Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の排気ガス後処理システム(3)、すなわち内燃機関のSCR排気ガス後処理システムであって、
SCR触媒コンバーター(9)と、
前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)へと延びる排気ガス供給ライン(8)と、
前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)から離れる方向に延びる排気ガス排出ライン(11)と、
排気ガス中に還元剤を導入するために前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)に割り当てられた導入デバイス(16)と、
前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の上流で排気ガスを前記還元剤と混合するために前記導入デバイス(16)の下流で前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)によって提供される混合セクション(18)と、を有し、
前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の下流端部(15)が、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)を収容するリアクターチャンバー(10)内に開口しており、かつ、前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)は、前記下流端部(15)に隣接して、排気ガスが前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の前記下流端部(15)の上流で前記リアクターチャンバー(10)に入ることを可能とする開口(27)を有する前記排気ガス後処理システムにおいて、
前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)から前記下流端部(15)を経て排出される排気ガス流を方向転換するバッフル要素(19)が、前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の前記下流端部(15)と相互作用し、
前記バッフル要素(19)は、前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の前記下流端部(15)に対して変位可能であることを特徴とする排気ガス後処理システム。 - 前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の前記下流端部(15)を介して前記リアクターチャンバー(10)内に流入する排気ガス流と、前記開口(27)を介して前記リアクターチャンバー(10)内に流入する排気ガス流とは、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の上流の前記リアクターチャンバー(10)内で混合させることができ、かつ、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)を介して導くことができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)および前記排気ガス排出ライン(11)は、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)を収容する前記リアクターチャンバー(10)の共有面(28)に作用し、前記排気ガス排出ライン(11)は、排気ガス流に関して、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の下流で前記リアクターチャンバー(10)のこの共有面(28)において前記リアクターチャンバー(10)内に開口しており、かつ、前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の下流端部(15)が、排気ガス流に関して、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の上流の前記リアクターチャンバー(10)のこの共有面(28)と反対の前記リアクターチャンバー(10)の面(29)において前記リアクターチャンバー(10)内に開口しており、前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の前記混合セクション(18)は、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)を通って、あるいは複数のSCR触媒コンバーターの場合には、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の領域を通って延在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)は、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)と前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)の前記下流端部(15)との間に位置するセクションに、前記開口(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記開口(27)を通って流れる排気ガスは、排気ガス流に関して、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の上流で前記リアクターチャンバー(10)内に流入することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記混合セクション(18)の領域および前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)の領域における排気ガス流は逆向きであることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記リアクターチャンバー(10)の壁が、前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)および少なくとも前記混合セクション(18)のセクションのための共有ハウジングを形成することを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記SCR触媒コンバーター(9)またはリアクターチャンバー(10)のためのバイパス(12)が前記排気ガス供給ライン(8)と前記排気ガス排出ライン(11)との間に設けられており、遮断デバイス(13)が前記バイパス(12)中に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(3)を有する内燃機関(1)。
- 前記排気ガス後処理システム(3)が少なくとも一つの排気ガスターボチャージャー(5)の上流に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関が、高圧タービン(6)を含む第1の排気ガスターボチャージャー(4)および低圧タービン(7)を含む第2の排気ガスターボチャージャー(5)を備えた多段排気ガス充填システム(2)を有し、前記排気ガス後処理システム(3)が前記高圧タービン(6)と前記低圧タービン(7)との間に接続されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の内燃機関。
