Abstract
【解決手段】誘導加熱用電源装置1は、直流電源部4から出力される直流電力の脈流を平滑する平滑部5と、平滑部5による平滑後の直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータ部6と、を備え、平滑部5は、インバータ部6に接続される一対のブスバー11a,11bと、一対のブスバー11a,11bに接続されるコンデンサCとを含み、一対のブスバー11a,11bは、通電方向に沿う外表面に少なくとも一つの平面を含み、該平面のうち面内における通電方向と直交する方向の寸法が相対的に大きい平面を互いに対向させて且つ絶縁材12を間に挟んで積層されている。

Claims (4)
- 直流電源部から出力される直流電力の脈流を平滑する平滑部と、
前記平滑部による平滑後の直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータ部と、
を備え、
前記平滑部は、前記インバータ部に接続される一対のブスバーと、一対の前記ブスバーに接続される少なくとも一つのコンデンサとを含み、
一対の前記ブスバーは、通電方向に沿う外表面に少なくとも一つの平面を含み、該平面のうち面内における前記通電方向と直交する方向の寸法が相対的に大きい平面を互いに対向させて且つ絶縁材を間に挟んで積層されている誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項1記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
前記コンデンサは、前記コンデンサの一面に並設された一対の端子を有し、
一対の前記端子は、一対の前記ブスバー及び前記絶縁材を積層方向に貫通して一対の前記ブスバーに接続されている誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項2記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
一対の前記ブスバーの前記インバータ部との接続部が複数設けられており、
前記コンデンサは、前記接続部毎に少なくとも一つ設けられ、前記接続部に接続されている誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項3記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
前記接続部は、一対の導電材と、絶縁材とを含み、
一対の前記導電材は、通電方向に沿う外表面に少なくとも一つの平面を含み、該平面のうち面内における前記通電方向と直交する方向の寸法が相対的に大きい平面を互いに対向させて且つ前記絶縁材を間に挟んで積層されている誘導加熱用電源装置。
