Description
The present invention relates to a pump drive power adjustment mechanism for a hydraulic circuit, and more specifically, when oil is supplied to a high-pressure circuit using both an engine-driven pump and an electric pump, the high-pressure regulator valve is controlled based on a measured value of a pressure sensor. The present invention relates to a pump drive power adjustment mechanism of a hydraulic circuit that can accurately detect the position of a valve body and thereby reduce the overall pump drive power.
。 Conventionally, hydraulic pressure (oil) is supplied to a hydraulic operating mechanism such as a CVT (belt continuously variable transmission) pulley mechanism, a CVT forward / reverse switching mechanism (forward clutch, reverse brake) or a lock-up clutch mechanism of a torque converter. The hydraulic pressure supply device includes an engine drive pump that is always driven by an engine and an electric pump that is driven by a motor. The hydraulic pressure generated by the engine drive pump and the electric pump is supplied by a switching valve mechanism (electromagnetic valve). 2. Description of the Related Art A hydraulic control device configured to supply a high voltage circuit while switching a path is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the hydraulic control device, a low pressure line that supplies oil to a low pressure circuit such as a torque converter and a high pressure line that supplies oil to a high pressure circuit such as a pulley mechanism include a check valve that blocks inflow of oil from the high pressure line It is connected through. The engine drive pump is directly connected to the low pressure line, and the electric pump is directly connected to the high pressure line. Therefore, when the line pressure in the low pressure line is higher than the line pressure in the high pressure line, the oil discharged from the engine drive pump is supplied to both the low pressure circuit and the high pressure circuit with the check valve opened. On the contrary, when the line pressure of the high pressure line is higher than the line pressure of the low pressure line, the check valve is closed and only the low pressure circuit is supplied. On the other hand, when the engine driving force is high, such as during sudden acceleration, the discharge pressure of the engine-driven pump increases, which causes the line pressure in the low pressure line to be higher than the line pressure in the high pressure line, and the check valve opens. The oil discharged from the engine drive pump merges with the oil discharged from the electric pump and is also supplied to the high pressure circuit.
On the other hand, the oil discharged from the electric pump is supplied to both the high-pressure circuit and the accumulator (accumulator) by the switching valve mechanism during normal travel. When the engine driving force becomes high during sudden acceleration or the like, the output port of the switching valve mechanism is switched to the high pressure circuit side so that only the high pressure circuit is supplied. That is, when the engine driving force increases, oil is supplied to the high-pressure circuit from the electric pump and the accumulator in addition to the engine driving pump.
By the way, the low pressure line is provided with a regulator valve (pressure adjusting mechanism) for adjusting the line pressure (that is, the discharge pressure of the engine drive pump) to a predetermined pressure. The regulator valve is connected to the reserve tank. Therefore, when the discharge pressure of the engine drive pump exceeds a predetermined pressure (relief pressure), the oil related to the excess pressure exceeding the relief pressure starts to be drained to the reserve tank through the regulator valve. As the oil begins to drain, the discharge pressure of the engine drive pump and the line pressure of the low pressure line are regulated to be equal to the relief pressure. When the discharge pressure of the engine drive pump further increases and the regulator valve is fully opened, all of the oil discharged from the engine drive pump is drained to the reserve tank.
The discharge pressure of the electric pump can be controlled by adjusting the output of the motor. For this reason, a pressure adjusting mechanism for draining oil related to the excess pressure of the discharge pressure of the electric pump to the reserve tank is not provided for the high-pressure line.
In an apparatus for supplying oil to a high-pressure circuit using both an engine drive pump and an electric pump, such as the hydraulic control apparatus, it is required to reduce the overall pump drive power from the viewpoint of improving fuel efficiency. In order to reduce the overall pump drive power, first, (1) the engine drive pump is unloaded while avoiding being supplied to the high pressure circuit after the high pressure circuit reaches a predetermined pressure. That is, it can be considered as a requirement to drain all the oil discharged from the engine drive pump to the reserve tank. Next, regarding (2) the electric pump, it is considered as a requirement to reduce the pump driving power (motor output) as much as possible while maintaining the unloaded state of the engine driven pump. In consideration of reliability, (3) it is considered that the high-pressure circuit maintains a predetermined hydraulic pressure even if the electric pump fails.
Conventionally, an electric pump is connected to a high-pressure circuit via a high-pressure line, while an engine-driven pump is connected to the high-pressure line via a check valve. The high-pressure regulator valve is configured to open and close the relief line of the engine-driven pump while taking in the line pressure of the high-pressure circuit as a feedback pressure. In the above configuration, when the electric pump fails, the pressure of the high-pressure circuit decreases, and the relief line is thereby closed. As a result, oil discharged from the engine drive pump is supplied to the high pressure circuit, and the pressure of the high pressure circuit is maintained. Therefore, the requirement (3) is preferably achieved.
Further, when the pressure of the high pressure circuit reaches a predetermined pressure, the feedback pressure increases, and the valve body of the high pressure regulator valve moves to open the relief line. Thereby, all the oil discharged from the engine drive pump is drained to the reserve tank through the relief line. Thereby, an engine drive pump will be in an unload state. Therefore, the above requirement (1) is also preferably achieved.
Furthermore, regarding the requirement (2) above, the relief line of the high pressure regulator valve needs to be open in order to maintain the unloaded state of the engine drive pump. Therefore, in order to reduce the motor output as much as possible while maintaining the unloaded state of the engine drive pump, the relief line of the high pressure regulator valve needs to be opened but not fully opened. Therefore, it is necessary to control the discharge pressure of the electric pump so as to achieve such a valve opening state.
The output of the motor is given in consideration of the accuracy and aging of the linear solenoid that supplies pilot pressure, the high-pressure regulator valve, and the electric pump. Therefore, the target discharge pressure of the electric pump is inevitably higher than the required hydraulic pressure of the high pressure circuit. Therefore, it is not easy to achieve the requirement (2).
By the way, the relief line is opened and closed by a valve body of a high-pressure regulator valve. Therefore, if it is possible to detect (measure) the position of the valve body, it is possible to control the discharge pressure of the electric pump so that the desired valve body position is obtained. Therefore, it is conceivable to provide position detection means such as a position sensor for the high pressure regulator valve.
However, for position sensors, the equivalent mass is small enough not to impede the operation of the high-pressure regulator valve, and in addition, a high sampling frequency is supported for motor control, that is, high resolution is required. Become. Above all, the hydraulic circuit (high pressure regulator valve) of the mass-produced transmission has a structure in which sensors other than the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor cannot normally be used as sensors. Therefore, there is a problem that the motor control system using the position sensor is not suitable for the hydraulic circuit of the mass-produced transmission.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to measure the pressure sensor when oil is supplied to a high-pressure circuit using both an engine-driven pump and an electric pump. An object of the present invention is to provide a pump drive power adjustment mechanism for a hydraulic circuit that can accurately detect the position of a valve body of a high pressure regulator valve based on the value and thereby reduce the overall pump drive power.
In order to achieve the above object, a pump drive power adjustment mechanism for a hydraulic circuit according to the present invention includes a first pump (10) that is always driven, a second pump (20) that is driven by a motor (M), and a hydraulic pressure. A high pressure circuit (200) for supplying hydraulic pressure to the operating mechanism, a high pressure line (1) connecting the high pressure circuit (200) and the second pump (20), the high pressure line (1), and the first pump. And a high pressure regulator valve (30) for adjusting the line pressure of the high pressure line (1) to be equal to the pilot pressure by balancing the force of the feedback pressure and the pilot pressure. A first check valve (5) for blocking the inflow of oil from the high pressure line (1) to the low pressure line (2), and a low pressure regulator for adjusting the line pressure of the low pressure line (2) to a constant pressure. A regulator valve (50), a first relief line (3) for draining oil from the low pressure line (2), and a second relief line (4) branching from the first relief line (3) and draining oil , A second check valve (6) for blocking the inflow of oil from the high pressure line (1) to the second pump (20), and a pressure sensor for measuring the line pressure of the second relief line (4) ( 9) and a pump drive power adjustment mechanism of a hydraulic circuit including a control device (40) for controlling the motor (M), wherein the first relief line (3) and the second relief line (4) Is provided in parallel with the high pressure regulator valve (30), the first relief line (3) is connected to the low pressure regulator valve (50) and the second relief line ( ) Via the orifice (8) connected to the oil storage tank (7), said pressure sensor (9) is characterized in that provided on the inlet side of the orifice (8).
In the above configuration, the first relief line (3) and the second relief line (4) are provided in parallel to the high pressure regulator valve (30). As a result, it is possible to relieve the discharge pressure (P1) of the first pump (10), which is always driven, in two as the feedback pressure increases.
The first relief line (3) is connected to the low pressure regulator valve (50). Thereby, when the first relief line (3) is opened, the line pressure of the first relief line (3) is regulated to the set pressure (= PL) of the low pressure regulator valve (50). On the other hand, the second relief line (4) branches from the first relief line (4) and is connected to the oil storage tank (7) while being throttled by the orifice (8). That is, while the first relief line (3) is open, the inlet pressure of the second relief line (4) is maintained at the set pressure (= PL) of the low pressure regulator valve (50), and the outlet pressure is also zero gauge pressure. Retained. Therefore, while the first relief line (3) is open, the pressure difference in the second relief line (4) becomes equal to the set pressure (= PL) of the low pressure regulator valve (50).
By the way, the pressure difference in the second relief line (4) is equal to the pressure difference (ΔP0) in the orifice (8) and the pressure difference (ΔP1) in the flow path opening / closing part (P4) of the high pressure regulator valve (30). Is equal to the sum of Therefore, the pressure difference (ΔP1) at the flow path opening / closing portion can be obtained from the pressure difference (ΔP0) at the orifice (8). The pressure difference in the flow path is proportional to the inverse of the opening area. Therefore, the pressure ratio between the pressure difference (ΔP0) at the orifice (8) and the pressure difference (ΔP1) at the flow path opening / closing portion (P4) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) is the opening area of the orifice (8) ( A0) is equal to the reciprocal of the area ratio of the opening / closing area (A1) of the flow path opening / closing section (P4). Furthermore, the opening area (A1) of the flow path opening / closing part (P4) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) corresponds to the position of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30).
That is, in the above configuration, after the second relief line (4) starts to open, the pressure difference (ΔP0) at the orifice (8) can be obtained from the indicated pressure (Psens) of the pressure sensor (9). . From the pressure difference (ΔP0) at the orifice (8), the pressure difference (ΔP1) at the flow path opening / closing portion (P4) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) can be obtained. From the pressure ratio between the pressure difference (ΔP0) at the orifice (8) and the pressure difference (ΔP1) at the flow path opening / closing section (P4), the opening area (A1) of the flow path opening / closing section (P4) can be obtained. it can. The position (L2) of the valve element (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) can be detected from the opening area (A1) of the flow path opening / closing part (P4). That is, the position (L2) of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) can be detected from the indicated pressure (Psens) of the pressure sensor (9).
Therefore, the command pressure (Psens) corresponding to the position (L2) of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) that is open but not fully opened is set to the control target pressure. (P *), and by adjusting the motor output so that the indicated pressure (Psens) of the pressure sensor (9) is equal to the control target pressure (P *), the valve body (31) is moved to a desired position ( L2), and the driving power of the second pump (20) can be made as small as possible while maintaining the unloaded state of the first pump (10). As a result, the overall pump driving power can be reduced.
A second feature of the pump drive power adjustment mechanism of the hydraulic circuit according to the present invention is that, as the feedback pressure increases, the high-pressure regulator valve (30) is moved before the second relief line (4). It is configured to open one relief line (3).
In the above configuration, the first relief line (3) is opened before the second relief line (4). Thus, before the second relief line (4) is opened, the first relief line (3) is regulated to the set pressure (= PL) of the low pressure regulator valve (50). Thereby, when the second relief line (4) starts to open, the position (L2) of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) can be obtained from the indicated value (Psens) of the pressure sensor (9). Become.
A third feature of the pump drive power adjustment mechanism of the hydraulic circuit according to the present invention is that the control device (40) indicates that the indicated pressure of the pressure sensor (9) after the second relief line (4) starts to open. (Psens) is configured to adjust the output of the motor (M) so as to be equal to a preset control target pressure (P *).
In the above configuration, the output of the motor (M) is adjusted so that the indicated pressure (Psens) of the pressure sensor (9) is equal to the preset control target pressure (P *). As described above, after the second relief line (4) starts to open, the indicated pressure (Psens) of the pressure sensor (9) and the position (L2) of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) Correspond one-to-one. Therefore, the position (L2) of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) can be held at a desired position using the pressure sensor indication value (Psens). Thereby, it becomes possible to make the whole pump drive power as small as possible.
A fourth feature of the pump drive power adjustment mechanism of the hydraulic circuit according to the present invention is that the control target pressure (P *) is applied to the second relief line (4) after the second relief line (4) starts to open. Corresponds to the position (L2) of the valve body (31) of the high pressure regulator valve (30) before fully opening.
In the above configuration, the driving power of the second pump (20) can be reduced while maintaining the first pump (10) in the unloaded state.
A fifth feature of the pump drive power adjustment mechanism for a hydraulic circuit according to the present invention is that the motor (M) is a split-type DC motor or a permanent magnet type DC motor.
In the above configuration, the motor (M) is a split-type DC motor or a permanent magnet type DC motor. For this reason, the motor output (= torque × rotation speed) and the applied voltage (V) of the motor (M) are in a proportional relationship. Therefore, the output adjustment of the motor (M) can be performed by increasing or decreasing the applied voltage (V).
According to the pump drive power adjustment mechanism of the hydraulic circuit of the present invention, when oil is supplied to the high pressure circuit using both the engine drive pump and the electric pump, the valve body of the high pressure regulator valve is based on the measured value of the pressure sensor. It is possible to accurately detect the position of the pump, thereby reducing the overall pump driving power.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

For this purpose, the
The high
The
Also, on the outer peripheral surface of the body of the high
The second port P2 and the fourth port P4 are normally closed by a valve body. However, as the feedback pressure (line pressure PH of the high pressure line 1) increases, the line pressure PH of the
The high
The low
The
The
The
The

The
The motor M does not have an electric motor whose output is proportional to the applied voltage, for example, a split DC motor in which a field winding and an armature winding are connected in parallel, or a field winding. Permanent magnet DC motors can be used.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the principle of detecting the position of the valve body of the high-
FIG. 2A shows an electric circuit in which one end of an electric wire S2 in which a constant resistor R0 and a variable resistor R1 are connected in series is pulled up to a constant voltage E and the other end is grounded to a ground G. The voltage drop V0 at the constant resistance R0 is equal to the indicated value Vsens of the voltmeter V. Therefore, the voltage drop V1 at the variable resistor R1 = E−Vsens.
Since the voltage ratio between the voltage drop V0 at the constant resistor R0 and the voltage drop V1 at the variable resistor R1 is V0: V1 = Vsens: E-Vsens, the resistance value ratio between the constant resistor R0 and the variable resistor R1 Is equal to the resistance value ratio = Vsens: E−Vsens.
Consider a case where the resistance portion length L1 of the variable resistor R is obtained. The resistance value is proportional to the resistance portion length L ÷ resistance portion cross-sectional area A. When the resistance area A is constant, the ratio of the resistance length L0 at the constant resistance R0 and the resistance length L1 at the variable resistance R1 is equal to the resistance value ratio (= Vsens: E−Vsens). . Therefore, the resistance portion length L1 at the variable resistor R1 is obtained from the resistance portion length L0 at the constant resistance R0, the indication value Vsens of the voltmeter V, and the constant voltage E. Since the resistance portion length L0 and the constant voltage E are known, the resistance portion length L1 of the variable resistor R1 can be obtained only from the indication value Vsens of the voltmeter V.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2B, the
Further, the pressure difference ΔP0 at the
The opening area A0 of the
Consider a case where the position L2 of the valve body 31 of the high
Therefore, the position L2 of the valve body 31 of the high
In particular, the area ratio between the opening area A0 of the
As described above, according to the above-described configuration of the
The desired valve body position is a valve body position where the fourth port P4 is open but not opened too much. The indicated value Psens of the pressure sensor 9 corresponding to the valve body position is, for example, PL / 2. Therefore, this PL / 2 becomes the control target pressure P * when adjusting the output (applied voltage) of the motor M.
Further, it is desirable to provide a notch or the like for the valve body 31 that opens and closes the fourth port P4 so that the opening area A1 gradually increases as the valve body moves.

As shown in FIG. 3A, in the state (1), the

As shown in FIG. 3A, in the state (2), the line pressure PH of the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B and FIG. 3D, the

In the state (3), the high-pressure regulator valve 30 (second port P2) is fully opened, and all of the oil discharged from the
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3D, the
When the discharge pressure P2 of the
When the applied voltage V increases, the discharge pressure P2 of the
As shown in FIGS. 3B and 3D, when the applied voltage V increases, the
On the other hand, the command pressure Psens of the pressure sensor 9 increases from P * to PL as the applied voltage V increases, as shown in FIG. 3C, as the command pressure Psens of the pressure sensor 9 in the state (4) increases.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 5D, when the applied voltage V increases, the

As shown in FIG. 5A, the discharge pressure P1 of the

As described above, according to the
The control target pressure P * is a pressure within a range of 0 <P * <PL and good controllability with respect to the indicated pressure Psens, in addition to a pressure value ½ of the set pressure PL of the low
