本発明は以上の様な構成であり、以下その使用方法・実施の形態を説明する。
本発明を使用する時は、スイッチ(8)をONに入れ、充電池(7)からの直流電気を、変換機(10a,10b)で交流電気にして交流モーター(1)を回転させ、交流発電機(4)で発電された電気エネルギーを変換機(10a,10b)で直流電気にして、数秒瞬時に自動で、直流電源切替装置を介して、充電池(7)から来る交流発電機(4)の電気エネルギーで交流モーター(1)を回し発電させる。スイッチをOFFにすると元に戻り、ONにすれば充電池(7)から来る電気エネルギーで交流モーターを回す。充電機(6)から来るエネルギーは充電池(7)を自動充電させる。
