Abstract
Description
The present invention is provided in a tunnel pit, and generates a tunnel blasting sound (blasting noise) accompanying tunnel construction, excavation noise accompanying tunnel construction, or noise generated during shear transport (hereinafter collectively referred to as “noise associated with tunnel construction” as appropriate). In particular, the present invention relates to a technique for effectively using a tunnel (primary lining, secondary lining concrete) to achieve a reduction effect.
Of the noise associated with the tunnel construction, the tunnel blasting sound has a large sound pressure due to blasting energy due to blasting, propagates through the air in the tunnel, and is transmitted as noise to the area around the tunnel wellhead.
Conventionally, various techniques for reducing blasting sound in tunnel construction have been disclosed, and among them, measures for installing a soundproof wall (soundproof door) are generally taken (for example, see
However, the tunnel blast sound has a wide sound range from a low frequency band to a high frequency band. In particular, the tunnel blast noise contains a lot of very low frequency components, and the above-described measures for installing the noise barrier are effective for the high frequency band sound (high frequency noise), but the low frequency band of 100 Hz or less. As for sound (low frequency noise), there is a problem that components are easily transmitted and a large reduction effect cannot be expected.
Therefore, in recent years, a technique for reducing noise caused by blasting sound, particularly low-frequency noise caused by blasting sound, has been disclosed.
For example,
Further,
According to

A thirteenth aspect of the present invention is the noise reduction device for tunnel construction according to any one of the first to twelfth aspects, wherein the reduction device is also used as a curing device.
According to the noise reduction device associated with the tunnel construction according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Resonance vibration on the membrane surface by implementing a membrane vibration type sound absorbing balloon with an appropriate surface density and air layer against low-frequency noise, which was difficult to prevent with conventional noise barriers (soundproof doors) It can be reduced using energy.
(2) In order to mainly reduce the blasting sound that collides with the tunnel surface and reflects and diffuses, the sound absorbing balloon is arranged along the surface of the tunnel instead of the so-called facing method in which the tunnel hollow section is closed with respect to the face surface. Since it is carried out in a so-called orthogonal system in which it is stretched only in a perpendicular direction, it is possible to easily secure a passage for vehicles and workers.
(3) Since the resonance frequency can be flexibly tuned (adjusted) by changing the film weight and the air layer thickness, it is possible to effectively reduce the noise accompanying the tunnel construction including the tunnel blasting sound having a peak. According to the experiment and analysis by the present applicants, the frequency at which noise associated with the tunnel construction can be effectively reduced is 40 to 300 Hz.
(4) The surface density (film weight) of the sound absorbing balloon is rationally increased by laminating a soundproof sheet on the film surface of the sound absorbing balloon or by attaching a lead sheet to the resonance frequency (peak frequency). ) Can be effectively reduced, so that low frequency noise can be flexibly dealt with and effectively reduced.
In particular, the sound of the tunnel blasting sound changes as the bedrock shape and the dosage increase, and the peak fluctuates or the peak is generally flat and may not be particularly recognized. Although difficult, it is possible to respond flexibly, such as easily changing the resonance frequency. Further, according to the fourth embodiment, since a multi-noise reduction device having different resonance frequencies can be realized, it is possible to respond more flexibly.
(5) Since it can also be used as a curing device, it is extremely reasonable.
As a result of the inventor of the present applicants intensively pursuing and studying the propagation characteristics of the tunnel blasting sound among the noise accompanying the tunnel construction, most of the frequency components of the tunnel blasting sound (Primary lining, secondary lining concrete) Focusing on the impact, reflection and diffusion of the surface, the tunnel (primary lining, secondary lining concrete) is regarded as a rigid wall, and between the rigid wall and the blasting sound. In addition, if a flexible membrane material (balloon) that does not breathe is interposed, the air layer (back air layer) is considered to constitute a single resonance system that acts as a spring, and the resonance frequency based on the single resonance system is It starts with focusing on the equation to be obtained (details will be described later based on FIG. 4).
Therefore, in order to confirm the degree of sound absorption effect of the membrane material, as a result of an actual test using a so-called curing balloon already installed in the tunnel tunnel that penetrated, the low frequency band of the tunnel blasting sound was reduced as it was. Although it was not applicable as a device (sound absorbing device), it was confirmed that the sound absorbing effect was obtained (details will be described later based on FIGS. 11 to 14).
That is, the present invention provides a frequency component (especially a low frequency component) of a tunnel blasting sound that collides with the surface of the tunnel and reflects and diffuses by the reduction device applying the configuration of the curing balloon, and thus includes the tunnel blasting sound. It is based on the technical idea of effectively reducing noise associated with construction.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a noise reduction apparatus for the tunnel construction according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

According to the inventors' experiments and analysis, the surface density is 0.43 to 2.17 kg / m 2 , the air layer thickness in the expanded state is about 20 to 200 cm, and the film thickness is If it is about 0.35 to 1.00 mm, it has been found that the noise associated with the tunnel construction can be effectively reduced not only to noise in the low frequency band (100 Hz or less) but also to noise of 300 Hz or less.

(Confirmation of reduction effect by actual size test of conventional balloon (curing balloon))
The inventors of the present applicants actually conducted a test using a so-called curing balloon that has already been installed in a tunnel pit that has already been penetrated in order to confirm the degree of the sound absorbing effect (sound reducing effect) of the
<Test conditions>
・ Sound source: Pink noise using low-frequency speakers.
・ Measurement conditions: Comparison of the original sound effect between the case where the air is blown into the curing balloon and inflated, and the case where the air is sucked and reduced ・ Summary of the test: See Fig. 11 As a result of considering the above, the speaker is placed at the position shown in the figure, but naturally, the centle curing balloon is installed on the blasting sound side of the curing balloon. (The length of the balloon in the tunnel extension direction is 31.5 m.)
Balloon membrane material: see case A in FIG. 5 (surface density (m) = 0.43 kg / m 2 , air layer thickness (L) = 20 cm, film thickness (t) = 0.35 mm).
-Resonance frequency obtained by substituting each numerical value into the above [Formula 1]: 204.6 Hz.
<考察>
<Test results>
As shown in the contour diagram of FIG. 12, although not clearly shown on the application drawing, it was found that when the balloon is inflated, the tunnel blasting sound is reduced. Furthermore, it was found that the sound pressure level (frequency band: 40 to 250 Hz) at the point that passed through the balloon can be reduced by 4.8 dB on average (the broken line X in FIG. 12 and the measurement points in the left end column in FIG. 13). 20-23).
As shown in FIG. 14, at the
In addition, according to FIG. 14, the reduction effect of 5 bB or more is recognized also in the location where the said center frequency is 40 Hz. This has a peak around 40 Hz due to the characteristics of the tunnel structure tested, and it is presumed that the sound is reduced in combination with the synergistic effect of the curing balloon.

In order to confirm the effect of the sound-absorbing balloon, the present applicants conducted a test for measuring the sound-absorbing rate in accordance with the reverberation chamber method sound-absorbing rate measuring method (JIS A 1409: 1998).
By the way, the reason is that the reverberation chamber method is defined to be performed in the 1/3 octave band of the center frequency of 100 Hz or higher, and the test result for the low frequency band of 100 Hz or lower is as follows. Strictly speaking, this is because the sound absorption coefficient of the reverberation room method is out of specification.

<About test case A>
In this test, the surface density (m) = 0.43 kg / m 2 , the air layer thickness (L) = 0.2 m, and the resonance frequency according to
According to the actual test results, it can be seen from FIG. 6A that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient is the highest at 0.24 at the center frequency of 200 Hz.
From this, it can be seen that this actual test is highly reliable because the center frequency at which the reduction effect is recognized is substantially the same as the center frequency in the full-scale test.
Moreover, since the center frequency where the reduction effect is recognized is at the position of 200 Hz, it can be seen that it is not suitable for effectively reducing the low frequency band (100 Hz or less). Furthermore, the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient peak is 0.24, and it can be seen that a very high sound reduction effect cannot be expected.
From the above, it has been found that the conventional reduction device using a curing balloon is not suitable as a reduction device for tunnel blasting sound containing a lot of low frequency components among the noise accompanying the tunnel construction.
<About test case B-1>
In this test, the surface density (m) = 1.22 kg / m 2 , the air layer thickness (L) = 0.2 m, and the resonance frequency according to
According to the actual test result, it can be seen from FIG. 6B that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient is the highest at 0.26 at the center frequency of 160 Hz.
From this, it can be seen that the center frequency at which the reduction effect is recognized is at a position of 160 Hz, which is not suitable for effectively reducing the low frequency band (100 Hz or less). It can also be seen that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient peak is 0.26, and a very high sound reduction effect cannot be expected.
From the above, it was found that the reduction device using a balloon with an increased surface density of this level is not suitable as a device for reducing tunnel blasting noise that contains a lot of low frequency components among the noise associated with the tunnel construction. .
<About test case B-2>
In this test, the surface density (m) = 1.22 kg / m 2 , the air layer thickness (L) = 0.5 m, and the resonance frequency according to
According to the actual test results, it can be seen from FIG. 6C that the reverberation chamber method sound absorption coefficient is the highest at 0.61 at the center frequency of 50 Hz.
From this, it can be seen that since the center frequency at which the reduction effect is recognized is at the position of 50 Hz, it is suitable for effectively reducing the low frequency band (100 Hz or less). In addition, it can be seen that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient peak is 0.61, and a high sound reduction effect can be expected.
From the above, it has been found that the reduction device using a balloon based on various conditions such as the surface density is sufficiently suitable for a reduction device for tunnel blasting sound containing a lot of low frequency components.

Note that there is an error between the calculated resonance frequency (76.8 Hz) and the peak frequency number (50 Hz) of the sound absorption coefficient based on the actual test results because of the difference in diffusion conditions in the reverberation chamber and the membrane material. It is conceivable that the rigidity is increased by firmly fixing the end of each of the two. The same reason can be considered for the following test cases. For example, it is considered that the error is reduced if the sound pressure energy is applied perpendicularly to the specimen. Furthermore, in the construction work, the end state of the membrane material is weaker than the test, so that the error is considered to be further reduced.

<About Test Case B-3>
In this test, the surface density (m) = 1.22 kg / m 2 , the air layer thickness (L) = 1.0 m, and the resonance frequency according to
According to the actual test result, it can be seen from FIG. 6D that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient is 0.49, which is the highest, at the center frequency of 40 Hz.
From this, it can be seen that since the center frequency at which the reduction effect is recognized is at the position of 40 Hz, it is suitable for effectively reducing the low frequency band (100 Hz or less). It can also be seen that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient peak is 0.49, and a high sound reduction effect can be expected.
From the above, it has been found that the reduction device using a balloon based on various conditions such as the surface density is sufficiently suitable for a reduction device for tunnel blasting sound containing a lot of low frequency components.

In this test, the surface density (m) = 1.22 kg / m 2 , the air layer thickness (L) = 1.4 m, and the resonance frequency according to
According to the actual test result, it can be seen from FIG. 6E that the reverberation room method sound absorption coefficient is 0.71 which is the highest at the center frequency of 31.5 Hz.
From this, it can be seen that the center frequency at which the reduction effect is recognized is at the position of 31.5 Hz, which is suitable for effectively reducing the low frequency band (100 Hz or less). It can also be seen that the reverberation chamber method sound absorption coefficient peak is 0.71, which can be expected to have a very high sound reduction effect.
From the above, it has been found that the reduction device using a balloon based on various conditions such as the surface density is sufficiently suitable for a reduction device for tunnel blasting sound.
As can be seen from Case A to Case B-4, the sound absorption rate increased as the peak shifted to a lower frequency. This is considered to be due to the fact that the film tends to vibrate as the resonance frequency is lower.

As mentioned above, although Examples 1-11 were demonstrated based on drawing etc., this invention is not this limitation, In the range which does not deviate from the technical idea, the range of the design change and the variation of application which those skilled in the art usually perform. It is mentioned just in case that it contains.

That is, the reduction devices according to Examples 1 to 11 not only have an effect of reducing the tunnel blasting sound containing a lot of low frequency components, but also against excavation noise accompanying tunnel construction or noise generated during shear transportation.
