Claims (12)
- 例えばSCR排気ガス後処理システムである、内燃機関の排気ガス後処理システム(3)であって、
触媒コンバータ(9)と、前記触媒コンバータ(9)に通じる排気ガス供給ライン(8)と、前記触媒コンバータ(9)から離れるように延在する排気ガス排出ライン(11)と、を備えており、
前記触媒コンバータ(9)を収容する反応器チャンバ(10)が、第1の壁(24)と、前記第1の壁のうち排気ガス流に面する側に配置された第2の壁(25)とによって少なくとも二重壁となるように形成されており、かつ、
前記第1の壁(24)と前記第2の壁(25)との間に形成されたギャップ(26)を熱伝達媒体が流通できることを特徴とする排気ガス後処理システム。 - 前記熱伝達媒体のための回路(27)が、前記熱伝達媒体を前記ギャップ(26)に導入可能にする入口(28)と、前記熱伝達媒体を前記ギャップ(26)から排出可能にする出口(29)と、前記熱伝達媒体のための供給装置(30)と、前記熱伝達媒体のための温度制御装置(31)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記反応器チャンバ(10)の前記第1の壁(24)は、前記反応器チャンバ(10)の前記第2の壁(25)よりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記反応器チャンバ(10)の前記第1の壁(24)の厚さと前記反応器チャンバ(10)の前記第2の壁(25)の厚さとの比は、少なくとも10:3、好ましくは少なくとも10:2、特に好ましくは少なくとも10:1であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記第1の壁の質量と熱容量の積は、前記第2の壁の対応する積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記反応器チャンバ(10)の前記第1の壁(24)と前記反応器チャンバ(10)の前記第2の壁(25)との間の前記ギャップ(26)の厚さは、少なくとも2mm、好ましくは少なくとも4mm、特に好ましくは少なくとも6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(3)を備える、内燃機関(1)、特にディーゼル燃料または重油燃料で運転される内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関は排気ガスが過給され、前記反応器チャンバは、少なくとも1つの排気ガスターボチャージャの上流に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関は、高圧タービン(6)を含む第1の排気ガスターボチャージャ(4)と低圧タービン(7)を含む第2の排気ガスターボチャージャ(5)とを備える多段排気ガス過給システム(2)を備えており、
前記排気ガス後処理システム(3)は、前記高圧タービン(6)と前記低圧タービン(7)との間に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の内燃機関。 - 請求項7から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関を運転するための方法であって、
前記反応器チャンバ(10)は、前記内燃機関(1)の運転状況に応じて、前記第1の壁(24)と前記第2の壁(25)との間の前記ギャップ(26)を流れる熱伝達媒体を介して温度制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 特に前記反応器チャンバ(10)の温度が限界値よりも低い場合、前記反応器チャンバ(10)は、前記ギャップ(26)を通って流れる熱伝達媒体を介して設定温度まで加熱されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 特に前記内燃機関が低温始動運転モードで運転される場合、前記反応器チャンバ(10)は、前記ギャップ(26)を通って流れる熱伝達媒体を介して設定温度まで加熱されることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11に記載の方法。
