Abstract
Description
このような実情に鑑み、種々の作業走行の形態に効率的に対応できるバッテリの搭載が可能な電動作業車両が要望されている。
(1)上述した実施形態では、5つのバッテリ装着部7が上下方向に配置されており、最大5つのバッテリパック6を5段で収納することができるが、それ以外の個数、段数を採用してもよい。また、バッテリボックスBBにバッテリパック6を一括収納するのではなく、バッテリ装着部7及びバッテリパック6を車体の異なる場所に分散する構成を採用してもよい。
(2)上述した実施形態では、バッテリボックスBB内の空気を循環させるために循環ファン69が配置されていたが、このような循環ファン69をなくして、ダクトやルーバを用いて、外気を導入する構成を採用してもよい。
(3)上述した実施形態では、バッテリパック6を備えた電動作業車両として草刈機が取り上げられたが、田植機やコンバインやトラクタなどの農作業機、バックホウやバケットローダなどの建機なども本発明の適用対象である。

Claims (6)
- 複数のバッテリ装着部と、
前記バッテリ装着部に着脱可能に装着されるバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリ装着部毎に設けられるとともに前記バッテリ装着部に装着された前記バッテリパックと電気接続する本体接点と、
前記本体接点が並列接続された給電回路と、
前記バッテリパックから給電回路への電気の流れを遮断するバッテリスイッチと、
前記バッテリスイッチを操作するスイッチ操作部と、
前記バッテリ装着部に装着された前記バッテリパックの充電容量を推定する充電容量推定部と、
少なくとも1つの前記バッテリパックからの前記給電回路を介しての給電によって駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータから動力伝達される駆動輪と、
を備えた電動作業車両。 - 前記充電容量が基準値より低いバッテリパックから前記充電容量が基準値より高いバッテリパックに切り替えるように前記スイッチ操作部は自動操作可能である請求項1に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記充電容量が基準値より低いバッテリパックを報知する報知デバイスが備えられ、前記スイッチ操作部は手動操作可能である請求項1または2に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリスイッチは前記給電回路に介装されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリスイッチは前記バッテリパックに内装されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリ装着部には、車体外部から直接前記バッテリパックをスライド挿入させるスライド機構が設けられている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
