Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator structure in a wooden building.
Conventionally, when an elevator is installed in an RC structure or an S structure, a guide rail is fixed to an RC housing wall inside the elevator hoistway through bracket hardware (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, when installing an elevator in a wooden building, a steel frame F as shown in FIG. 8 is installed in the elevator hoistway in order to separate the wooden frame from the elevator device and suppress transmission of load and vibration. The guide rail and the driving device are fixed to the steel frame F.
However, in such a structure, the construction cost of the steel frame is incurred separately from the elevator work during construction of the wooden building, and the production period of the steel frame and the preceding construction period of the steel frame in the building construction process It was necessary to consider. Furthermore, it was necessary to allow a space for installing the steel frame in the elevator hoistway.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an elevator structure capable of reducing the construction cost and the construction period while improving the efficiency of the elevator installation space in a wooden building. And
The present invention for solving such problems includes a wooden frame having an elevator hoistway, a reinforced concrete foundation installed at a lower portion of the wooden frame, and whether the elevator is disposed in the elevator hoistway, A drive mechanism that raises and lowers the car; a rope that interlocks the car and the drive mechanism; a guide rail that is erected on the foundation and regulates a horizontal position of the car; and And a bracket to be fixed to the housing. The foundation supports the load of the car via the guide rail and supports the load of the drive mechanism.
According to such a configuration, the guide rail is fixed to the wooden frame by the bracket, the foundation supports the load of the car via the guide rail, and the foundation supports the load of the drive mechanism. Therefore, since it is not necessary to install a steel frame in the elevator hoistway, the construction cost of the steel frame can be reduced, and it is not necessary to consider the production period of the steel frame and the preceding construction period. Since it is not necessary to allow a space for installing the steel frame in the elevator hoistway, the efficiency of the elevator installation space can be improved. In addition, since a steel frame is not required and the communication part of the elevator hoistway can be brought closer to the car than before, it is possible to use a normal three-way frame without requiring a special three-way frame for the elevator platform. Therefore, the construction cost and the construction period can be reduced.
The bracket may be configured to be deformable so as to absorb a relative displacement between the wooden frame and the guide rail.
According to such a configuration, the bracket can be deformed to absorb the relative displacement between the wooden frame and the guide rail. Therefore, even if the wooden frame shrinks or deforms due to drying or the like, the guide rail is displaced or distorted. Can be prevented.
Further, in the case where the bracket includes a fixing portion that is fixed to the wooden casing, and an extension portion that extends from the fixing portion into the elevator hoistway, the extension portion has a thickness direction. It is good to be comprised in the thin plate shape extended in a horizontal direction as an up-down direction.
According to such a configuration, since the extending portion of the bracket is configured in a thin plate shape extending in the horizontal direction with the plate thickness direction being the vertical direction, the wooden frame is contracted and deformed by drying or the like. In addition, it is possible to cope with the thin plate-like extension of the bracket in the vertical direction according to the relative displacement, and it is possible to prevent the guide rail from being displaced or distorted.
Further, in the case where the bracket includes a fixing portion that is fixed to the wooden casing, and an extension portion that extends from the fixing portion into the elevator hoistway, the extension portion has a vertical cross-section. It is good that it is configured in an L shape in view.
According to such a configuration, since the extension part of the bracket is configured in an L shape in a cross-sectional view in the vertical direction, the extension part of the bracket even if the wooden frame shrinks or deforms due to drying or the like. By changing the angle of the bent portion of the L-shape, relative displacement can be absorbed, and the guide rail can be prevented from being displaced or distorted. In addition, the distance between the guide rail and the wall surface in the elevator hoistway can be kept constant by changing the angle of the boundary portion between the fixed portion and the extending portion.
The extending portion includes a vertical portion extending in a vertical direction from the fixed portion, a horizontal extending portion extending in a horizontal direction from one end of the vertical portion, and the horizontal extending portion fixed to the vertical portion. It is good to provide the support piece which supports a part.
According to such a configuration, since the extension portion of the bracket includes the support piece that is fixed to the vertical portion and supports the horizontal extension portion, for example, when the elevator apparatus is installed, the extension portion of the elevator hoistway is provided. A temporary beam for lifting can be supported at the upper part.
Moreover, the said fixing | fixed part is good to be formed in groove shape by the cross sectional view, and is good to be fitted by the horizontal member of the said wooden frame.
According to such a configuration, the fixing portion of the bracket is formed in a groove shape in a cross-sectional view and is fitted to the horizontal member of the wooden casing, so that the wooden casing is contracted and deformed by drying or the like. Even so, the bracket will not come off.
Further, in a normal state, the guide rail is preferably separated from the car.
According to such a configuration, since the guide rail is separated from the car in normal times (except during earthquakes or strong winds), the stress or vibration caused by the car or the hoisting machine is normally applied to the wooden frame. Is never transmitted. Therefore, it is not necessary to consider these stresses and vibrations in the wooden frame.
According to the elevator structure according to the present invention, in a wooden building, it is possible to reduce the construction cost and the construction period while improving the efficiency of the elevator installation space.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Next, the structure of the elevator apparatus E in the elevator hoistway S is demonstrated (refer FIG.1, FIG.2 and FIG.3).
The elevator apparatus E mainly includes guide rails G and WG, a
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the guide rail G is a metal member that regulates the position of the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the guide rail WG is a metal member that regulates the horizontal position of the

The hoisting
The

The 2nd
The
(Second bracket)
The second bracket H2 is installed at the top of the elevator hoistway S. The second bracket H <b> 2 is fixed to the
As shown in FIG. 5 (d) and FIG. 7 (a), the extending
Further, a support piece 3 is installed in a bent portion 2AC that is a portion bent between the base portion 2AA and the horizontal extending portion 2AB. The support piece 3 is a rib for reinforcing the bent portion 2AC, and has a thin right-angled triangle shape. In the present embodiment, the support piece 3 is joined to the base 2AA, but is not joined to the horizontal extension 2AB.
When the elevator apparatus E is constructed, a temporary lifting beam L is installed on the pair of left and right horizontal extending portions 2AB. The lifting beam L is removed after the elevator apparatus E is installed.
(Effect of elevator structure)
Next, the function and effect of the elevator structure C will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the guide rails G and WG are erected on the
Further, in the hoisting machine 7 (drive mechanism), the
Therefore, according to the elevator structure C according to the present embodiment, it is not necessary to install the steel frame support that has conventionally supported the loads of the elevator apparatus E and the hoisting
Further, since the guide rail G is separated from the
According to the elevator structure C according to the present embodiment, the extending
Further, the fixing
In the second bracket H2 according to the present embodiment, the extending
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, design changes can be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the elevator structure C of the present invention can be used not only in a two-story wooden frame B building but also in a three-story or four-story wooden frame B building. As for the construction method, not only the frame wall method but also the shaft method can be adopted. When other construction methods are adopted, wooden members and names constituting the wooden frame B are changed.
The elevator apparatus E may also have a machine room. Further, instead of the traction type, a winding drum type or a hydraulic type may be used.
The
The hoisting machine 7 (drive mechanism) may be installed not in the elevator hoistway S but in a space around the elevator hoistway S as long as no load is applied to the housing B. For example, a machine room or the like may be provided on the side of the elevator hoistway S, and the hoisting
If the wooden frame B contracts or deforms due to drying or the like and changes in floor height, it can be handled by the landing position sensor plate. With the landing position sensor plate, the current floor position can be recognized and the floor can be accurately landed. The displacement exceeding about 10 mm may be dealt with by adjusting the mounting position of the landing position sensor plate.
Moreover, you may use the 3rd bracket (not shown) which does not have the support piece 3 in bending part 2AC instead of the 2nd bracket H2. Since the third bracket does not have the support piece 3 at the bent portion 2AC, the angle of the bent portion 2AC can be changed to an acute angle or an obtuse angle, and when the wooden frame B contracts or deforms due to drying or the like. Relative displacement can be absorbed.
Moreover, although said embodiment demonstrated the case where the guide rails G and WG and brackets H1 and H2 were mainly connected directly, this invention is not limited to this. For example, a flat bar (not shown) may be interposed between the guide rails G and WG and the brackets H1 and H2. In this case, when the wooden frame B contracts or deforms due to drying or the like and changes in floor height, the flat bar is deformed to absorb the distortion.
