Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のスライダー(10)は、酸化ジルコニウムを主成分として含有する焼結体により形成されるスライダー胴体(11)と、スライダー胴体(11)の引手取付部(31)に保持される引手(12)とを有する。

Description
本実施形態のスライダー10を製造する場合、スライダー胴体11の第1焼結部材20及び第2焼結部材30と、引手12とを作製する。なお、第1焼結部材20、第2焼結部材30、及び引手12は互いに形状が異なるものの、材質及び作製方法は実質的に同様であるため、ここでは、第1焼結部材20を中心にして焼結体の作製方法について説明する。
この焼結工程では、焼結条件として、焼結温度が1300℃以上に、好ましくは1500℃前後に設定されるとともに、焼結時間が40時間以上50時間以下に設定される。このような焼結工程を行うことによって、図8〜図12に示したような形状を有する第1焼結部材20の焼結体が得られる。なお、本発明において、射出成形工程、脱脂工程、焼結工程の各処理条件は特に限定されるものではなく、任意に設定することができる。
その後、作製した第1焼結部材20、第2焼結部材30、引手12を1つずつ用いてスライダー10を組み立てる組み立て工程を行う。
以上のような工程を行うことにより、図1に示した本実施形態のスライダー10が製造される。

- 上翼板(21)と下翼板(22)とが案内柱(23)により連結され、前記上翼板(21)の上面に引手取付部(31)が配されるスライダー胴体(11)と、前記引手取付部(31)に保持される引手(12)とを有するスライドファスナー(1) 用スライダー(10)であって、
前記スライダー胴体(11)は、酸化ジルコニウムを主成分として含有する焼結体により形成されてなることを特徴とするスライダー。 - 前記スライダー胴体(11)は、前記上翼板(21)、前記下翼板(22)、及び前記案内柱(23)を備える第1焼結部材(20)と、前記第1焼結部材(20)とは別体に形成され、前記引手取付部(31)を形成する第2焼結部材(30)とを有し、
前記第2焼結部材(30)は、前記第1焼結部材(20)に接着剤を介して固着されてなる、
請求項1記載のスライダー。 - 前記第2焼結部材(30)は、前記上翼板(21)の上面における肩口側に固着される第1取付柱部(32)と、前記上翼板(21)の上面における後口側に固着される第2取付柱部(33)と、前記第1及び第2取付柱部(32,33) の上端部間に架橋される架橋部(34)とを有し、
前記上翼板(21)は、前記上翼板(21)の上面における肩口側端部に突設される第1突起部(21b) と、前記上翼板(21)の上面における後口側端部に突設される第2突起部(21d) とを有し、
前記第2焼結部材(30)は、前記第1取付柱部(32)の下面に凹設され、前記第1突起部(21b) を嵌入する第1嵌入孔部(35)と、前記第2取付柱部(33)の下面に凹設され、前記第2突起部(21d) を嵌入する第2嵌入孔部(36)とを有してなる、
請求項2記載のスライダー。 - 前記上翼板(21)の上面における前記第1突起部(21b) の周囲の少なくとも一部に、前記第1取付柱部(32)の下端部を嵌入する第1凹陥部(21c) が凹設され、前記第2突起部(21d) の周囲の少なくとも一部に、前記第2取付柱部(33)の下端部を嵌入する第2凹陥部(21e) が凹設されてなる請求項3記載のスライダー。
- 前記第1凹陥部(21c) 及び第2凹陥部(21e) は、前記第1突起部(21b) 及び第2突起部(21d) の全周に連続して凹設されてなる請求項4記載のスライダー。
- 前記第1取付柱部(32)の下端部は、前記第1嵌入孔部(35)の後端位置から前記第1取付柱部(32)の後端縁までの前後方向の長さ寸法を、前記第1嵌入孔部(35)の前端位置から前記第1取付柱部(32)の前端縁までの前後方向の長さ寸法より長くして形成されてなる請求項4又は5記載のスライダー。
- 前記第2焼結部材(30)の外部に露呈する外表面は、研磨処理された研磨面を有し、前記第2焼結部材(30)における前記第1及び第2嵌入孔部(35,36)の内壁面は、前記研磨面よりも表面粗さが大きな非研磨面を有してなる請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載のスライダー。
- 前記第2焼結部材(30)の前記第1取付柱部(32)における前記上翼板(21)からの高さ寸法が、前記第2取付柱部(33)における前記上翼板(21)からの高さ寸法よりも大きく設定され、前記架橋部(34)が、前記上翼板(21)の上面に対して、前記第1取付柱部(32)に向けて上り傾斜して配されてなる請求項3〜7のいずれかに記載のスライダー。
- 前記案内柱(23)の前記上翼板(21)と連結する上側付け根部分に、前記案内柱(23)の周面と前記上翼板(21)のエレメント案内面とを凹状に湾曲する湾曲面で連続させる上翼側膨出部(27)が設けられ、
前記案内柱(23)の前記下翼板(22)と連結する下側付け根部分に、前記案内柱(23)の周面と前記下翼板(22)のエレメント案内面とを凹状に湾曲する湾曲面で連続させる下翼側膨出部(28)が設けられてなる、
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のスライダー。 - 前記引手(12)を前記上翼板(21)の上面に対して直交する方向に引っ張るときの引手引張強度が120N以上で、前記引手(12)を前記上翼板(21)の上面に対して直交するように保持して捩るときの引手捩り強度が70N・cm以上である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のスライダー。
