Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態による内燃機関100及び内燃機関100を制御する電子制御ユニット200の概略構成図である。図2は、内燃機関100の機関本体1の断面図である。
多量の排気を自気筒に吸い戻すことができるので、筒内温度を大きく上昇させることができる。一方で図4Bに示すように、吸気弁50のリフト量がある程度大きくなった後に排気弁60を開弁すれば、筒内にある程度空気(新気)が吸入された後に排気が吸い戻されることになるので、自気筒に吸い戻す排気の量を抑えて筒内温度の上昇幅を抑えることができる。このように、排気弁排気弁2度開き動作を実施するタイミングに応じて、筒内温度の上昇幅を制御することができる。本実施形態では、筒内ガス量中に占めるEGRガス量及び自気筒に吸い戻された排気の量の割合をEGR率と称する。

次に、本発明の第2実施形態による燃料噴射制御について説明する。本実施形態による燃料噴射制御は、筒内温度Tが温度領域Zよりも高温となっている時間を考慮して総燃料噴射量Ainjに占める2次燃料の割合を設定する点で、第1実施形態と相違する。以下、この相違点を中心に説明する。

次に、本発明の第3実施形態による燃料噴射制御について説明する。本実施形態による燃料噴射制御は、2次燃料噴射G2の実施後に筒内温度Tが温度領域Zの高温側境界温度よりも高温となっている時間を考慮して総燃料噴射量Ainjに占める2次燃料の割合を設定する点で、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と相違する。以下、この相違点を中心に説明する。

Claims (7)
- 機関本体の気筒内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁を備え、
前記気筒内で予混合気を圧縮自着火燃焼させるサイクル内であって圧縮行程中に、前記燃料の化学反応中において筒内温度の上昇に伴う着火遅れ時間の変化が抑制される温度領域が現れる内燃機関を制御する内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記気筒内で予混合気が圧縮自着火燃焼するように、前記燃料噴射弁から1次燃料と2次燃料とを順次噴射する燃料噴射制御部を備え、
前記燃料噴射制御部は、
筒内温度が前記温度領域よりも高温側となるクランク角で2次燃料が噴射されることによって、2次燃料の自着火時期が所定のクランク角で噴射された1次燃料の自着火時期よりも早くなる場合は、筒内温度が前記温度領域内となるクランク角で2次燃料が噴射されることで、2次燃料の自着火時期が前記所定のクランク角で噴射された1次燃料の自着火時期よりも遅くなるときよりも、総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合を低くする、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射制御部は、
機関負荷に基づいて前記総燃料噴射量を算出する総燃料噴射量算出部と、
機関負荷が高い場合と比べて低いときの方が2次燃料の噴射時期が遅角するように、2次燃料の噴射時期を設定する噴射時期設定部と、
前記噴射時期設定部によって設定された2次燃料の噴射時期における推定筒内温度を算出する推定筒内温度算出部と、
前記推定筒内温度が前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度よりも高い場合には、低いときと比べて前記総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合が低くなるように、当該総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合を設定する燃料割合設定部と、
を備える、
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料割合設定部は、
前記推定筒内温度が前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度よりも高いときは、前記総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合が1次燃料の割合よりも低くなるように、当該総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合を設定する、
請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料割合設定部は、
前記推定筒内温度が前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度以下のときは、前記総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合が1次燃料の割合よりも高くなるように、当該総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合を設定する、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射制御部は、
筒内温度が圧縮行程中において前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度以上となる高温時間を算出する高温時間算出部をさらに備え、
前記燃料割合設定部は、
前記高温時間が所定時間未満の場合は、前記推定筒内温度が前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度よりも高いか否かにかかわらず、前記総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合が1次燃料の割合よりも高くなるように、当該総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合を設定する、
請求項2から請求項4までのいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射制御部は、
前記推定筒内温度が前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度よりも高くなった場合に、前記噴射時期設定部で設定された2次燃料の噴射時期からピストンが圧縮上死点に至るまでの推定時間を算出する推定時間算出部をさらに備え、
前記燃料割合設定部は、
前記推定時間が所定時間未満の場合は、前記推定筒内温度が前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度よりも高いときでも、前記総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合が1次燃料の割合よりも高くなるように、当該総燃料噴射量に占める2次燃料の割合を設定する、
請求項2から請求項4までのいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記温度領域の高温側の境界温度は、900Kである、
請求項2から請求項6までのいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
