frame 2 is temporarily placed by rotating the front frame 2 around the locked portion 7 as a fulcrum and bringing the fixed piece 6 into contact with the lower surface of the end rafter 1a. Since it is possible, since it is not necessary to open a screw hole while holding the front frame 2 by hand, the workability is good. Further, since the escape groove 4 of the wife rafter 1a only needs to escape the water return piece 8 of the front frame 2, the shape of the escape groove 4 can be simplified, and the processing is easy. By inserting the water return piece 8 of the front frame 2 into the escape groove 4 of the wife rafter 1a, the water finish is good.
The front frame hook metal fitting 3 is provided in the escape groove 4 of the wife rafter 1a, and the locking portion 5 projects forward from the escape groove 4, so that the water return piece 8 of the front frame 2 is released from the wife rafter 1a. While being inserted into the groove 4, it is easy to lock the locked portion 7 of the front frame 2 with the locking portion 5 of the front frame hook metal fitting 3, and the temporarily placed state of the front frame 2 is also stabilized.
Further, since the intermediate rafter 1b has a relief groove 44 for the water return piece 8 of the front frame 2 at the front end portion, and an engaging portion 45 for engaging the water return piece 8 in the escape groove 44, the intermediate rafter 1 is provided. It is also easy to fix the front end 1b to the front frame 2.
The end rafter 1a and the front frame 2 are fixed by metal fittings (front frame hook metal fittings 3), so that it is strong. The locked portion 7 of the front frame 2 protrudes inclining forward on the lower surface of the upper wall 41. The front frame 2 can be firmly attached by restricting the rotation of the front frame 2 by locking the locking portion 5 of the front frame hook metal fitting 3 between the upper wall 41 and the locked portion 7. .

In addition, the simplified structure includes a main body portion 15 in which a moving girder 9 is composed of a front wall 12, a rear wall 13, and a bottom wall 14, and an arcuate portion 16 that is located above the main body portion 15 and receives the rafters 1a and 1b. It is provided integrally, and a fixture holding groove 17 is provided at one place of the arc-shaped portion 16 to engage the rafter engaging portion 18 of the rafter fixing brackets 11 and 47 with the rafters 1a and 1b and the contact portion 19. Is fixed to the fixture holding groove 17 of the moving girder 9 with a fixing tool (bolt 21) inserted into the long hole 20 in the front-rear direction formed in the abutting portion 19. Since it is not necessary to rotate the girder as in the prior art and it is not necessary to select a groove depending on the front and rear positions of the girder, workability is improved. In addition, since the diameter of the arcuate portion 16 of the moving girder 9 is smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the main body portion 15, the longitudinal direction of the rafter fixing brackets 11, 47 is provided even though there is only one fixture holding groove 17. The length of the long hole 20 can be shortened, thereby increasing the fixing strength of the rafters 1a and 1b. Further, by making the diameter of the arc-shaped portion 16 smaller than the front-rear dimension of the main body portion 15, it is possible to deal with a wide range of roof angles even if the fixture holding groove 17 is provided at one place.
Moreover, this simple structure has the fin 22 which protrudes in the outer periphery rather than the circular-arc-shaped part 16 to the edge part cap 10 of the movement girder 9, and mounts and fixes a rafter (Tsum rafter 1a) on the movement girder 9. At this time, it is possible to prevent the rafter 1a from falling from the moving beam 9, so that the workability is improved. Further, when viewed from the side, the fin 22 of the end cap 10 hides the arc-shaped portion 16 whose diameter is smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the main body portion 15 of the moving girder 9, so that the design can be improved.

As shown to Fig.16 (a), since the to-be-latched part 7 is inclined and provided in the front frame 2, it is easy to insert the front frame 2 in the wife rafter 1a, and to make it latch.

FIGS. 17 and 18 show modifications of the simple structure according to the present invention, in which the simple structure described above is connected horizontally. The roof 25 may be either R-shaped or flat.
The movable girder 9 and the front frame 2 are configured by connecting two in the longitudinal direction via a sleeve 61 inserted into the hollow portion. The roof 25 is provided with a connecting rafter 1c in the center in the left-right direction, and the front frame 2 is attached to the connecting rafter 1c in addition to the wife rafters 1a, 1a at the left and right ends. The three front frame hooks 3 are locked so that they can be temporarily placed.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. The simple structure of the present invention can also be installed on a balcony on the second floor, etc., and can be easily installed on a balcony or the like by moving a moving girder and a column back and forth. The shape, material, and the like of the front frame hook metal fitting can be appropriately changed. There is no particular limitation on how small the diameter of the arcuate part of the moving girder is relative to the longitudinal dimension of the main body, but the longitudinal hole of the rafter fixing bracket can be sufficiently shortened, and the rafter is the main part of the moving girder. If it does not interfere with.
