The planar shape of the measurement surface is a rectangle, and its dimensions are 30 mm × 30 mm. In a square area of 20 mm × 20 mm located at the center of the measurement surface, the temperature of each vertex of the square and the five points at the center of the square was measured with a thermo camera. Among the five points, the highest temperature was T1 (° C.) and the lowest temperature was T2 (° C.). The temperature unevenness was defined as follows.
The evaluation results of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 1 below.
As is apparent from Table 1, it can be seen that according to Examples 1 to 7, the temperature drop rate at the 30th cycle is sufficiently high and the temperature unevenness is small as compared with Comparative Example 1 in which the radiating
In Example 4, the thickness of the heat
In Example 5 and Example 6, since a 0.3 mm-thick copper plate or silver plate was used as the heat
On the other hand, it can be seen that it is desirable to use a silver plate as in Example 6 to reduce temperature unevenness.
In Example 7, the thickness of the heat conductive material layer made of aluminum is as thick as 1.5 mm, and even in that case, the temperature decrease rate in the first cycle is equal to the temperature decrease rate in the 30th cycle, and the temperature decrease rate depends on the passage of the number of cycles. There is no decline. Further, the temperature unevenness is as small as 0.5 ° C.
In Comparative Examples 3 and 4, a 0.3 mm aluminum plate is used as the heat
(Example 8)
A temperature control device was configured in the same manner as in Example 2 except that a thin metal plate made of aluminum having a thickness of 3 mm was laminated with a graphite having a thickness of 25 μm on the surface on the Peltier element side. And it evaluated similarly to Examples 1-7 and Comparative Examples 1-4. As a result, the temperature increase rate in the first cycle and the 30th cycle was 11 ° C./second, and the temperature decrease rate in the first cycle and the 30th cycle was 9 ° C./second. Moreover, the temperature nonuniformity was 1 degreeC.
From the comparison between Example 2 and Example 8, it can be seen that in Example 8, the temperature unevenness can be more effectively reduced by the above-mentioned lamination of graphite.
